Man everyone seems to be doing well. Love that!!!! I took these pics yesterday.

I think I started at 212.7 and was 210.5 and some change last Saturday, after my travels this week I weighed in at 212.1 so still down .6lbs after this weeks travels and food intake.

Pics Taken upon waking Sunday 2/18/18 @212.1 Lbs.

I am pretty happy with how I am looking right now after this past week. I feel I still made some progress last week and that huge meat meal I had is starting to come back out... I can see a little more separation in the abs, and vascularity has increased a good bit. So even with the odd meal plans I was able to make some more progress last week.

Do you have a pump in these? You look like you have a serious pump!

I am jealous as hell that you don't have moobs at your bodyfat level. I would say you and I are pretty damn close regarding BF but you don't have that dreaded moobage I got going on... Either way looking good and I see an improvement, or a pump one of the two because you do look better in these pics to me.

No doubt, I was so annoyed, I kept ordering what should have been big meals only to be frustrated by not getting much actual food and hardly any meat!!! It wasn't until I got to the airport to leave that I ran into a place called The Burger Joint, and they had DAMN GOOD BURGERS!!!! Patties were 2/3lb, and I got myself a double meat, double cheese and large fries! The meal I had been waiting for the entire time and was on my way out at the airport...

I definitely recommend The Burger Joint to anyone who see's it in the SFO airport for sure. I will definitely go there next time I end up back out there for work.

Between Fogo De Choa and The Burger Joint I must have eaten over 3 lbs of meat in less than 14 hours... adding fries and a real rootbeer to that and yeah my weight was up a bit Sunday morning but with the restroom breaks I have had already today I am guessing I am closer to 210-211 again. :)

I know right! He is such a good looking dog. You know I gots love for him, I didn't have the heart to cut him out of the pics... So some of them are a wider view just for him. LMAO!!!!

Well I want the invisible kind like you have then. If I didn't have the moob issue I would be perfectly happy walking around at 15-20% BF... wouldn't worry about abs. It is the saggy and pointy moobs I have had since I was 11 that I hate and I have to be super lean for them to go away...

This is so true, Days I work from home I’ll run a 10k, eat, lift for 90 mins and still feel way more energised than the days I sit on my a55 in the car or train for 10 hours......I travel a fair for work, takes it out of you.

Brother, 20 pounds is great in a pretty short time to be honest. That is a lot of hard work!

As for me, I had another weight workout tonight.

Squats: 265x13 (+1 rep) and 295 x4 (+1 rep)

Bench presses: 185x13 (same), then a drop set of 235x3 (+1 rep), 225x1, 215x1,205x1,195x1,185x1.

Barbell Curls: 80x15, drop set 1x105, 1x95, 1x90, 2x85, 2x80.

I probably should have gone to 100 instead of 105...did 5x95 last time...

Lying French presses: 12x61 (-2 reps), 4x91 (+1 rep) superset with Rope Press Downs 4x45.

Today's diet is pretty average. I made some cupcakes with 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt, 6 egg whites, 3 scoops of milk protein powder, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp baking powder and 1/2 tbsp baking soda and 3 tbsp cocoa powder.

The total macros foe the entire batch are 675 calories, 111 g protein, 51g carbs, 15 g sugar, 10 g fat. I ate those throughout the day, had 2 topped with 200 cals worth of peanut butter after dinner.

For dinner I had 1/2 pound chicken, 1 bag broccoli and 1 cup rice. I am guessing a little that it is around 700 calories for all that as the chicken was from a roaster and the rice is was roughly a cup.

Puts me at about 1600 cals for the day....

Thanks! I think they are right around 17 3/4-18 cold flexed maybe a little under. I have tiny joints though so it makes them look even bigger than they are.

My legs are still wobbling those ssb reverse lunges were challenging to get nailed down took my stabilizers a bit to really figure them out.

Okay guys, one more time of trying to figure out what class everyone is in. So many posts in here that it is hard to keep up.

To make this easier on myself I am going to keep it really simple...

I have decided with my elbow and a few other things that I am going to be running some HGH that was given to me recently. I don't know that I will run any anabolics or not but I am going to run the HGH at 2IU a day for the next 3 months. I don't even know if it is legit but I am hoping so, the person i got it from can definitely afford good stuff so more than likely it is g2g! Either way this puts me in the Assisted category again, but I think this will be more beneficial to me and my joint health than anything else. I expect a little faster fat loss but not too much in size assistance.

If you are going to run any type of hormonal PED, whether that be a SARM, PH, AAS, Peptides, or HGH during this contest then LIKE / Thanks this post.

I would say anything over 200 is definitely enhanced. Even 200mg is pretty high for TRT and gets most people out of normal ranges. You can get put on TRT at some internet places and run quite a bit higher but you are more than likely out or normal ranges running 200mg... I sit around 1000-1100 on 150mg a week.

Totally agreed. But I've seen where you have come from and what you have accomplished and I think a lot of people don't realize just what you have done. Definitely a great group with a lot of big achievements in here. .too many to pick from.

But I wanted you to know I've noticed and see you as one if the group of guys who is truly inspiring.

Missed 405 today on frontsquat. Took 2 shots: first attempt wasn’t tight enough & dumped it forward on the descent. 2nd attempt I did everything the way I needed to but just wasn’t strong enough to come out of the hole - this was right before I fell backwards
