Day 17
Just did Insanity today and sweated my ass off. Felt pretty good through it all.
My body just needed a break from lifting though.
Tomorrow will be Insanity cardio, upper body high rep work, and yoga at the FC.
So I guess Nicole isnt as hot as I thought she was since no comments.
Well it looks like I wont be able to visit her anytime soon so it might be a moral dilemma then.

Well Cassi seems to be the type to wait awhile to trust guys. I have a STRONG feeling some not so good things happened in her past.
The whole visit to see Nicole was predicated on the idea that I would be able to visit her soon before Cassi and I established being exclusive which I want to do in the near future.
Im not going to lie it feels like it is all a damn dream.
Both are about the same age and not far from my age. Oh ya and they are both LEGAL :fing02:

Well I finally popped 2 Alpha-T2 pills today. Got a sample pack from Natty a while back. I cant wait to see how much I sweat today. I decided not to do Insanity today because I would probably die from sweating lol. Going to do DC legs and then yoga later if time permits.

About Nicole - Do what you gotta do there :sgrin: I would just hate to see all the time you put in trying to get Cassi go to waste...that's all.
The more confident you appear to women = the more attractive they see you as being. Confidence scores points when you might be lacking in other areas such as height, weight, the car you drive, etc...
I saw Cassie's pic while it was up and she looks legal (and HOT) but Nicole is one I would personally wanna see an ID before I put my hands on her or vica-versa... bad experience with that one once or twice :lol:

I am going to disagree here. You are single, and admitably don't hang out with alot of chicks. I would hang out with Nicole (She is good looking) and feel it out. Lol fack u guys. My little town has a population of 61,336 as of 2008 and this place is growing. Getting too many damn people as my dad would say. Oh and 1.8% are Asian lol. And Nicole lives about 2 and a half hours AWAY lol.

Ok so my leg workout last night was killer. I did the workout I used to do with a bodybuilder friend. The volume whooped my ass. Didnt finish quads they were too pumped. I guess wasnt a good idea to take the Slin Sane yesterday. Big Blast tastes AMAZING! I will post up my workout later.

i was in the philipines when in the navy, i liked it so much i went back and went to school on old gi bill. 1st thing i did was learn to speak tagalog-even though 99% of filipinos spoke english. it took me around 2 months to master the basics-watching subtitled movies was a great way to learn. i cannot believe that someone can live in this country for many years and not learn the language-what this tells me is we are enabling them not to have to learn the language. our politicians have totally sold us out.:damnit:

I just feel run down from lifting. Needed a nice break. Walked 3 miles today and my calves are still sore as hell.
I dont plan on doing those workouts from the past because when I thought it was a good idea I forgot how much sheer volume we did. It was so taxing and hard to recover. It is better suited for on cycle I think.
I think I will start DC tomorrow. It is rough but it is only 3 days a week and some cardio. I will give it a go and see how it treats me.

don't feel guilty about taking rest days every now and then-they are essential for growth and recovery-not to mention preventing burn out.

Took another day off. MWF just feels right for DC. Had a day to myself which isnt as good as it would sound. Im starting to wonder if Cassi is feeling me as much as she says. I think it might be time to pull a trick out of my hat to keep this girl interested. She is thinking about going back to Europe which I just cant have happen. I came off as disinterested when she brought it up though. Errrr I need things to swing back in my favor here soon.

You can always make it up and hope you feel that way later imo. Tell her you are connecting and you havent felt like this ina while, see what she says. If you like her let her know, waiting is fail always, and besides, the guy is always supposed to initiate the next step, or the chick is way too crazy lol. DC today and it was great. Weights are a bit off on some lifts but for the most part was good.
Weight: 226.6 preworkout with Chucks on.
Incline smith press: 195*20, 6, 5 rest pause. Obviously need to use more weight lol.
Chest stretch: 55lbs*50 secs
Shoulder press with smith machine: 195*7, 3, 2 rest pause. The motion just felt awkward because of the bench. Used the incline bench upright.
Shoulder stretch: 60 secs
Kneeling tri ext with triangle 1 pulley: 87.5*17, 95*10, 7 Rest pause. Will probably have to do away with this exercise unless I am at the gym.
Tricep stretch: 25lbs*50 seconds
Wide grip late pulldowns: 120*9, 5, 4 Rest pause Felt about right as far as weight.
Deadlift: 495*5 Straight set
Hang pull up/dip machine 50 secs
Pull on smith machine moving around 60 seconds

Nothing too special about today. Turned in my car and went to the gun range. Found out they didnt have all the parts they needed so wont get car back till tomorrow. So that kind of took spin off the list.
Ended up crashing after getting home from shooting. For some reason I go to sleep after everytime I shoot lol.

Wont see Cassi for about another week but then should be seeing plenty of her :sgrin: Have been having more talk about sex lately for some reason. Apparently she is a big fan of it :bigeyes: Still havent "asked her out" but she knows that is my intention. Fack I want to see her.
Ok so I still talk to Lindsey fairly regularly but more on a friends term. Dont talk about hanging out or anything really. Yesterday she out of nowhere tells me she quit her job. Which was the thing that was keeping her back from hanging out more. She is going to go back to an old job she had that is part time and continue to work on getting a personal training cert.
Talking to Nicole about visiting her some time. Would really like to see her some time. Would def be able to put Keithan's(Votum) suggestion of a massage to good use with her. She is going to school to be a massage therapist....happy ending anyone? :chairfall: But ya I think we will be giving each other massages while I am there. Hopefully more than that too :sgrin:
