Sorry for the lack of updates. Been using just my phone. Plus things have gotten a bit hectic lately. My sister is going through chemo right now so trying to be there for her as much as possible. Along with trying to find a house and sell the existing one. Will do much better now that I actually have a computer.

The workouts have been going good. This group of exercise are kinda harder to improve on. Squats and SLDL make everything else harder. Just saps the energy right out of you. Plus hard really making yourself fail on squats. Grip is more the issue on SLDL since I am using a double over grip. Bench has kinda tanked I think mainly because lateral raise DB is right before them. Shrugs have exploded since not going right after lateral raise DB. Pec deck burns like hell like usual. Triceps machine could be set up better. Biceps are getting back to the same weight as before. Wrist curls are kinda coming along. Ab exercises suck.

Will post numbers to compare later. That way yall can see a workout comparison.

Some notes about the products. I feel like I am getting stronger some exercises faster than others. I don't get tired per say but I do. It feels more like a mental drain. When I first started this workout it was a physical assault like my body was going to give out. Now my body doesn't really seem to be the weak link. I mean my body is tired but I am not gassed. I don't feel great after my workouts but not a walking zombie like I had been in the past.

Ok now some other notes about the stack. I am noticing a recomp effect the most visually. Weight is staying about the same kinda fluctuating a bit. Legs are looking damn good. Cant help but look in the mirror a little bit. Forearms and biceps getting blown up. Even got caught flexing a little bit haha. Still nothing pretty to look at but work in progress.

Attitude and aggression time haha. Something else I have noticed is I get pissed really easy. MST rage? haha Nothing even all that crazy. Working out and something is being used and I just get annoyed. Definitely more vocal and animated in arguments sometimes when I shouldn't be.

Also getting quite horny. Definitely a little more hardness there too. Not just that either. If you want to get someone pregnant take this stack. Seems like the most potent loads of my life. Clean ups are a mess. Like scrapping and scrubbing glue off. If it went in a girls hair she would need peanut butter to get it out. It was so dense I actually heard a gob hit my carpet one time.

Sorry about that. Been a bit busy. Actually staying at my sister's house right now to help take care of her.
Had a great workout today. Felt sick and ready to spill my guts haha. Got through it though. Numbers might have been a little lower but not bad for coming back from a break. Always good for the body to rest up.

Staying with my sister to help take care of her. Last week(15-20) was her second round of chemo. Yesterday went for blood work and her blood counts are very low.

chemo is tough stuff...my mom went thru it last year, she is now cancer free!!! my mom is in her 80's and she suffered though, but survived chemo, so this should be encouragement for your sister[who i assume is younger than 80's]:silly:

Gotta keep positive vibes and thoughts....I know in a time like this that's tough as hell, but the universe works in mysterious ways.
This has definitely been a perfect example of that. Idk if I can ever say I have felt more close with my sister. Spent basically 2 weeks with her and talked more than I can remember. Every night we would read a chapter of the Bible and then discuss it. Plus I started reading Purpose Driven Life. I feel like this is the closest I have ever been to God. It has been such a change in my life. My sister told me how she was going through depression and though she is fighting she is the happiest she has been. I am living with intent and I have not watched porn in over 2 weeks.

Sorry if that was a bit much to reveal but just had to get it off my chest.

Everything has been improving. Weight hasn't really changes but seeing more definition. Got a real thick full look going on. Libido still works just keep it in check. Finding more random pant tents. Hard not to notice when females put their boobs on display but try to look away. Last workout felt better much quicker. Still got the sick feeling but recovered quick. Next workout will be a new one.

She has been handling it pretty well. Just a matter of keeping her blood counts while chemo does its damage. She is actually in the hospital right now receiving chemo(5 days in the hospital for each round of chemo). Her boyfriend is staying with her and has been such a blessing. Well she is my OLDER sister :22:

This is Mondays workout. It was the first time trying it out. Ended up lifting solo.

Squats 345*10
Leg curls 210*12
Leg extension 210*10
Donkey calf raise 220*13
Bench BB 265*5
Shrugs 370*16
Standing BB press 135*9
Reverse curls BB 60*12
Cable triceps extensions 120*10
Negative chin ups BW*6
Negative dips BW*8
Reverse wrist curls BB 40*10

Starting with squats and still doing legs sucks haha. Felt a bit light headed and legs were already feeling it. Definitely should do more on the leg curls and extensions. Calves need some toughening up. Getting used to Jell-O legs on bench again. Shrugs were strong again. Had to power clean for standing press. Really grinded them reverse curls didn't want to stop early. Cable triceps extensions were so slow it was brutal. Really fought to make the negative chin ups slow. Negative dips worked the chest more than I expect but my triceps are telling me they got worked. Reverse wrist curls were awkward on the wrists.

I felt fresh doing the workout jus so pumped up. To the point I didn't even want to flex.

I woke up today so sore. I cant remember being this sore ever much less with HIT. Feels like everything hurts. Definitely need more sleep tonight. Not sure why I am in such pain.

Decided to still try Judo today. It was a lot of fun. Pretty basic stuff for my first time. Did some live sparring. Had a bad habit of wrestling since I don't know anything haha. Cardio was better than expected. Didn't get winded or anything.

My weight seems to be down a bit. Making an effort to drop some fat.

the rio de janeiro festival blows new orleans mardi gras out of the water...was in rio at festival time in the navy[1980], the list of places we were weren't supposed to go to and things we weren't suppossed to do was very long...but brazilian women!!! holy zonkers, it's T&A heaven!!!!

if you haven't been lifting in awhile you are probably getting nooblike results, including the soreness/doms...this too shall pass my friend-hang in there!!!

That is true. Trying to make sure I get enough rest. I have watched the diet a bit tighter lately. Trying not to be "too big" haha.

I bet it was crazy. When I was watching porn Brazilian definitely found its way into my search bar. Saw a girl at the gym a while back and the only way I could describe her was Brazilian haha.

That is the thing I have been still lifting. There wasn't a big break. Just a change of exercises. It does feel like that level of DOMS though. Still hurting today. Planning on going to Judo again tomorrow.

Sister had to get a blood transfusion today. Tomorrow she is supposed to be back at home. Went by her house and cleaned some things up for her return.
Speaking of blood. The 21st I will be donating blood. That blood she and others receive has to come from somewhere.

Went to church today and it was good. Message about praying and how important it is. Doing a lot more praying lately. Very helpful message for me. Also picked up a ticket for a church concert coming up. Already have a ticket for myself but got it for a woman. Left it up to her if she wanted it. Will be a nice chance to get to know her some. Made me really go "WOW" when she said it will be interesting to see you sober. I had kinda stayed back because of things like that previously. Didn't want her to get that view of me. Wanted to make a change in my life so she could see the man I could be.

In the shower noticed balls were bigger. Guess that will happen when you are taking an N.O. product and don't jerk haha. (You guys and girls are welcome for that last bit)

So I went to Judo twice this week. First time basically. Like I expected I was the largest one there. Got there a little after the class started. Got paired up with a teen who weighed 120 pounds haha. Just practicing technique but was still comical. Had some fun with it. Did some live sparring at the end. No idea what I was doing. Basically reverted back to wrestling and bulling/scrambling anytime they tried to trip or throw me. Second day the instructor who is the only one I kinda know(my age but probably 80 pounds less) called me over to live spar. Pretty sure this was to teach me I need to learn technique haha. Got rag dolled so many times in 2 minutes haha. Second time I went we also did some warm up/conditioning. Wow that sucked haha. Was not big boy friendly at all haha. Definitely making me think I need to work on my conditioning more. Doubt anything I take would have helped to be honest. Hadnt tested conditioning like that. Felt fine during the live sparring though.

This is my workout from Friday

Leg press 720*13 Need to adjust the seat better. Kinda felt it constricting breathing.
Leg curls 210*14 Might up the weight next time. Should have done more reps.
Leg extensions 210*7 Leg knee was bothering me. Might have tweaked it at Judo.
Donkey Calf raise 220*12 Superset this with Tibialis raise a 20 pound DB for 25 reps
Pec deck 160*14 chest is so tore up right now
Shrugs 380*20
Standing press BB 135*11 Hang cleaned it this time haha
Reverse curls 60*14
Cable triceps extensions 130*10 was going to 120 but the weight stack got stuck together haha
Negative chin ups BW*6 Did more than my 150 pound workout partner haha. I gave him some grief about that haha.
Negative dips BW*7
Reverse wrist curls BB 40*10

Didn't feel too bad cardio wise. Just really painful haha. Didn't have to lay on the ground after the workout but muscles took a beating. Nice to have the boost in cardio. Today will be tested with squat and bench being in the mix.

cardio will increase overall fitness and endurance...both of which are beneficial to weight training, imo.

Ya I am of the mindset of either LISS or HIIT. My gym got a spin bike fairly recently. Might have to give that a go.

Decided to stop doing Judo. Just more important things I can be doing. It took quite a bit of time and I was limited to only 2 days a week.

These 2 workouts I was beat tired. Like someone just dragged me around. Lots of heavy breathing. But I still think I could have done more. First one was done with Agmatine Elite and Cordygen 5 with the stack. Second was done with just Cordygen and the stack. Felt like the extra blood flow made it harder to breathe.

3/21/14 This was by myself. Had to preset up all my weights

Wasn't feeling too bad today. Seems like I do better when it is just the stack. May just be I was by myself. Have to focus more and relax. Definitely looked very pumped up. Very big shirt looked tighter after my workout.

Even got a little cardio done later today. Played some laser tag with my life group. Got out of there SWEATING haha. Was a fun way to get a sweat going.

I don't find it particularly fun haha.

Saturday I did go to the gym and do some HIIT on the spin bike. Just 4 rounds but my legs blew up. The leg pump was the limiting factor more than the conditioning. They felt like they grew 2 inches. Literally hurt from being so pumped.

Might try walking some trail soon. Just a nice walk in this good weather before it gets too hot.
