I left another long winded message today...was a LITTLE teary as I am so tired of the eating, vomiting, because I have to READ every bit of a label. met with dr again today....kinda discouraging......but working it out...... ass picture huh??? sounds to me like things are very positive.....:)

My workout today was good. The only bad thing is I am pretty sure I spent too much time resting.

Lying leg curl 130(used more weight, need to add weight)
Leg ext 180 (used more weight)
Leg press 5 plates(more reps, need to add weight)

DB pullover 50(added weight need to add more)
Bench 275 for 10(got more reps will stay here till I hit 12 then add weight)
Bent over rows 225 for 14(felt much easier going to add weight grip gave out more than back)

Standing BB press 145 for 12(added weight need more)
BB curl 70 for 12(going to add weight)
Seated overhead triceps ext DB 35 for 12(going to add weight)

Wrist curls 60 for 12(add weight maybe)
Standing calf raise 3 plates
Crunches 25

Overall a great workout and I felt pumped afterwards. Didnt feel as sick but like I said rested a bit much. My left triceps keep involuntarily pulsating and twitching.

I have my cpap sleep study tonight. Took some Need2Sleep already then going to take Ambien(10mg) when I am there. Might try and read a bit which makes me a hell of a lot more tired than TV even if it is about hitmen and what not.

Thanks man it is taking some getting used to going to true complete failure. The mind has to be forced into submission.

Did a workout yesterday because I got myself too excited about the idea of lifting. Michael is still with family taking care of arrangements so I called Ben up and got him to lift with me. I guess a 3 straight nights drinking Ben is better than no one haha.

Lying leg curls 140 for 12(feeling close to failure here)
Leg extensions 190 for 14ish plus negatives
Leg press 6 plates for 12(actually felt the same as 5 plates)

DB pull over 55 for 12 (moving up)
Bench 275 for 10(felt good)
Bent over row 245 for 11

Standing BB press 155 for 8(feel like I might have cheated myself)
Standing BB curl 80 for 12
Seated overhead DB triceps ext 40 for 12

Wrist curls 60 for 12 (FIRE)
Standing calf raise 3 plates for 12
Trunk curl 15

Did the whole workout in 23 minutes. Which is probably faster than when I did 9 exercises. What this means is I need to be cutting down on the rest. That is the whole point just have to get used to it. The workout isnt all about going fast, but it is about cutting down on rest. Was good to lift with someone strong again. It motivates me to push myself harder.

Weight was a little over 252 yesterday. Will be lifting again today so I ate plenty yesterday and plan on eating well today.

I ended up not going to workout today. Still a bit worn from yesterdays workout. Michael doesnt seem like he is going to be a consistant workout partner. Might be able to help bridge the gap till I find one though. With that said hopefully I lift with Ben tomorrow. Super motivating knowing I am lifting with someone as strong as me.

I slept like a champ last night. Got close to 8 hours and then later in the day took an hour nap. Feels amazing being able to get this much rest and recovery. Looks like I am in for another great night of sleep too. Eventually I will get around to listing off what all I am taking for PCT.
 
Umm awesome workout tonight. Felt like a beast. Every lift I think was up from the last workout. Plus I was only 248 which is the 1st time I have been under 250 again. I was consistently 252 post cycle. Wouldnt be thrilled if my strength wasnt blowing up.

Lying leg curls 150 for 14(add more weight)
Leg ext 200 for 13(add more weight-this particular machine maxes out at 240)
Leg press 6 plates a side for 12(will be adding some weight)

DB pull over 60 for 12(add more weight again)
Bench 275 for 12(this was 2 more reps and on the last 1 I didnt need help. Followed it up with a negative. Going to add weight)
Bent over row 255 for 13(add more weight)

Standing BB press 155 for 9(need to make sure I push press this when shoulders give out)
BB curl 90 for 10(felt this)
Seated overhead triceps ext 40 for 12(add weight)

Seated wrist curls 60 for 12(add weight?)
Standing calf raise 3 plates for 10
Trunk curls

This workout was great. Felt beat afterwards and the numbers were up there. Only thing I wish I had done differently was be able to get a better idea of how long it took me. Want to work on keeping it around 20-25 minutes. Dont want to rush myself, but keep the pace going so I am pushing myself hard.

Thanks guys I can't wait to add more weight on my lifts. Will put 285 on bench. Just seems like I am getting stronger each workout.

Bench 285 for 8 was using the bench I hate
Bent over rows 275 for 12ish probably going to up this weight

Standing bb press 155 for 10
Bb curl 90 for 10
Seated overhead db triceps ext 45 for 12

Wrist curl 60 for 12 up weight
Trunk curl 15

Everything was up except for probably bench but like I said I hate the bench I used. It is very low to the ground and I can not get comfortable on it.

Got selected to log IForce watermelon Hemoval so I will be using that soon. Been using the lemon drop one. Also put an app in for a chance to beta test IForce new product. If I am selected my post pct supplement line up. I will be out of pct by the time selections are made.

Well worked out on Monday. Was strong but bench felt a bit off. Seems like the 275 for 12 was random luck. Haven't hit anything like that again.

Lying leg curl 160 for 14 but I might lower weight and go for closer to 20 reps not sure yet.
Leg ext 210 for 16
Leg press 6 plates a side for 17

Db pull over 65 for 12
Bench 285 for 9 almost thinking of upping weight and going for the 6 to 8 range
Bent over row 285 for 11

Standing bb press 155 for 12
Bb curl 90 for 10
Seated triceps ext 45 for 12

Wrist curls 70 for 12 these burn so good
standing calf raise 3 plates for 12
Trunk curls 15

Not sure why bench has been off past few workouts. Just feels like I had one insane workout. Didn't feel like I rested long but I guess it took me longer to finish the workout. Going to lift again today so hopefully it goes better.

I am ready for my favorite holiday tomorrow. Can't wait to eat some good food.
 
Going to have some pre Thanksgiving leftovers before I go lift tonight. Should be some pretty good food. Get me ready for the gauntlet of food tomorrow. Thinking about fasting until Thanksgiving dinner. Will only be a 14 or so hour window. Would still take aminos and stuff.

Friday will be lifting with my friend Chris. He wont be able to do the lower body portion of the workout. Torn acl from football this season. Shouldn't effect workout too much.
 
So Thanksgiving went well other than eating too much. Trying to get back to eating cleaner. Spent a lot of time with the family and all.

Ended up going to church this past Sunday which is something I havent done in a long time. Kind of feels like it is time to. Things just havent been going the way I would like so obviously I am not doing something right. Figure it is time to give this a real chance. Going to a new church that I enjoyed. Plus of course have the support of my family.

Workout on Monday:
Legs seem to be getting stronger. Plus mentally being able to push past "pain" and go till my legs really burn up.

DB pull overs continue to climb. Not sure if I want to use 80 next time or not.
Bench felt weak again, but 1 rep max calculators say otherwise(295 for 7=365). Feels like I should should be hitting more reps. Might just need to nut up and keep pushing. Still not trusting Michael to do negatives on bench haha.
After bench was just pissed and didnt really give bent over rows the attention needed.

Standing BB press went well. Used more weight and I think got the same amount of reps. Plus finished with some push press reps.
BB curls were good, but still not great. Used 100 which is the most I have used for this.
Tricep ext going up on these. Used 60 pounds and really felt it.

Wrist curl were burning up and pumped.
Calf raise nothing special but I neglect them and they grow.
Trunk curls

Also had a weird dream last night. Basically I went to check the mail... naked. When I got out there the neighbor's babysitter came outside. I calmly walk over to her kind of shy then just go for a kiss and make out with her.
Pretty much the jist of the dream. Now for a little break down. No neighbor that I know of has a babysitter. A lot of fuzzy details like the actual location and hard to imagine what said babysitter looked like for certain now. And of course the obvious why the hell did I go check the mail naked.

Workout last night was ok I guess.

Legs continue to improve, but had to stop on leg press or I might have had to stop the workout completely.

Went up on DB pullovers and really felt my lats. They felt huge like they were trying to bust loose.

Bench was complete crap. Got 295 for 4 Idk what was up. That said I truly felt it afterwards like my chest was PUMPED.

Bent over rows werent too bad. Grip gets tired with the heavy weight.

Standing BB press did 175 well then some push press to fry what was left of my shoulders.

BB curls went pretty good. Trying to blast them little suckers.

Hit a wall with 65 on DB ext.

Wrist curls were pretty good.

Trunk curl

Waiting to hear from IForce what routine and diet they want us to do.

Anxious to try this new IForce supplement. Sleep hasnt been too bad lately but it is supposed to help. Saturday night I woke up and I was sleeping on the cpac mask. No idea how it got there.

Got a random friend request today. Another high school girl. I guess there is hope for our youth. Profile pic is of my back haha. I swear if I could walk around backwards I would have girls chasing me down. Told Nicole about it. She said I should persue it. Couldnt tell if she was joking(damn texting) and she kept saying she was serious. Then she tells me while we werent talking she got back together with an ex. But that they were done or whatever. It is looking more and more like I am glad when she moves to GA we will still be 2 hours away.
