Tomahawk Getting DRUNK With POWER! (Monster Time Again!)

Ive always shied away from transdermals for the general annoyances that come along with it, most notably skin transfer. But its a sooner or later thing, so I mine as well just get on it.

Well the skin transfer thing isnt an issue right now. Dont think I would come into contact with anyone I would be all that worried about. I do wonder about the others who put transdermals on the C and Bs. The thing I dont like about transdermals is the daily application. After a while it is tiresome.

Im starting to wish I hadnt taken today off. Really itching to lift weights now. Might go tomorrow and do arms. Just feels like they need a good workout. I can see a clear difference in my triceps while biceps are looking better.

Oh and I am slowly starting to like working out with someone else less and less. I think it has something to do with the fact I dont like most people anymore. 2 monthes or less and I will be lifting by myself.
 
Killed some shoulders tonight.

Military press with a thick bar: went up to 225 I believe. A hell of a lot harder lol

Arnold press: 4 sets of 12 with 50s standing

Front raises superset with lateral raise 2 sets

Face pulls 3 sets

Shrugs

My shoulders were fried. Arms felt so heavy mid way through the workout. Some damn good pumps. By the time I got out to my car though I felt like I didnt even workout. Got to say I love the recovery. Weight was 252 on the scale today.
 
Did some cardio in the AM. Nothing too crazy but something to get me going.

Then arms later since they are lagging.

Close grip bench: 215 felt light(12), 235 was a good weight(8)

Bent over concentration curls(Arnold): 35 blasted my arms. They truly hurt after this.

Reverse grip bench: 135 then 225 for 2 sets 9,12

Hammer curls: started with 75(9), 85(8) then 95(6?)

Incline pec deck superset with tricep kickbacks

Seated reverse curls on machine

I really am going to miss taking this stuff. Got another 2 plus weeks or so. Probably just going to go till my Trenazone is out. Nuts are clearly shutdown. Been using Toco-8 and plan on starting HCGenerate soon, but at a lowered dose. Mainly to just try and get them jump started a bit before I jump into PCT. My PCT should be a fun ride too with all I have planned.

Ben pretty much said he is going to max out again on bench this week. Sounds will he will keep trying to get 405 till he gets it. So I guess I will try 385 this week.

Ya I think I could have gotten 385 last time, but I was pretty damn content with 365. Just have to gear myself up for the lift and power through it.

Was in the damn zone. Felt heavy coming up, but got easier as I moved up. Saw some stars but that only made me want to hold it longer lol. Might be trying 675 next week. If that goes well maybe the elusive 700(but I am getting ahead of myself). That said I am not 100% sure how much this actually is. The weights are not exactly even.

Bent over rows: sets of 3 up to 335 then rep out with 265

Vbar lat pull downs

Back extensions

Thanks guys felt damn good to pull it. Really felt slow on the way up though. Kind of cool to hear people in the background cheering me on. Not something I remember at the old place I used to lift at lol.

Tried 385 on bench today. Was a no go. Just felt off today to be honest. Plus we used this short bench that you can't really get your legs under you. Felt mighty rough on the joints. don't think I will try going too heavy next week on bench. Had a great pump from cable work. Then finished with db pullovers and a good db stretch.
 
Also some other news. Checked my bp at a pharmacy today 122 over 66 with a pulse of 76.

My left arm keeps pulsating. Not locking up like it has before but still no bueno.

I guess the pic did work. It is cottage cheese, banana, raspberries, kashi cereal, and honey.

The stuff is a dream. Easy to make a big bowl and just chow down. Plus it is good and filling. Nothing but protein and carb goodness.

On a side note for those who have been following along for a while. I actually found an Asian girl who I think is attractive lol. Ok well she found me, but thats besides the point. Nothing major just doesnt happen really.
 
Did arms earlier today. Was going to post it up earlier but I was beat tired. Not getting enough sleep I dont think. Will have to catch up if I want to grow some more. Also passed out for a couple of hours after my workout.

Arms got so damn pumped from this workout. Those Strive machines put you to work. Tried to find one online to show, but as I figured the machine are OLD lol. Basically you can add plates so the weight in concentrated on the beginning, middle, or end of the movent.

Went to a book store for future reading material. Wasnt looking for a workout book, but I might have found one for the future.

Odd, and doesnt look like much. Looks similar to metzners but even less time. I donno. If i were going to do HIT id go with dorians version. I like working out for at least 45min and going for at least somewhat high weight. That just doesnt look like any fun to me

Well that wasn't quite what I had in mind lol. It would be ideal if life got a lot more busy. To the point where I was only able to lift a few times a week. Right now I can devote a lot of time to lifting. The workouts I saw were more along the lines of 10 to 12 exercises.

not really sure about all the guys literature, His website seems to be a bit of a money scheme though but who knows. Could be a good read nonetheless haha

I like the idea of not spending so much time in the gym. Right now with a work out partner I spend a good 12 hours a week in the gym. Which is a bit much to me. It will be cool to get a new perspective. Could just use it when I know I will be busy.

Also my computer is being worked on so I will be posting from my phone for a bit. Shouldn't be a problem this time since I have a decent phone.

Looking a lot leaner now. Will check my weight today. Planning on trying out the HIT workout today.
 
Did a HIT workout on Saturday night. Was a bit harder to do than I had hoped. Would help to have someone there to help push me along. To really get the kind of intensity I am after. Felt like I got the most out of bench when I had a spotter. I will list the exercises:

Lying leg curl
Leg ext
Leg press
DB pullover
Bench press
BB bent over row
Standing military press
BB bicep curl
Seated DB overhead tricep ext

Honestly I seem to get better sleep from Need2Sleep. They aren't bad, but it is easier to take pills earlier especially when I am trying to let a transdermal stay on as long as possible. The HGH patches seem to be helping with recovery and joints.

Not sure if I will go all that heavy on deadlifts today. 400 on bench is looking less likely, but would have been cool.

Cool, thanks. I wasn't sure if the melatonin would work better with the longer release for you. Glad to hear the hGH is treating you well though.

I've been laying off going heavy (for me), trying to get rep count a bit higher. It seems like I was much more prone to injuries at higher weights, and gains were comparable (actually I think I'm making better physique improvements at higher reps).

Dont worry about it still got a good week or so left in me. I swear I was born to deadlift. Only took me 18 years to really find the lift. I will go ahead and tell you it has been a fun combo. Transdermals can be a pain for a number of reasons, but if you can put up with them go right ahead and run Trenazone.

I was 255 with everything on(my heaviest). If you want to be technical you could call it 679(the clips weigh 4 pounds lol). That is when you know you are at a gym lol. Started off a little slow, but went up so smooth after that.

Lat pull downs with wide neutral grip

Chest supported t-bar rows

High rows on hammer strength

Shrugs

Ehh Idk GA sucks for PL competitions. The only one I really saw is coming up November 5th. They do the whole weigh in 2 hours before you lift though. Plus I was hoping to get down to 220 not be in the 275 class lol.

yest, but now I feel torn to shreds lol. Beyond sore doesnt accurately describe how I feel. Might have to take a rest day today and do bench tomorrow.

Had my sleep dr appointment changed to tomorrow. It will be at 8 am so I will be lucky if I make it there. Might just fall asleep on them. Then they can do all the studying they want lol.

Ended up taking the day off. Work out partner had to study for a work promotion test today. So it worked out alright. My body does feel a lot better today.

So sleep dr said I have mild sleep apnea. Going for another sleep study with a sleep next Thursday.
 
Tried 385 on bench today. The slowest rep I have ever done in my life lol. Didn't think it was going to happen, but it went up.

I tried to do HIT the rest of the workout. Some warm up sets then an all out set.

Incline DB

Decline BB regular

Pec deck with negatives at end of set

Crunches, my insides felt like something wanted out. I felt my abs bubble out lol.

That was a PR on bench. So I would say this was a good week as far as lifting goes.

Doctor said I have a mild case of sleep apnea. They didn't get much data on me because I just didn't sleep much.?
