Sorry I responded to seeing upper lower, I don't know the actual phat routine il have to look at it.I'm looking for a new routine and am looking at Layne Norton's PHAT. Basically Upper & Lower power days (3-5 rep range) and 2 hypertrophy days (lower weights, 8-20 rep range) and I think a leg day thrown somewhere in the mix. Might be an option similar to what you are thinking?
Right now tho I spent a few hours last night putting together a full body that I'm gonna stick with while adhering to the diet I was given. I gotta stay on track. 6-8 weeks and drop 10-12more lbs in the process before making a decision on what I'm doing next.
Right now I'm just trying to make sure I get to the gym a couple times a week and I figured if I'm doing full body and something happens where I have to skip a day, full body is the easiest to pick up where you left off because there's not really any variables or risk of skipping a body part.
