Thanks man. If I can keep up similar strength what I will do is a push/pull powerlifting meet. Since my squat is garbage anyway.

It hurt to bend over to get water lol. Usually only take it to 20 crunches, but today went to 30 and paid for it.

Oh when I told her I wasn't from Hotlanta(she seriously put that as her location) I didnt hear back from her/it. Finding one of those is CRAZY hard lol. Had been messaging with an Asian girl(who I thought was actually attractive) that liked country music too, but she just dropped off the map. She was real nice and seemed interested and interesting. Havent heard anything from Nicole(30 yr old who didnt look 30 that is trying to do figure). Might be going to a Halloween party this weekend. Just a matter of getting a costume. Basically dont want to spend any money on something like Halloween. Not sure on how the turn out will be for this party.

Ya it doesnt make a whole lot of sense does it. I just make sure I do as quality of rep as possible. But when it comes to deadlifts that weight is moving.

Alright today was leg day.

Had not done squats in a while. Went up to 405 to just rep out till death. Clip the rack when stepping back, hit the safety rails on rep 3, rep 6 I feel the weigh shift, rep 7 I notice the weights on the left are about to fall off, and then I decide it is time to call it a set lol. Think I could have gotten to 10 easy maybe pulled 12 out.

Leg ext to failure superset with leg press to failure. My quads HATED me after this. I couldnt do anything to ease the pain.

Seated leg curls

Pretty excited about my squat being where it was considering I hadnt really touched it. My workout partner was pissed off about it lol. He knows I am "ON" but was still baffled by how I did on squats. Will probably do a similar style workout next week.

awwww thanks guys...I went spinning for 2 hours , hung with my nephews and got a Birthday cake ice cream shake as my cake....and i kept it down.....:) so all in all a great day :)

I actually had the clips on from the deadlift video. Thinking what happened was Ben thought the weights were pushed all the way but they werent. Only thing I can think of because you can make those clamps tight. Oh it was a damn good set. It was supposed to be the set that ended them all. The puke set if you will.

Haha the puke set was supposed to be on leg day. Squat set that just kills you. It was the one that got messed up though. My gym has a sticker on the mirror in front of the squat rack that says "squat till you puke" lol.

So I have been upping my cycle assist in case this happened. Went to a halloween party saturday night. Didnt really dress up lol. Wont get too much into the whole night but I have some high lights.

I slapped the SH!T out of Rambo lol. Later out of no where his friend brings it up talking about it was cool and "dude bro we just want to have a good time." So I went and apologized to bitch rambo that way I didnt have to deal with it later. Also I got put in handcuffs... Pic of that at the end.

I basically hit on every girl with a bf. Told this girl how sexy I thought she looked then found out her boyfriend had been walking around us lol. Ended up sitting with this girl who always comes off a bit cold when I see her. She doesnt really interact with the group from what I had seen. She convinced me to take pics with her. Dont know how exactly it happened but they ended up being pics of us kissing. She looked damn sexy and the pics I have seen of her from that night dont do her justice.

Those are the things that stick out. Should have tried to recollect my thoughts sooner.

It wasnt all bad. Proud of myself for not getting too out of hand. Wish I would have tried more with that one chick I mentioned. She was looking mighty sexy.

Oh and what would a party be without a bunch of youngin's crashing it. I walked into the garage and looked around it was clear they were too young to drink. The guy kicked them out it was funny lol. He was like be honest how many of yall are too young to drink. No one did anything so I raised my hand to get it started... slowly all the little youngins raised their hands lmao. I love helping out lol.

Oh and I had fun breaking the handcuffs lol.

It took me a little while to get around to listening to it. Couldnt sleep the night before I took my sister. Then while at the hospital couldnt sleep. Didnt get much info out of them. Then they came and told me to bring the car around front. After I got home and got some food in me I just crashed.

im tired, rib sore and knee swollen, took the night off from the gym..:( damn kids..........

Been taking it easy this last week. Really feeling the effects of a longer cycle. Couldnt imagine a super long inject cycle IE 22 weeks like someone told me he just finished wrapping up. Noticed a bit of hair in my hands when I washed it tonight. It is very think so not too worried. Should be maxing on deadlifts tomorrow then probably going to hit PCT. Meant to max sooner but never got around to it. Plus I want my ATTEMPT on video.

Alright onto my last workout of the cycle.

The gym owner was there today. He has pictures up on the wall of people from the gym and what not. Been kind of disappointed I am not on it yet. So of course I have see if he wants a pic of me getting 700.

It is a bad view of it, but it looks to be about the size of my pupil. Not the first time it has happened and I doubt it will be the last.

Alright enough of that. Didnt get 700, but I got pretty close then just hit a wall. As you can see I put a little effort into it.

Followed that up with a HIT workout. Figure the best way to do this is B runs through the workout while T helps push them. After B is done and lays on the ground a bit T runs the workout while B coaches. Switch up who goes first each workout.

Ben went first and I think he got a good idea of how painful it is supposed to be. I tried to make sure he went to failure then a few negative afterwards.

This was the workout (weight) [each grouping was done without rest only one set for each exercise]

Lying leg curl (100), Leg ext(170ish), Leg press[this isnt the one you use to boost your ego](5 plates)
rest
DB pull over(50), bench(275), bent over row(225)
rest
Standing BB press(140), BB curl(60), Seated DB tricep ext overhead(30)

We both felt sick and like throwing up. I got the feeling you get when you run a lot harder and farther than you are used to. It has a feel of cardio plus my heart was racing.
 
Work on your speed and explosion. It will help you through the sticking point. I think you unconciously lift too slowly and it puts the strain on about half-way through the rep. Not trying to be critical.........just helpful.

Do explosive sets with only about 60% of your 1 rep max and do sets of 3 reps. Really explode on the positive (eccentric) portion. Lower slightly slower and under control.

Yeah I have noticed that. Been doing sets of 3 starting at 60% ish and going to 85% ish. Might do deadlifts every two weeks. The workouts I am about to start dont call for deadlifts. Will probably just do speed pulls and max every now and then just to get an idea where I am still at. Honestly I dont max that often or even deadlift that often while off cycle. Will be doing stiff leg deadlifts with this routine though.

Started my PCT today. Probably going to take the rest of this week off and get back to it on next Tuesday. Going to see if this will help control cortisol levels better and help me keep my gains. Still going to be going to the gym on Thursday and Saturday/Sunday. This routine works a lot better with someone there pushing you.

Ummm who isnt a football guy? I live in SEC country! I just hate the Patriots lol. Steelers fan right here. So I was VERY happy this past weekend when the Steelers beat the Patriots. Did you mean 345? Because that would be a pretty skinny football player unless it was a tight end and even then.

This workout routine might take some getting used to. Havent been a fan of every other day workouts in the past. The reason being it seems harder to get myself focused to go to the gym. Going everyday would be easier. This workout will take me an about hour and a half a week. Hoping to find a new workout partner before Ben leaves December 1st. Have a feeling some might quit after one workout haha.

Started PCT today today. A whole lot to take but nothing new to me. Using Sustain Alpha TD so still taking extra showers. Would be great to be able to have someone else apply it. Stuff is a thick lotion type TD. Plus hard to reach my back. Having to use every TD area.

So I think it is just placebo but damn I am hungry as hell today. Only the 1st day of Anabeta but definitely ate more than usual.

Anabeta increased my appetite and my body temp to a degree...I was able to eat more food without putting on extra scale weight

Yeah my workout partner just finished an Anabeta/Erase run. He increased strength while maintaining the same weight and leaning out. I am hoping it helps me retain gains.

Really good stuff been reading it for a few days myself has a lot of good info. I've been following his diet for 2 weeks and have been seeing some real good results. It's called the slow carb diet almost like keto but better imo as there's a little more choices. He also has a few chapters on sleep that u might find interesting and that could potentially help u out. I picked up my copy at a barnes and noble for $27 not bad.

Really good stuff been reading it for a few days myself has a lot of good info. I've been following his diet for 2 weeks and have been seeing some real good results. It's called the slow carb diet almost like keto but better imo as there's a little more choices. He also has a few chapters on sleep that u might find interesting and that could potentially help u out. I picked up my copy at a barnes and noble for $27 not bad.

Hey if you like those type of books look into femme fatale forgot who wrote it. It's Margaretha Geertrudia aka Mata Hari probably the worlds most famous female spy. awesome read she was a real bad bitch, kinda wish I would've met her.

Also not trying to push the other book but I really think you'd benefit from the two sleep chapters in it. One is about priming your body for the perfect nights sleep. The other more interesting one which I think you'll get the most out of, is about polyphasic sleep. Teaches you different methods on how to sleep less yet get the most out of it. If anything do a google search on polyphasic sleep will help u out for sure.

Well we have been texting today. Probably give her a call tomorrow to get a better gauge of how she is feeling. Honestly talks are about the same as a month ago. That is kind of weird and hasnt been brought up what was the cause or anything.

So far so good. Feels like I can eat a lot without packing on the fat. Felt a bit bloated at first, but I had been killing some food.

Sleep was great last night, but complete crap the night before. So it is still hit and miss. Hopefully last night will help get me back on a normal schedule.

Workout today kicked my butt.

Lying leg curl: 120 for 14
Leg ext: 180(not sure) for 14ish
Leg press: 5 plates a side for 12
I dont feel like I pushed myself hard enough on this. I was walking way too normal after leg ext.

DB pull over: 45 for 12
Bench: 275 for 9
Bent over row: 225 for 11 nonstop

Standing shoulder press: 135 for 12
BB curl: 70 for 12
Seated overhead tricep ext: 35 for 12

I was worn the hell out. Felt like death afterwards. Worked out with my friend Michael. He definitely isnt as strong, but should be decent to workout with. Wont have to worry about him wanting to change the workout. Hopefully he will be strong enough to help with negatives though haha.

Edit: The numbers are very guess work. Need to start writing them down during the workout. It is very hard to think back. Truly feel sick after this workout.

Got a great pic of Nicole's ass which is VERY NICE. Remember her getting all embarassed about sending pics to me before. Id say this was the most sexy one, but my test levels are on the rise and my balls are blowing up in size so haha.

I left another long winded message today...was a LITTLE teary as I am so tired of the eating, vomiting, because I have to READ every bit of a label. met with dr again today....kinda discouraging......but working it out...... ass picture huh??? sounds to me like things are very positive.....:)
