damn it, I always forget the banana hamock. I gotta remember for tomorrow as it is leg day, I can see that there will be a lot of freedom of movement
 
Days 3, 4, 5





Weight: 212lbs(+1)

Libido: Since day 4, i've noticed an increase in my libido. It has actually become stronger over the last few days. Not overwhelming, but a noted boost.

Aggression: Well......i'm still fairly short tempered at this point. :D The feeling of aggression has tapered a bit though. It just seems that little things i normally would overlook have been pissing me off.

Overall Mood: Overall, i actually feel pretty good. My desire to train is very good, as well as a decent feeling of well being. My mood has been more consistent over the last few days as well. No serious fluctuations that i've noted.

Strength: I finally started to notice it yesterday. I was able to add a few more reps during my back workout to most exercises. My overall endurance also seems to have picked up as well.





Narrative:


I may not update this everyday guys, i have a busy week ahead of me this week at work. Not to mention the threat of a possible hurricane now........F*CK!! Anyway, i'm really starting to set into this product nicely now. A good amount of aggression and training drive. My appetite has also noteable increased over the last few days as well. I just received my ATW "Cupcake Batter" protein powder, so i'm excited to give that a try. I'm also utilizing ATJ Nutritions "Protien Balls" haha.

I've been keeping my cals just above baseline (200 kcals), but i'll be bumping that up a bit. I'll also be utilizing the eliptical machine (low impact) for about 30 minutes 2-3 x week. My training days right now are mon, tues, thurs, friday.

Just a few things to note. The "Buzz" feeling i was noting seems to have faded by day 5 now. I also don't experience the numbness of my tongue either when administering the T-911. So far, i'm pleased!
 
day 4 was when it set in for increased strength for me also, i was amazed at the quick results i got from this.

I really haven't noted too much in the way of sides. I have a bit of acne, but nothing i really would comment on thusfar. My hair is still there and accounted for as well. :D

Btw - If this TS/Hurricane suddenly develops into some kind of monster storm, i'm heading to atlanta to stay with you buddy haha.

T1 was in his basement last night asking me to hold him...Jay was singing, Zombie was moaning about brains and I was spouting off limericks. The shoutbox is a crazy place at night.

I wish there was. I miss having a basement. Although, my new garage is seriously almost like one. It's fairly large, and gives off a mild "dungeon-esque" feeling. :thumbsup:
