I was able to lift more on my opening bi's exercise today. It is a definite and apparent strength increase, however, it is such an isolated muscle, therefore, its not as exciting as it could be, say if it were bench or deads. Either way, positive symptoms are a positive thing nonetheless.

Most of these others have been much less rewarding. I may have to return to the tried and true BlueUP for the next natty run. I see even bigger numbers coming from you over the next few weeks. What other test boosters have you been trying? I've used a few, and Blue Up is definitely my favorite. I like dosing the stim-free version pretty high and stack it with some other stuff like 1-C, Stoked, AX, etc.

I never tried that stuff because I read that it was suppressive.

I really haven't seen very good review on that stuff. It's been on sale @ Nutra for like $10/bottle for quite a while.

Yeah, haha, it's been on sale for like 18 months ! . . they still make it ? Or they have a freakishly big inventory due to an ordering-error !? lol .. either way, I won't be throwing $10 precious ones in that direction again.

For standing barbell presses, you lower to the front ? Chin-deep or chest-deep ? And please explain how you used more weight on SEATED vs STANDING presses . . Feel more secure when you sit down ? Or a lower/faster ascent/descent ?

WTF... A THIRD PRESSING EXERCISE ?! I JUST SAW THAT PART ! umm . . . Felt good on this one, too ? God dayummm, I do ONE pressing exercise with the occasional 2-4 sets of a different press every once in a while . . . BROTHER, WHERE ART THOU SIDE LATERALS !? Do you feel like the Front Barbell Presses (seated/Standing) hit the front deltoids sufficiently, and hence you don't incorporate anything especially for them ?

Standing overhead presses utilize a lot more stabilizing muscles all through your core. You can definitely feel it, especially when you go heavy. (Well, I can at least.) I get pretty shaky on my last reps with a lot of weight (for me) on the bar.

I ****ing love them!!! Started doing them a few months back, and I don't think I'm gonna rotate them out for a while. Definitely feel like they're a great exercise, and they tax the hell out of me!

Something about the standing presses that are a bit unstable for me, so i can't hit the numbers as high. I also don't utilize any knee bends with the standing. I bring the bar down to my upper chest. It rests comfortably in that position because I hold the bar in a palms up, suicide grip, like I do for bench.

I performed side laterals today, the Db side laterals, 35-40lbs, or you may have been asking where art thou front raises? because you mentioned the front deltoids.

I feel the shoulder presses(sss) hits them well enough for ME. I don't know if it's a genetic thing or what, but because my posterior delts gets nailed on chest days, too, my anterior deltoids are more developed then the medial, posterior heads, so its a balance thing for me. I primarily focus on the medial head on shoulder days.

I focus more on isolated work when I'm about 10lbs lighter then I currently am. I need to be a bit more conditioned before I fine tune and sculpt.

Thomas does those psychotic behind the neck, power presses, so he knows what's up, but maybe he's just got the stability much more down pact.

im a big fan of heavy arnold presses. heaviest ive gone was 70's for a set of 7. i only did it because there was maybe one of the hottest milfs ive ever seen next to myself and a buddy. i tried 70's again the following week and only got 3 reps. FAIL.
 
I don't have any protein powders right now, so I had to choke down a good 'ol fashioned, cup of 8 egg whites.

I've been there ! I HATE IT ! . . and what's even more discouraging; OK, you crack open 8 eggwhites.. You're now choking down 20-24 grams of protein. Whooopdi-dooo !! Versus one scoop of Whey protein with 20-24 grams protein in each.

.. Make it 8 WHOLE eggs, Volcom ! BE A MAN ! :aargh: :aargh: lol, just messing with ya ..

Third, pump response. Sometimes seeing myself drenched in sweat while I'm wearing a beater is the best intra-stim/stamina/strength placebo I can receive. Don't let there be a hot girl around when I'm all sweaty and juicy, that just adds to the aggression.

I swear I'm not arrogant, there's just something hardcore about the way your muscles look when they're covered with hard earned sweat and pumped full of blood. And I don't walk around like I'm bringing sexy back, JT style or anything, i think I'm just in an I don't give a duck attitude.

yeah, im starting a mass fx log tmrw. and after that is a neovar recomped log for my friends at AN.
