Care to elaborate?PCT is overrated anyways, after several different cycles there is no "fully recovered" anymore
Pct is overrated, or are you just overrated at giving advice becausev that advice SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS, thats pretty stupid man.Alot of this is going to be person specific, age specific, and dosage specific. If you are older then its going to take much longer to recover. 7 months and your not recovered? Might be time to get the bloodwork and hormone panel done. Even with no PCT you should be recovered at 7 months. PCT is overrated anyways, after several different cycles there is no "fully recovered" anymore
Care to elaborate?

People need to incorporate more than just a basic SERM for PCT. Nutrition alterations should also be made. A higher consumption of fats during PCT could benefit test production. Modifications in training, including a test booster, adding SAM-e or Theanine for the blues. People need to do more than just pop a SERM. Also, some SERM's could be under dosed so research the hell out of your source and don't always be a sucker for a good deal without doing your homework. There's a lot of **** that goes on with hormones that no serm is gonna fix. brain chemistry, libido, and overall psychology are some major ones.

I think it is very stupid to think pct is overrated, but if you think that(i dont know if you do) then dont do a pct when you come off and tell me how you feel 3 weeks later. And good luck with what, following a carefully constructed pct. elaborate man, you can just say u dont know how gear works and i do and not explain anything. Lets see some cited research illustrating your points(which are unclear anyway) and if you cant produce STFU. Obviously the more gear you do and the more often the greater effect it is going to have on the endocrine system and body chemistry, but you agreeing with pct being OVERRATED, damn dude i thought with the rep power you would know more. What do you think some 22 year old wanting to do a first cycle of SD thinks when he sees your stats and you saying pct is overrated, long story short he gets shutdown gyno, and loses all gains. Comeon broGreat post. People don't seem to understand that PCT is a relatively new concept. PCT will "bring you back" faster but without it your body will still return to somewhat normal. It's just a matter of time. Of course it also depends on how strong your cycle was and how many cycles you have done. There will definitely be a cumulative effect on your endocrine system from using steroids or exogenous hormones. So after so many cycles you endocrine system may never recover to what it was before you ever started cycling steroids.
The problem is a lot of people are ignorant to the history of steroids and how they actually work. They just follow a "monkey see, monkey do" type attitude and follow everything they can from so called "experts on the forums". Good luck with that.
Old school pros never did PCT so if it was "monkey see, monkey do" than no one would have attempted PCT. PCT is not magical when it comes to saving a good portion of on cycle gains. Many idiots will juice up and only train and eat properly while on cycle. Once they come off they go back to crappy nutrition and inconsistent training and this has more to do with their loss of gains off cycle. Bottom line is that PCT and juice aren't magic but they help you out along the way in your BBing journey.Great post. People don't seem to understand that PCT is a relatively new concept. I agree man, good post. People vastly UNDERRATE GOOD NUTRITION AND DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Old school pros never did PCT so if it was "monkey see, monkey do" than no one would have attempted PCT.
