That only seems to work in isolation movements, or smaller muscle groups, like bi's, tri's, traps, delts. Chest and Back won't go beyond 4 progressive sets at most before I either turn it back around or move on because I know that's all I have.

I've actually never been able to achieve the conditioning I would need to make a significant impact on a stage, but thanks for the confidence :cheers:

All in the diet brother, and to a lesser extent some modifications to your workout & cardio. You'd have to lay off consuming some of those exotic dishes - and DEF no fatty meat-fests like you impale! You could do it..

That's why I started this whole competition thing in my life. Wife & I were sitting around one day watching tv, this show about Marky Mark was on. Now mind you, I wasn't no chump back in those days, but I wasn't too dialed in either, just decent-sized. So the wife makes this comment about Mark's abs, and I told her I could dial 'em in like that if I wanted too, and she gives me this look, like "yeah.. right dude." Ohhhh, that got under my skin something fierce, and the next day I began the "Beverly comp diet". Taint looked back since..

Me and Irish Cannon already told him that he does more sets for bi's in one workout, than we do in a month! For real. We all respond to different forms of training. I'm glad I respond to very low-volume/high-intensity training. I prefer it anyways. :fool2:

I hear ya, when I'm in full cardio mode, nobody can understand what the hell and why I get so dedicated to the point of borderline OCD with it. It's an insatiable inner drive that when it wakes up, its getting done!

I'm the most irrationally active and nutritionally anal when I'm in full cutting mode.

I've diversified over the years. A girl is a girl. If you dig it do it. Just steer clear of the trick ass hoes. They come in every breed / ethnicity etc.

For MYSELF at least, it was simple nature vs nurture upbringing. I was raised in Glendora, CA since I was 5, which was 99% white at the time, literally. Actually the poll was 98.7% Caucasian or something like that. It was also predominantly Mormon and can I just say, Mormon chicks are hot.

When I attended middle school, there was one black guy, two Asians (I was one) and two Spanish twins, the Pico brothers.

Funny story, up until maybe 6th grade I thought I was white. I only knew black and white, I didn't know there was brown or yellow until the racial jokes started coming out. Its funny cause those race jokes never "initially" offended me because I didn't get it. I just thought it was white on white crime go'n on :numbered:

I went to a high school that was 75% white, and I swore I thought I was in the ghetto (compared to my previous school environment).

Strangely I don't have any Asian friends either. I have MOSTLY white friends, but my closest friends are black.

I was raised around all hot white chicks, thus, that's what I was raised to consider Muy Caliente, but living in Southern California you learn to appreciate the Latina chicks, tambien, they're very yummy.

I think I've mentioned my girlfriend is half Mexican/half White. Most Asian moms want their sons to date an Asian girl (which my mom did, when I brought home a green eyed, blond chick home in high school she probably got gray hairs), but my dad (her hubby) is White, soooo...... my last name is Holmes, that's about as Loyalist to the Crown as it gets.
 
Latina chicks are gorgeous. I had a stint where I was only into those kinds of girls. Eva Longoria/Salma Hayek type. Now I've broadened my type to be generally cute brunettes and the real hot redheads.

I grew up in one of the most diverse neighborhoods in this nation, so I've always been exposed to different ethnicities, different types of foods, different types of women... I've definitely gone through my phases with women. Had my asian phase, my blonde phase, black phase, then it was brunettes... Europeans, persians, short girls, tall girls... Now I'm just into anyone who is genuine, interesting, attractive, stimulating, and sincere. Oddly enough, I'm hispanic and I'd never hooked up with a hispanic girl in my life until the past month or so. There's been two since then. One of them, who I've been kind of seeing the past couple weeks, is Colombian, like me. Good stuff. My mother is also very traditional and old school, and I always thought one day I would bring home a Colombian girl and make her proud... But this Colombian girl is 14 years my elder. I'm pretty sure my parents would BOTH flip if they found out.

I told her I was going to show her off, she didn't care, she models. She's 24 and a UC Santa Barbara graduate, super, super down to earth. Matter of fact, that's been her problem most of her life, she's so down to earth that she ends up getting treated like one of the guys and missed out on romantic interests as a result, at least that was what she complained to me the most about.

What to take away from all this mumbo jumbo? Most predominantly, notice the increase in my general stamina and muscle endurance, which is reflected by total reps performed. Greatest Free Weight Effort has gone up, which is a direct implication of strength increase.

I have a more recent chest workout, but I opened with Db Presses, rather then bench, and this would throw my little system here in a fuzz.

Tonight is chest and I may weave those numbers in here for a more updated, week 3 assessment.

My NP order arrived about 3-4 days ahead of what I'm used to. Hank must be flirting with me.

I think I'm closer to the end of my run then I thought. I've got a decent pile left at the bottom of my bottle, but when you consider the size of these caps and at 5 caps per serving, then it's actually not that much to go.
