Well.........

I feel like dog ****, my appetite is gone most of the day and I'm starving at night. Energy low, strength seems down ect.

My girl and son are both sick too. Her just a tiny bit but my son is probably sicker then me.

Tomorrow is day 7 and if I don't feel better by Monday I'm stopping my cycle and going off everything and starting back up in May.

I don't wanna pull the plug but I 100% would rather stop and wait a month then keep wasting my gear when I can't eat right.

Almost nothing kills my appetite and it's definitely not there right now so that is a big red flag for me that something is wrong.

I also got my debit card hacked from a online order or something. A few orders I made never went through and now my card and account are frozen

Man that sucks…sounds like you definitely got Covid again. Just rest up and get well brother, and hopefully your girl and son feel better soon as well.

We all just took a covid test because my girl insisted.

Me and my girl tested negative and my son tested positive. But I'm pretty sure we all got it

I’m like you when it comes to the herd immunity would have been the best route for them to take, instead of forcing vaccines that had not been through the proper protocol. It seems the vaccines are helping mutate this virus into a few new strands every year, but what do we know.

Yeah the last time we had it, we had took the at home test and it said my wife had it and I didn’t, so I went to work. By the evening I was running a fever of 102 and felt like crap, so got off early and went to Doctor and his test said I was positive. I don't know if I brought this up yet, but a girl that works for my cousins restaurant (she has been there for over 10 years and we know her family pretty good) anyway, her father is a scientist and works for Pfizer. He had his entire family get vaccinated and boosters up until the middle of last year and then out of nowhere told everyone to stop getting boosters. There was someone else we know who had a similar experience with a family member that works for Pfizer. Then my buddy Jay works for a big company that deals with some ppl who are higher up in command for one of the Vax distributors (moderna?) But he told Jay back in the beginning not to take the Vax.

To top of my conspiracy theory rant my girl just told me that the hospitals around here are no longer mandatory for them to get Vax or boosters and magically no1 brings up covid in the meetings any more and when someone asks a covid related question in the group meetings it gets ignored. 100% ignored like tge question was never asked.


I'm not suspicious at all.....

Edit: I actually just called her to ask some questions, her dad is a molecular biologist (a type of scientist) for Pfizer. His job is to examine human and animal genetic variations and how drugs or medicines effect them.

So ya, I would think if he is telling his family not to do it anymore then he knows something.

Hopefully I don't get erased out of existence now lol

Regardless of what happens I'm gonna set a target to look my best around the 4th of July.

Seeing how much progress I made in 6 weeks with only trt and 4 weeks with trt +, 30mg epistane. I'm 10,000% confident that I could either put on 15 more somewhat quality lbs while dramatically improving my strength or even cut up a little around 220lbs. And still make some strength gains.

I'm not slightly worried. I will bulk up to 230-240 if necessary, I will be 220 ripped like I was in my avatar and I will bench 405 this year.

Your all more then welcome to remind me about all the things I said I'm gonna do this year, and I will do them.

I may even try to get a boxing match at the tail end of my next cut. I already told the boxing coach to keep a eye out for any heavyweight under 6'1 with less then 10 fights and I'm game as long as I got 6-8 weeks to get my lungs in shape.

Gonna be a big year for me one way or another. I always accomplish something new every year, I got 3 or 4 goals in mind for 2023.

Obviously none of this is really "important", it's just important to me to keep moving in the right direction.

It's funny you say that because I keep telling myself that I was due for a deload lol. This is nature's way of forcing me to take a break.

Also very good point on the eq, I'm scheduled for 150 test and 450eq pin tomorrow. I'm only 7 days in on eq so it's not like I'm missing anything or gaining anything by pulling it out.

And npp I've only took 4×20mg pins so there's not even. 80mg of npp in my system yet

No doubt you will accomplish all that bro. It's funny i felt the same about a deload and then when I felt like crap at the beginning of the week and missed M-W I literally slept all day and night so obviously you right about your body telling you something. Because yesterday and today I feel fantastic. I do like @Hyde idea about the eq as well

I hate hearing you are sick again, but @Hyde is right on with the EQ, might as well stick with it. You will feel better faster than it takes for Eq to build up in your system.

Ya I still pinned the test and eq on Sunday. I'm gonna be patient and let this pass And I'll just pick up where I left off. I actually just made a couple phone calls and pushed off all my work until the end of the week so I can relax

Mostly at night. I eat a little during the day and then have a big dinner lately. I'm getting around 3k a day still but not clean food. About a 50/50 split. I actually went shopping today and bought 30lbs of beef and chicken so I can start prepping better.

Tomorrow I'm gonna do a shake for breakfast and hit the gym after. Do meat and some simple carbs post workout, meat and vegetables meals 3 and 4 and the. Whatever calories I got left IL figure out something for meal 5.

I don't feel horrible, just off. Nauseous and low energy.

What's really crazy is the whole time I was on epistane I was hungry as **** and felt great. I take it out and a week later I'm tired and not hungry lol

I would think so, there is not much sugar like .01g in a serving of rice, rice is a complex carbohydrate even though it is easy to digest and acts pretty fast.

Good to know, I actually need to do some nutrition brush up. I always assumed rice would give a good insulin spike because it digests so fast and this process would have the same effects as sugar as it converts to glucose.

My girl is on day 5 of cutting out like 90% of her carbs. Almost no sugar or flour and she was having issues up until last night because it seems like she's back to normal today

I was pretty locked in on my diet, mainly rice, potatoes, meat, eggs, yogurt & whey. Whenever I would eat some bread or processed sugar, I would start getting cravings between meals. If you stop the sugar, it goes away in several days, but it’s a hard several days every single time.

Best advice to get through is to pound water, keep enough fats in for satiety, add veggies, and suck it up.

Also, My girlfriend just started some medical type classes she needs to get a raise at her job. Some of her books are on Kinesiology and other stuff related to what I need to brush up on. So while I'm waiting for her to finish her schooling I need to catch up on this stuff. It's been 13 years since I dropped out or quit whatever you wanna call it. Should be interesting lol

Honestly it's actually something you guys could bond over. When I moved out to Detroit my wife was finishing up her last year at college. I would help her study and a lot of her homework assignments and quizzes were done online so she would read the questions out loud and see who coukd answer first. It was actually a lot of fun. I know it sounds cheesy but a lot of times it led to some really good sex

But if I'm eating it with 8 oz chicken it's gonna slow down the insulin spike. Anyways it's gotta be sugar withdrawal tho because Iast night I added lime half a bag of mixed veggies to my steak along with some today with my chicken and rice and I feel better. The veggies give the meals more volume which has been helping a lot

It is, but if you aren’t in ketosis you need to consume glucose (or the body will go into ketosis and still make glucose for the brain). That’s not the problem, it’s processed sugars. A piece of fruit a day stimulates metabolism and doesn’t cause this, it’s our fake foods like modern bread, bleached pasta, & sweets.

Right now I doing a practice pre comp so I had to pull calories this week so the fruit had to go and I replaced I with tren ace and mast and added a 4th day of cardio. Next week the 4 servings if top sirloin and the olive oil that i put on my rice will go

Yea it's a good thing I live alone and at work I don't really have to talk to anyone for the most part if I don't want to. Just me and Llewellyn's latest anabolic textbook. Gonna read that to keep my mind off the hunger. The one thing I gotta keep telling myself is that I not losing muscle if I start to get real hungry or have hunger pains. My calories and macros are dialed in and I'm pushing over 2.5 grams of gear per week

I'm a little confused about how the last few days went because I went back to work Thursday and been in a daze trying to get caught up with work and it just dawned on me that I feel better.

Some notes....
I believe Wednesday I cut out anything with added sugar. Whatever day we were having that conversation about sugar and carbs I think is when I did that.

Thursday I had coffe for breakfast, Some deli turkey and cheese roll ups With cucumbers and hummus and a greek yogurt cup for lunch, and steak and a potato for dinner.

Yesterday I had a coffee for breakfast, coffee for lunch. And for dinner had the meal I had for lunch the day before with 6oz of chicken added to it.

Maybe this crappy feeling is blood sugar related? I don't have a glucose monitor any more so I'm guessing.

So today I had steak and eggs for breakfast and 1/2 of a potato. Gonna keep carbs low for a few more days and try to figure it out.

Feel 100% back to normal now so I'm going forward 100% with the cycle.

Unfortunately I lost 10lbs in the past 5 days but it's not a big deal. I needed to tighten up a little anyways lol.

For now I'm gonna eat meat, eggs, Cheese, Greek yogurt, fruit, and a little bit of rice potato and vegetables. Trying to keep carbs around 100, maybe 150 tops on training days till I figure this out better.

Just unloading all the random information I have from the past few days

I've also been only about 50% as active as I normally am online. Trying to not check the forums every time I have a 2min break like I normally do.

I wish I wasn't trying to get bigger right now because I'm starting to think I would do good intermittent fasting on moderate carbs and calories. I'm definitely gonna throw some intermittent fasting in on my next cut.

Off to the gym to see how much strength I lost 😆

Idk if you follow my log closely, but I dropped 38lbs bodyweight and 11% bodyfat since September primarily through fasting. My skeletal muscle mass before a meet on March 19th had only dropped 3lbs on the same scan from before September 11th’s comp (on more than twice the gear).

Muscle mass is not strength, and I am much weaker, but my clothes fit very differently from a year ago. The new muscle is obvious.

I saw that, last time I saw you were in the 220's I think.

Yes I believe fasting can play a significant role in fat loss, not eating = loss. But I'm not comfortable doing it. 1 meal a day I can tolerate but even that's not ideal for me most of the time. Especially when I'm working crazy labor jobs. The harder I work, the hungrier I get and if didn't eat at work on a 15hr day I'd feel really crappy, I've experienced this many times. I'm sure I could get use to it but it's almost a bigger inconvenience to have to make that adjustment. Even with if, I don't think I could fit bulking calories into 1 meal without eating garbage. But I think I'm gonna do start incorporating IF here and there when it's convenient.

I'm not sure if I responded or answered you properly, I feel like I'm just babbling lol.

Had a decent workout but I'm burnt now.

Lowered the weights significantly and did a lot of paused reps and 2-3sec negatives on most working sets. Did shoulders and biceps just because I knew it would be a mentally rewarding workout.

Side question, might be a little dehydrated, do you drink a lot of water when fasting or IF? I drink 1gallon minimum per day. But when I'm hungry, water makes me nauseous oddly enough. I definitely drank less water the past few days. My sweat also smells a little different, probably from the hormones building up. Normally I have almost no smell no matter how much I sweat, but on cycle I always get a little oder. Girlfriend says it doesn't smell bad, it's just a new oder that she's only noticed a few times (and it's always when I've been on a cycle)
