Volcom’s, Controlled Labs NEW White Flood CAPS (Sponsored TESTER)

All of a sudden, I'm craving me some pumpkin pie. Hell, I'd carve both of those pumpkins seen here!!

14 Day; Yesterday

I performed bi's yesterday morning, along with an intense session of 6:30 am HIIT. I'm instinctively and uncontrollably proactive with the athletes I work with when it comes to conditioning, no matter how exhausted I am. This meant I performed full rounds of HIIT with three different groups yesterday, so this was my schedule.

6:30am HIIT
8:00am LIFT
4:00pm HIIT
6:30pm HIIT

work at the Law Firm from 9:30am-3:00pm.

Needless to say, my legs were tossed.

Day 15

I attempted to do some machine chest presses this morning, just to see where my left pec is in terms of recovery and its not promising. I was hoping to perform chest tomorrow morning, but I don't see that as being a good idea. I may have to relegate myself to push ups in my room and give my chest a second full week of recovery.

Happy Halloween

I can't compete with Hank Vangut Invalid Link Removed

I'm actually going for the 1995 Marky Mark look, so.....

I can't help but perform the conditioning with the people I work with. I think I have a mental deal with showing people that I can do what I preach. But mostly, I do it so I can encourage them along the way, and it doesn't fall on def ears when I'm in the grind with them. If I'm putting you through HIIT hell, well I'm right there with you, I want it to end too, but we gotta get it done. I like to establish that type of respect in order to found some confidence so when there are times where I'm demanding some enduring challenges from them, they know I'm not all mouth.

Good policy. I can appreciate that.

Since tha beginning of me log laddy (in an Irish accent)

Nice! I guess I skipped over that part. Have you noticed any leaning out or vascularity increase? I'm sure you're feeling the hunger pains on the HIIT days! I always do. I can never eat enough but I do my best to stay on my diet.

My original run and the theme of my log is to analyze and log my experience with White Flood.

The addition of DTHC, Sunami and Icariin-50 will add to my overall success, but this added Test stack does not implicate the White Flood with any credits of absolute strength (notwithstanding some word of mouth synergy of DTHC/Sunami and a NO supplement of any kind, which WF can qualify under).

I was reading through some posts when I ran into some interesting findings.

Good questions- pregnenolone is a sulphated steroid- a few rungs down the chain from testosterone. It is used to form all different types of hormones in the body- DHEA,etc

It also antagonizes the GABA/benzodiazepene receptor sites, and can raise ACH levels in many areas of the brain- these two effects can have some bearing on the parasympathetic/sympathetic nervous system balance- in this case, pregnenolone may actually boost energy levels....so it may have some energy-enhancing effects that are independent of stims.....

Pregnenolone helps to down-regulate A1/A2 ATP receptors that have been upregulated by stimulant use (ie caffeine tolerance). It also helps with mental output, focus, concentration, mood, etc. In addition, it helps to 'even out' your hormone balance, but research has shown that it will not elevate your hormones unless they are out of balance.

Studies have also shown that even in extremely high doses, there is no negative effects and whatever the body does not need is simply excreted within 72 hours.

IMO its an excellent ingredient, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

This pregnenolone being discussed in the above quotes were in regards to the pregnenolone within Palto Alto Labs, RESET-AD. Which I am currently in possession of.

"...antagonizes the GABA/benzodiazepene receptor sites.." caught my attention in regards to boosting White Flood's nootropic effects.

"It also helps with mental output, focus, concentration, mood" also caught my attention in regards to White Flood.

and RESET-AD enhances the effects of any kind of Stim.

All this to say, my curiosity has been heightened in adding RESET-AD as a synergy to White Flood.

I hope to be logging the Reset AD for PAL pretty soon. I think I'm the only person that has applied for it!

And those dual HIIT/Lifting sessions are insane!

Severe DOMSzilla just kicked in across my quads from yesterdays "multiple" HIIT sessions.
Stff-Leg DL's really gave it to my hams, but I've stretched them out nicely and am feeling better.

Good luck with the RAD. Based on others' positive feedback I picked up a bottle, however I don't think I was suffering from adrenal fatigue because I didn't notice any change, however I wasn't doing too many stims and had a relaxing summer; things can be different.

My ECY hasn't been working for a while now. I could take it and sleep for hours. And coffee, forget about it! Does nothing. I drink tons of coffee anyways because I enjoy it, but I'd enjoy it more if I still got a caffeine buzz!

Day 15; 300 Spartans

Not quite Spartans, but push ups. As some of you know, I had a close call injury with my left pec during my last chest workout. I let my chest recover this entire week, but it seems that my chest is not yet ready for "heavy" weight, so I worked with what I could. Bodyweight Push Ups.

PUSH UPS

REPS.....Rest Intervals (by stopwatch)
25........1 min
25........1 min
25........1 min
25........1 min
25........1 min 30 secs

25........1 min 30 secs

25........2 min

No 25 is not the max amount of push ups I can do in a single bout, but I had to do this somewhat strategically so I don't burn out at set 1. Altogether I performed 300 push ups and by the end my junk was burning.

Needless to say with a short rest interval combined with high volume, my chest got a pump like no other.

I took a shot with my webcam and this was my natural pump following my last set.

Invalid Link Removed

I'm assuming I'll be sore tomorrow. I don't ever do push ups, so the first 15 was always cake, but when it came to the muscle endurance portion, like 15-25, toward the end it was VERY challenging.

Please excuse the lack of striation standards set by Russian, Viking and Shaddow, but I was just showing a natural pump. I could separate my pectoralis major and minor with a pretty deep split if I contracted, but that wasn't what I was sharing. My chest doesn't always look so ballooned, but I wanted to show that abnormal pump I had. Perhaps the White Flood's NO effect had a hand in it.

Do you feel your pec is healing up quickly?

I don't know. I could slightly feel that strand of strained muscle in my left pec when I was doing the push ups, but not in any way that could have been aggravated to injury. Push ups don't hit that muscle deep enough. However, this morning, when I attempted a chest press machine, using very light weight, from 50-90lbs I felt it a lot more in that specific strand of muscle, like further weight could have pulled that muscle. I see 1 more week of recovery MAX, if I can hold my patience.

Looking SOLID! I love me a big ol' pump, don't you?
Fo sho!! I love a big ol' biceps pump. Arnold equated the pump with having an orgasm. Too cool!! :head:

I know. It doesn't feel right AT ALL, when I'm not 100% able bodied gym wise.

I think anyone who trains with substantial intensity has had some type of injury at some time. I've had numerous. It sucks, but it teaches us lessons about proper warming up and stretching. And about using good form and avoiding swinging, swaying, or heaving the weights around. And when you do get back to 100%, you appreciate it so much more!! We tend to take perfect health for granted, until we don't have it.

From what I understood, RESET-AD is meant to repair overstimulated and exhausted adrenals. Only once that repair has occurred, the stimulant effect will be enhanced. In that respect I would assume that for best results you would want to lay off any stimulant use when on RESET-AD.

I’m planning to run RESET-AD after my current stack. I will drop Recreate, RPM and a pre-workout powder that contains 75mg of caffeine.

It will be MUCH harder to cut down on real coffee Invalid Link Removed because it gives me soooo much pleasure!

Volcom, do you have any idea how much caffeine is there in White Flood Caps ?

I believe the best protocol is to lay off of stims for at least a week, but at that point you can begin usage again. I personally would lay off of ECY/ECA, and any other mix of thermos the entire time on Reset AD, but there is NO WAY IN HELL I would lay off of coffee!

Yes, RESET-AD's primary purpose is to expedite adrenal fatigue. At the same time, RESET-AD was also made to be used in conjunction with STIMS to prolong sensitivity to STIMS. If your goal is to quickly restore your adrenal's, then what you purposed is spot on, REST-AD + No Stims. However, REST-AD's secondary purpose, if not co-primary, was meant to be taken in conjunction with STIMS. It's selling point is, "you don't have to stop taking your beloved Stims..."

How much caffeine does White Flood possess? I'm not certain, but I'm under the impression that caffeine isn't one of the main catalysts of energy, as the caffeine listing falls under the Proprietary Blend, rather then listed as one of prime ingredients at it's standardized 200mg. Here is the ingredient listing for White Flood powder, which is the same for the CAPS.

Recreate and RPM... very naaaas. Due to Recreate's uber low stim effect, I virtually consider it a non-stim, and therefore I like to stack Recreate with another form of Stim when I'm cutting. I love Recreate's thermo effect. I feel like Rambo when I'm doing cardio on Recreate because I always end up DRENCHED in sweat and the accumulation of sweat is a serious, inherent motivator for me.

HERE, HERE!! Viva La Coffee Bean!

I agree with your protocol, If your goal is to restore your Stim chastity belt, I'd cut out Stims altogether. I don't think coffee is quite as bad because it's a steady, modest intake of caffeine and not a full on WMA bomb of 200mg on top of whatever else is attached to the caffeine warhead to enhance that 200mg.

I need a good lesson on warming up. As much as I know better, being so healthy all my life tends to perpetuate an invincibility complex for me and I think I'm impervious to injuries.

My intelligence is well matured, but my wisdom can be that of an 18 year old sometimes. I want to start crushing heavy weight 1 min into walking into the gym.

Fo sho!! I love a big ol' biceps pump. Arnold equated the pump with having an orgasm. Too cool!! :head:

haha, in that interview, EVERYTHING seemed to give him an organism, the pump, the posing, the working out, the competition, the girls (obviously) and he was a self professed luckiest man on earth because he was always having an orgasm.

Yeah. He said, "I'm coming when I'm posing, I'm coming in the gym, I'm coming all the time!! So you know, I'm in heaven". That was priceless.

Day 16

I am an IDIOT!!! But some of you might not blame me after I explain, maybe....

At the performance facility this morning, I was working with four athlete's on attempting new 1RMS. We worked through the squats and the owner of the place was taking pictures to post on their website. Only beyond parallel squats were taken as valid. This was all good and dandy, and I was just working, spotting and watching. However, when we moved to Dead lifts, my heart strings were tugged and tugged hard against all apprehensions, I wanted to get in on the fray.

When we got to 455lbs and nobody could hit it (and I KNEW I could), I attempted it and BAM, I distinctly felt both of my erectors blow up and inflame instantly. I immediately got into some stretches and I knew I blew it again.

That said, I still wanted to hit the gym this morning as I had planned and I tried a one time experiment:

- 8 White Flood CAPS
- 1 Reset-AD
- 2 Leviathan Reloaded

Oddly, I didn't feel "stimmed out." It felt more like an infinite amount of mental willingness and an infinite amount of high, steady energy, but not so much where your eyes feel like they're being forcefully peeled open. It felt like focused, laser condensed energy, not just a giant A-bomb of energy and restlessness.

Also, I originally attempted shoulders, but my body wasn't appreciating the axial loading stress of a military press, so I switched to a back up plan, where I could keep my body relatively static.

My energy level never dropped, it's currently 3:37pm and I took my morning experimental dose at 10:30am. I'm still 100% as energetic as I was this morning, less the now SEVERELY inflamed erectors, which I have taken Motrin for.

The only reason my workout came to a stop was because #1, I try not to go over 60 min, 75min tops and I was edging 75 min. #2, I started feeling that shaky, famished feeling that occurs when you start feeling hypo. Energy wise, I could have gone all day. Matter of fact, at 3:00pm I genuinely wanted to go back and hit delts as I had originally intended, but my lower back is far too inflamed to do anything.

"USUALLY" when I take a big bomb stim stack in the morning, a crash always occurs around 2pm and I just want to sleep, but i can't because I'm stimed, so I lay there in stim purgatory. Too crashed to do anything but lay there, but too stimmed to sleep. However, I feel good right now, mental acuity is clear as ever, not sense of crash AT ALL and I'm hoping this Motrin takes away some of this pain in my back.
