I'm a little confused about how the last few days went because I went back to work Thursday and been in a daze trying to get caught up with work and it just dawned on me that I feel better.
I believe Wednesday I cut out anything with added sugar. Whatever day we were having that conversation about sugar and carbs I think is when I did that.
Thursday I had coffe for breakfast, Some deli turkey and cheese roll ups With cucumbers and hummus and a greek yogurt cup for lunch, and steak and a potato for dinner.
Yesterday I had a coffee for breakfast, coffee for lunch. And for dinner had the meal I had for lunch the day before with 6oz of chicken added to it.
Maybe this crappy feeling is blood sugar related? I don't have a glucose monitor any more so I'm guessing.
So today I had steak and eggs for breakfast and 1/2 of a potato. Gonna keep carbs low for a few more days and try to figure it out.
Feel 100% back to normal now so I'm going forward 100% with the cycle.
Unfortunately I lost 10lbs in the past 5 days but it's not a big deal. I needed to tighten up a little anyways lol.
For now I'm gonna eat meat, eggs, Cheese, Greek yogurt, fruit, and a little bit of rice potato and vegetables. Trying to keep carbs around 100, maybe 150 tops on training days till I figure this out better.

I've also been only about 50% as active as I normally am online. Trying to not check the forums every time I have a 2min break like I normally do.
I wish I wasn't trying to get bigger right now because I'm starting to think I would do good intermittent fasting on moderate carbs and calories. I'm definitely gonna throw some intermittent fasting in on my next cut.
Off to the gym to see how much strength I lost
