Oh, and today I did back and shoulders.

Got 365 x 12 on deads, which is 2 more than last time and then flowed that with 3 x 395 which was a 1 rep increase.

Diet isn't locked down....but not horrific.

As long as diet is better than it was previously you’ll make progress brotha
 
Just to revisit this...I am all about doing what you want and owning your decisions. What I am saying is the science indicates that we often don't realize the effect our environment is having on our decisions. We lean on will power as if it is a determining factor, and a lot of times our environment has more influence than we realize. It is kind of like placebo...we simply don't realize what is actually going on. People should focus less on having will power and more on controlling their environment so that there is less need for will power. Will power is like a muscle...it can be trained and made strong, but eventually it will fail.

But mostly, I just like messing with ya.

Men’s classic physique novice natural so I am going to do pct the moment my package comes in which is tomorrow. Had nolva on hand but it crystallized do I had to go and buy some new stuff I got Clomid and Exemestane. I hope I don’t get hate on this for going natural but I have no other choice because that’s the only novice show available in my area I don’t want to travel and it’s going to be in mid June. Seems like all novice shows are natty. Wish I never started sarms I don’t like being that guy who took **** in a natty show. I mean yeah it’ll be out of my system so thats cool but I still don’t like how people go into natty shows when they’ve done cycles before. Anyways just being real with you guys. So I have 3.5 months to drop I’d say 20lbs. So I’ll probably run a solid EC stack. After I hit a plateau on my cut. I’ll be using HMB so I don’t lose muscle. Studies seem to be pretty legit on that stuff. Carbs will be cut down coach wants me coming in around 170-180. The initial show that I said I signed up for in sept. I was going to sign up for it then realized it was a pro show... fed is OPA.

That's awesome man. Takes a lot of dedication and motivation to put it on the line and do a contest. That in itself impresses me. Show us what you got!

I am sure there will be plenty of guys in the natural show who aren't totally natural either....but I get your meaning.

I just murdered the gym! Full body tons of supersets and a massive pump everywhere! I took 2 more defuse and 2 glycoshield and am about to head out to find a big ass meal! Maybe a pizza.

So far so good. I think it is working but I don’t have the cheats all that much. I knew here I wasn’t going to try much so it is insurance a few days into next week will tell after all the meat clears and the stomach thins out but I can see more separation in my abdominal area. Not sure if a camera will notice though.

The Defuse needs to work because tonight it is on! I am going to make you all proud of my meal! Fogo De Chao bitches! Daddy’s eating a couple pounds of meat tonight! Well more than one anyway! It’s being expensed so it’s on! Weight Sunday may be a little off that’s gonna take I minute to digest. Not tons of carbs though.

Here's me today.

Weightloss actually stalled at my last weigh in, but I am staying on track for now as I am unsure whether this was because my body began storing more fluid as a result of some extremely hot weather here. If my numbers are the same again next week then I will get a little more aggressive with my cut.
 
Couple pictures this morning. Weight holding around 220. As far as goals go I am still standing by a recomp and retaining as much muscle as possible butbhabe to decided to put a number on it and would like to be around 200 or sub that by the end of this. I’m just sitting here quietly in the background, waiting patiently like a sprinter on the blocks, preparing to explode into the competition.

Just letting these young bucks show off everything they’ve got up front while my plan is to treat it like I do my women on a Saturday night.....build up nice and slow before coming like a steam train at the end.

So....if I stop running my mouth and seem to have been kidnapped and disappear from this board never to be heard from again in this thread...this type of competition is probably the answer. Haha.

On the other hand...running my mouth might be the only edge I can get, and, well, it is so much fun.

Yeah, but it's just too much fun.

Did I mention I came in at 207.1 today. Depressing because of the water weight rebound, but down 1.7 pounds and 1% body fat on the scale over the past week. Not as good as it could have been, I need to work harder.

I also got 14.88 miles on the treadmill this week. By no means impressive, but I just started. My goal is to get that up to 2-3X that before the end of the challenge.


Gentlemen, I’m declaring nattiness. I don’t wanna be the only enhanced one haha

Ummm....if nobody is going to declare being enhanced, and you are the only one - seems like it would be kind of difficult to lose that category???

If you are looking to drop 20lbs you are on a cut, not a recomp.
A recomp is pretty much staying close to the same weight and just changing the composition of that weight IE equal parts losing fat and gaining muscle. You want to drop 20lbs in 3 months that is definitely a cut.

Going to look good when you get there too!

If you want to be true to yourself and not feel like you are taking advantage then go to the Open class in a different competition. You don't have to start out in a Novice class. That is kind of like paying the same entrance fee to practice around others... I would just do a show in the Open and see where you land... If you are paying for a coach anyway then it doesn't matter that you are a novice if you execute what your coach tell you to do. A lot of people in the open are first time competitors and if you go to a regional competition the guys in the open often aren't all that impressive anyway... If you are paying all of that other stuff at full price might as well compete full on... You will more than likely be happier with a 3rd in Open than 1st in novice if you are already feeling a little bad about competing natty when you are not natty anymore.

Man everyone seems to be doing well. Love that!!!! I took these pics yesterday.

I think I started at 212.7 and was 210.5 and some change last Saturday, after my travels this week I weighed in at 212.1 so still down .6lbs after this weeks travels and food intake.

Pics Taken upon waking Sunday 2/18/18 @212.1 Lbs.

I am pretty happy with how I am looking right now after this past week. I feel I still made some progress last week and that huge meat meal I had is starting to come back out... I can see a little more separation in the abs, and vascularity has increased a good bit. So even with the odd meal plans I was able to make some more progress last week.
