As an Italian, I feel very very sorry for you.
Lol. I'd love to try some O.G. ravioli.

No, I don't know yet. I was really looking forward to that fight. If I read anything about a replacement I'll be sure to update you.
Edit: I'm hearing mutterings of moving up Guida/Pettis to replace Maynard/Edgar.
hmm hopefully they can save the card.
Just saw Chris Lytle vs Dan hardy is booked Aug 4th, I can't wait for that one.
130 has definitely become a mediocre card. Matt Hammil is nowhere near headlining material for a PPV.
I'd have to agree whole-heartedly there. I may still go to my usual sports bar that day to watch it if I have nothing else going on, but my interest level is about a 6/10.
I may just go watch an 80's cover band that night.
Lol. On that random note of cover bands. My uncle-in-law is the singer for The Doors cover band, Wild Child. This summer he's going to tour with the original Door's members, short of Morrison obviously. My uncle-in-law really does look like Jim Morrison, you can actually find a bunch of Wild Child's concerts on YouTube. You'd be surprised how many faithful followers of The Doors are still around.
Coincidentally, my wife is a huge fan of The Doors and she's barely 22.
I've never been a big fan. Too slow and meh for me.
I went through a huge punk phase during undergrad. AFI, Bad Religion, Rise Against, Pennywise, The Misfits...that was all I listened to for years. Then, AFI went emo, Bad Religion tailed off, and Rise Against has been disappointing with their last 2 albums.
Now, I'm back to Lamb of God, Hatebreed, old Fear Factory, Metallica, and Rammstein.
I went to a Hatebreed and Lamb of God show last Fall. It was by far the most brutal pit I've ever been in to date.
Went for a 60 min jog today, no lifting. I'm not sure how far I ran, but it's the longest loop I've ran so far. The hardest part was half way through the run when my right butt cheek started having some pretty sharp pains everytime I stepped with my right foot, but what can you do? When you're outside running, it's only over once you get back home.
Now off to my three tilapia fillets. My primary source of protein this month has been from tilapia. It makes me feel very James "Flex" Lewis.
Just had tilapia the other night. Incredibly easy to eat a bunch of it, had about 5 fillets. Covered them in hot sauce too haha :rasp:
I wish I liked white fishes, but I fancy the more expensive seafood like salmon and tuna steaks.
I need an elbow grind from an Asian deep tissue masseuse to work that out.

I could go for that and a...:smokin:
you know tilapia is farmed in a pretty grimy way, right? look it up. probably not something that should be eaten all the time
Been following the post as much as I can and really interested in the post pics. Also wondering what your overall thought of ANDRO is?
Damn shame... Brock was a rare breed of a physical specimen.
Im looking forward to your summary as well Volcom.
I know your a brock fan and i usually dont jmp the gun but because of recent trends of the older guys besides randy really getting beat bad i think lesner has a very tough road ahead of him. he takes forever and then some between fights. i think because of the way hes trained is really going to be limited from here on out.
going completely out on a limb here but it jsut makes you wonder about the PEDs he might have used during WWE. not taking away from his performance in UFC at all because he did great with no exp but maybe the difference this sport puts a toll on your body his body isnt holding up. this freaking problem hes getting is crazy too. i wish we could see HW fighters more active. im really sad he had to pull out, such a bummer.
Im looking forward to your summary as well Volcom.
As if Brock is out, that is a bummer!
Major bummer. As a fan of Brock Lesnar, this totally blows. As a fan of MMA as a whole, I never saw Brock getting past Cain in this lifetime anyway. JDS v. Cain makes better sense ultimately, imho.
Between Shane and JDs, I'm torn. I want a contender who can really threaten Cain and JDS is the name comes to mind between those two. Now more then ever I want to see the Strikeforce heavy weights move over.
I too wanna see the Strikeforce fighters, 2 fighters I think that will do amazing is Josh Barnett and Alistair Overeem.
I really think Overreem would destroy all the heavyweights in the UFC...BUT I think Cain and Brock could out wrestle him......I really hope we get to see those fights someday.

Overall, this was a very successful run. I feel healthy at the end of the 6 weeks run and I’d feel 100% confident that a 8, 10 or 12 week run would have been of greater benefit to me and would have been easily manageable. At week 3 I did begin to experience some lethargy, but was advised to try some Rhodiola to combat the lethargy and it made a 180 degree difference, removing my lethargy completely. I hope to run AH/AL again before the summer’s end and hopefully, I’ll better utilize the stack the second time around.
Awesome Log and great review. Thank you V!
You'll be loving that refeed I'm sure. Great log
