nope... fingers under the head, thumb kinda over it.

Still not an easy grip, I bet the forearms were burning. I like to do pinch grip front raises sometimes with a 45 plate and that kills my hand so my imagination went wild at the thought of you pinch gripping a 125 lb for 15 reps.

Well if it were me, hells yeah, but if you want to know how well its worrking, may want to drop some stuff out, such as Prime.
 
i would recommend to stop sitting on it and maybe putting it on a table or shelf....

Dont know what product X is though....

I may start it in a few weeks - I don't know if I am ready for that type of strength increase right now. Run another bottle of PRIME and drop it, bridged with X!

Just nailed some great recovery tactics tonight - In Rochester at my GF parents house and I did 3 cycles of 5 minutes in 102* hot tub then jump out and jump into the 76* pool and repeat. My muscles feel freakin' great! Great stuff leading into my scheduled deload week!

Today I had 4 meals... Travel day...

2 x 6oz 92% Beef, Lettuce, Cheese, Salsa

1 x 12" Subway Sub - Steak, Max Effort Veggies

1 x 6 whole eggs, scrambled, 1 whole fresh garden tomato
 
So ive been told for power lifting 4 meals a day (not counting pre/post WO nutrition) is the way to go....

any fact behind this?

Which do you end on, hot or cold? I can never remember what one your suppose to end on, but contrast baths are the sh!t. Did you see the results from the Pro-am this past weekend? Its absolutely unbelievable what Frankl pulled off.

holding 750lbs with your bare hands is no easy feat
 
well is it easier to comprehend that you have a weaker grip then you have bench?

I think the man can easily go heavier then 750, but for some reason he didnt

I think it has a lot to do with shorter arms too.... decreases your range of motion on bench but increases it on deads.
 
Most of you guys probably don't have experience with powerlifting gear but a bench shirt adds a lot of weight to your lift if you know how to use them, where a deadlift suit doesn't not add much if anything.
Also the bigger you get the harder your deadlift becomes compared to your other two lifts, I know that isn't a problem for Frankl bc he is only a 198'er but being heavy changes your leverages for the lift. I have always been told to gain weight until your deadlift starts going down, then cut it back a little bit.
 
miller brings up a good point, ive never worn any PL gear beyond a belt, wraps, and some wrist wraps.

DW do you think he maxed on deads? He made that 750 look light in my opinion

DELOAD WEEK

I am in Rochester for the week, training at a abandoned gym below a grocery store and loving it! Not a person in sight, listening to heavy****ing metal... Took some videos last time I was there on my cellphone.

Standing Shoulder Press - 135x10, 3 different grips (Close/Mid/Wide)
Very interesting with this, in this I realized that I may take my standing press grip in a few fingers. I felt extremely explosive with the closer grip with much less stress on my shoulders.

Tricep Rope Press downs - Holding on to the balls at the end of the ropes.

Grip work thingy (curl and extension tool, I may steal it tomorrow)

Shrugs 125lb db x15, 135x15, 145x12 (VERY TOUGH) Thick Grip, very cool...

We definitely are going to hit up some gear training bud, I need it. I put on my suit to deadlift today and it was absolutely horrible. 495 went up like it was weightless, then on 515 I kept falling foward because I could get down right in the suit. I think I ended up pulling something in my abs so now Im back to the drawing boards. I think Im going to switch back to conventional DLing from now on out. I don't know when you going back to PA but your more than welcome to come out and bench on Sunday if your still around.

I hear you - I only have a comp tight, doubleply Inzer TRX. trying to pull in that thing is pretty intense! haha I'd love to see where my squats would be in that thing though, wish I had a RevHyper to build my strength up though... How is she working for you?
