Standing Shoulder Press - 135x10, 3 different grips (Close/Mid/Wide)
Very interesting with this, in this I realized that I may take my standing press grip in a few fingers. I felt extremely explosive with the closer grip with much less stress on my shoulders.
Tricep Rope Press downs - Holding on to the balls at the end of the ropes.
Grip work thingy (curl and extension tool, I may steal it tomorrow)
Shrugs 125lb db x15, 135x15, 145x12 (VERY TOUGH) Thick Grip, very cool...
