Man everyone seems to be doing well. Love that!!!! I took these pics yesterday.
I think I started at 212.7 and was 210.5 and some change last Saturday, after my travels this week I weighed in at 212.1 so still down .6lbs after this weeks travels and food intake.

I am pretty happy with how I am looking right now after this past week. I feel I still made some progress last week and that huge meat meal I had is starting to come back out... I can see a little more separation in the abs, and vascularity has increased a good bit. So even with the odd meal plans I was able to make some more progress last week.

I am jealous as hell that you don't have moobs at your bodyfat level. I would say you and I are pretty damn close regarding BF but you don't have that dreaded moobage I got going on... Either way looking good and I see an improvement, or a pump one of the two because you do look better in these pics to me.
I can see the travel taking its toll!

Tonights lift...
Finished my workout and man I am probably gonna be limping tomorrow!
Front Squats Bar x 15, 95x10, 145x10, 185x8, 225x5, 245x5, 275x5, 295x3, 315x2, 225x10, 225x10 - did 2 sets of 10 to increase volume over last time when I did a widow maker style set for 14 reps.
SSB Squats - 245x10, 265x10, 295x5, 295x5, 295x5, 295x5 - These were challenging sets but not ball busters except the last one was
SSB Reverse Lunges - 115x5 per side, 115x5 per side, 115x5 per side, 115x5 per side. Man these hit the core I did them alternating and good step back.
My legs are still wobbling those ssb reverse lunges were challenging to get nailed down took my stabilizers a bit to really figure them out.
MrKleen73 yeah I know for sure what you said makes sense about competing at the pro show but I already signed up and began pct. will keep clean and only use Ephedrine/caffeine once my pct is over.

No doubt, I was so annoyed, I kept ordering what should have been big meals only to be frustrated by not getting much actual food and hardly any meat!!! It wasn't until I got to the airport to leave that I ran into a place called The Burger Joint, and they had DAMN GOOD BURGERS!!!! Patties were 2/3lb, and I got myself a double meat, double cheese and large fries! The meal I had been waiting for the entire time and was on my way out at the airport...
I definitely recommend The Burger Joint to anyone who see's it in the SFO airport for sure. I will definitely go there next time I end up back out there for work.
Between Fogo De Choa and The Burger Joint I must have eaten over 3 lbs of meat in less than 14 hours... adding fries and a real rootbeer to that and yeah my weight was up a bit Sunday morning but with the restroom breaks I have had already today I am guessing I am closer to 210-211 again.![]()

I asked you about it in your log once or twice a couple weeks before I went, but assumed you must not have been in the Bay area since you didn't respond. Didn't want to be pushy by PM'ing too.
I would say anything over 200 is definitely enhanced. Even 200mg is pretty high for TRT and gets most people out of normal ranges. You can get put on TRT at some internet places and run quite a bit higher but you are more than likely out or normal ranges running 200mg... I sit around 1000-1100 on 150mg a week.Is 220mg test/w enhanced? If it is, then I may take it up a notch (or two). To be honest, I still haven't started a disciplined diet approach anyway, may go into a full blast on this.

Some update nudez, not much change, 2lbs down as of this morning and strength exactly the same.......but starting a cycle on Friday so expecting sh1t to start moving from then......

Missed 405 today on frontsquat. Took 2 shots: first attempt wasn’t tight enough & dumped it forward on the descent. 2nd attempt I did everything the way I needed to but just wasn’t strong enough to come out of the hole - this was right before I fell backwards
