I feel like your relationship with your wife is the staple of what a great marriage should be
I have a great wife and am still in love with her, so yes, Life Is Good!!
I feel like your relationship with your wife is the staple of what a great marriage should be
I have to share a funny story. About six weeks ago at the end of my first run of True Shred (and the Transformation Challenge) I ask my wife to pick me up two pair of Black Jeans (for work) now we have been married for close to 30 years and I have worn 34X29 for 30 years, so when I ask her to get me 32x29 she questioned it. Fast forward, got my new 32x29 jeans and she says "I want to see you fit unto these now" so I go into the bedroom try them on (they fit GREAT) I come out with no shirt on, just the jeans and she calls me Muscle Man (I liked that). Later that night she tells me I am looking very good and if I got in to better shape for her it was not necessary, if I did it for my self it's ok, but if I got a younger hot thing on the side she will cut my +#$% off!!!! Just for the record I got no young hot thing, just a 65 year old wife that I love very much !!
Real dmz still availble?
Yesterday ate only 75g carbs and woke up at a new low of 224.4 after bathroom??
Can’t believe I shed 6lbs of bloat in 3 days but I will take it!
Last day for S23 was yesterday, as well as LMG (swapping the Phorce for straight DMZ 40mg), bumped Ostarine slightly to 20, and doubled Var to 40 - hoping to see a more solid physique out of this combo for the home stretch.
Hyde do you rate S23? Rocket3015 congrats for the jeans mate! And also for marrying an awesome woman!
Must be nice being 180 lol i can do 15 for my first set but after that im smoked. I do weigh around 210 thoughFirst of all, I am under 180lbs again (Yea) Second, I have been using Wild Thing Pre-Workout and I believe it is giving me Drive and Focus like I have never had before. So yesterday it was Back and Bi's and time for some body weight pull ups, I remember MrKleen73 saying his record was 30 something (for 3 sets) so I thought I would shoot for 40 thinking with the lower body weight and the extra drive I have been having I might be able to get there. (3 set 15,13,12 was the plan) I don't know my PR but it was under 40? First set 15 (no problem) second set 15 (?) third set 15 Holy smokes I got 45 THANK YOU Wild Thing and Thank you MrKleen73 for the added motivation !!

So one more week to go.....I feel like I’m seeing changes again after my week plateau but is it gonna be enough or too little too late??? If you all feel like a donut or 10 this week just go for it boys (and girls if inspire is still here) lol
Gutted I’m still on eca this week rather than clen but I’m sticking with my plan as my cut will run past the end of the comp.
How’s everyone else getting on?
I just experienced the var calf cramps for the first time ever. So I got that going for me.
Not sure that's a plus ??

No definitely not! Cramps suck!!!Lol it’s definitely not!
Well I am feeling much better after my bout with illness last week. I was able to eat a good amount this weekend and get my full body trained to catch back up a bit. Not sure where I am as far as progress, hard to compare at this point as I am working to both continue leaning while trying to keep my body from being in a depleted state and have been on a veritable see-saw of glycogen depletion and replenishment. Either way win or not I am pretty happy with where I am right now!!!!
Meh catching back up is the key words there. Not sure on the progress. I have been more active at work but weather and work schedule have also kept me from doing any type of cardio recently.Sh1t, there goes the competition....

I used to be an aircraft mechanic. One of our painters was nicknamed “Cup”....as in, Buttercup
Another guy was a bit aggressive with his sheet metal work in his younger years, and they still called him Chainsaw a decade later
That is how my cousin made his millions. Started as a mechanic then opened a maintenance and tank cleaning business.

Yeah... I just switched to IT lol. But I’ve made a few hunneds...![]()
Are you on the programming side, network, database or what is your main focus. I am support and operations here at my job. Lots of VIP support, video conference VIP support and all of that. I like helping people but could care less about computers so I stayed in the support side of things. Plus I have no interest so studying the other areas is horrible for me. I can learn anything on the job very quickly but if I don't do it at work I am not going to mess with it to learn it. I need to be doing things with it to learn that type of stuff. I might try to pick up some programming though as my son is starting his own company and has offered to allow me to do some work in the stuff I don't get to be involved with up here since I am in a satellite office.
Hoping I can do that and maybe develop a little portfolio there and get into some of the higher paying side of things. I want to get to that 6 figures.
I do alright for a guy with a GED. I am getting close but I need a new skill set or to just dive into training and online coaching to see if I can make up the difference there. All of that took a back seat when my mother in law moved in but I think I may try to get it going again here real soon.

I’m in networking/support. I am very similar in that I prefer helping people to the technical.
You will definitely wanna get into scripting if you are looking to make the big bucks, but I just have zero interest in it.
This is more than likely the way I will go. I figure going back to school is a 6 year and 20 hour a week commitment minimum. I would need remedial courses just to get to college level so that extends things big time. Even if I took 12 hrs, the required studying would be pretty intensive for me. I would accrue debt, and may not end up making a whole lot more than I do now. However if i focus that same 20 hours on training or coaching, then I wouldn't be accruing debt and would actually be bringing money in. I would imagine with some dedication I could make up the difference to 100k in a year or two of doing it part time, and if it took off much more.Chase your dreams !!
To be honest I learned a while back that the key to earning 6 figures is simply to first understand what you are good at (note this is often not something you want to be good at or are passionate about)
When you accept your natural skill set just be the best in that field, doesn’t matter what the field is, the best always earn well.
Guy who used to live next door to me was decent at gardening, ended up owning a multi million pound landscaping company.
Guy who brought his house when he moved was making a killing in recycling waste, he said to me once that the industry itself didn’t excit him at all but he seemed to have a knack for it so that’s what he did.
Mate of mine Is a window cleaner, most window cleaners are unreliable and irregular. This guy turns up in his company outfit, clean van etc, regular as clock work. Makes 6 figures easy cause everyone uses him and he can charge a bit more.
I’ve always been able to get people to buy stuff off me, the product or service doesn’t make any difference, I have little interest in what I sell and don’t enjoy selling it, but I enjoy the lifestyle it affords me, my wife and our kids so I’ll keep doing it. Sounds mildly depressing put like that but I don’t mean it that way, I very much like my life, I’ve just accepted where my strengths are and play to them....
I have a couple friends who really love coding, so I would say give it a go at least on the side and see if you wanna keep learning/practicing further.
