And Damn trip i love the sprinting between sets. You must be in insane condition.
 
Day 8-9

Started on 6 DTH Yesterday (2/2/2)

(yesterday)Took the full 3 R4W (preworkout) I think 2 worked just as good to be honest. I will try it one more time to get the full conclusion. Yesterday was another awsome workout...just hit chest/back no cardio.(wanted it to just be a power day)


Weight is up to 190 (+2)


Today...
6 DTH(2/2/2), took day off because it's my BiRtHdAy!!!!!:twisted:
-didn't go to gym, but shoveled a sh*tload of snow.

I never said it didnt work, I just think there will be a "thresh hold" that will hit soon, like whats going to happen when everyone with anything worth while to say is a rep "billboard" for some company. Its going to be the bb.com syndrom. Most people there are reps or 15 and asking the same cell-tech questions over and over.

Anyway thats another thread.

Day 10

Weight 191 (+4)

6 DTH (2/2/2)
3 R4W (preworkout)

First off I will keep the 3 R4W preworkout because I do feel more drive, and increased focus/energy. I am a very firm believer in preworkout supplementation. There is no way someone can give their 110% without some type of stim...(my opinion)

Recovery continues to be very fast, and no issues with doms.

No acne to report at this point, but the "Alpha Male" mentality is very profound.

Piss has returned to normal color. (I increased my water intake)

So far up 4 pounds with same diet and training as before starting DTH/R4W

At day 10 I am very impressed with this product so far.

A kid at my gym came up to me and was like, "dude what kind of supplements do you take?" I gave him the web address for Nutraplanet and told him to check DTH out.

-My "wheels" are basically proportioned with my body. I had issues with my sicatic nerve,and hip joint problems lately so running sprints has not been fun. Thats why I have to use the elliptical lately.

Today (day 12) took day off

DaY 13

6 DTH (2/2/2)
3 R4W (preworkout)

Today I hit the "wheels" hard for all the haters...lol Busted out with 6 sets of squats like a dam champ. I was so fired up after that I went straight to the treadmill and ran 12mph sprints on and off for like 20 mins. Endurance was just insane. I go as long as I can at 12mph(usually about a min) then walk at 3mph till my Heart rate gets down to 130, then crank it back up to 12mph. I do that about 6-7 times.....talk about working up a sweat!!

Then did some calves, and finished with 15 mins of steady Elliptical.

I notice the endurance from the R4W alot at 3 pills preworkout. Drive and Alpha Male mentality are very high as well. Libido is nuts, I seriously wanna plow through everything I see...lol.

Weight 190 (+3 total)

Diet is still on point,and zero junk food,sugar etc..

Side Effects- nothing major to report

Got R4W sample with a Np order..........Insane energy....Don't take in late afternoon or fulldose unless you look like trip....much better stim then ephedrine imo.

I'm thinking I'm going to have to pick up DTH for my post cycle therapy. Alpha male mentality > Feeling like a little *****.

Day 14-15

Last 2 day have been great workouts but, I pulled a muscle in my upper back that is frickin killin me. I had to do more cardio, and arms. Sucks major ass, I got a dam ice pack on it right now. Cant turn my head and sh*t.

Last 2 days took 6 DTH a day. I still feel like a monster, and libido is def way up there.

Cardio has been great though regardless...

No side effects to report other that oily skin, nothing to bad. Minor acne, and aside from the pulled muscle recovery has been great.

DTHC looks awesome bro. I am probably using it for my upcoming PCT. I haven't really ever had one good PCT, so if this works I am gonna be sold for life.

I know exactly which one you mean too! Happened a few months back. My buddy is a PT and he said for the first 24 hours, ice. Then moist heat after that, NOT dry heat.

Holy Alpha Male mentality! I have developed a serious case of road rage in the last few days, and at the gym today I was just staring people down like I owned that sh*t...LOL.. I LOVE IT!!

Good news the upper back muscle has somehow resolved itself?? Very glad!!

Weight is 191 (+4)total

This stuff is as close to test that I ever used OTC. Very awesome product to jack test up. I would love to see blood tests of before and after...anyone have a link?

I have noticed issues with prostate, feeling like I have to go but cant? Wake up a lot to piss at night too. This is something new... I did a Test/EQ cycle not to long ago, but used finasteride with it, so I didn't have prostate issues then. Anyone else notice this as a side? I know it's just from elevated dht levels, and I will probably start taking saw palmetto.

i am noticing that also. i piss like every hour. i dont feel my like prostate is enlarged, i just need to go all the time. it's an awesome product. have you noticed an increase in appetite? i am stacking this with NOS Ether and i eat like a horse. i never get full.
 
i popped 2 r4w today, we'll see how I like it. I prefer more of the stim to come from non caffeine sources, as caffeine irritates my stomach some

Well the caffeine in R4W is 100% from Green Tea and 2 caps have 160mg which isnt that much so let me know if it irritates ur stomach.
