Sorry about not updating. Have only been on my phone this week. And idk if anyone else had this issue but I couldn't access AM. Had to read the thread first. Thought I might have been banned for excessive ectoplasm.
Staying with my sister to help take care of her. Last week(15-20) was her second round of chemo. Yesterday went for blood work and her blood counts are very low.

chemo is tough stuff...my mom went thru it last year, she is now cancer free!!! my mom is in her 80's and she suffered though, but survived chemo, so this should be encouragement for your sister[who i assume is younger than 80's]:silly:

This is Mondays workout. It was the first time trying it out. Ended up lifting solo.
Squats 345*10
Leg curls 210*12
Leg extension 210*10
Donkey calf raise 220*13
Bench BB 265*5
Shrugs 370*16
Standing BB press 135*9
Reverse curls BB 60*12
Cable triceps extensions 120*10
Negative chin ups BW*6
Negative dips BW*8
Reverse wrist curls BB 40*10
Starting with squats and still doing legs sucks haha. Felt a bit light headed and legs were already feeling it. Definitely should do more on the leg curls and extensions. Calves need some toughening up. Getting used to Jell-O legs on bench again. Shrugs were strong again. Had to power clean for standing press. Really grinded them reverse curls didn't want to stop early. Cable triceps extensions were so slow it was brutal. Really fought to make the negative chin ups slow. Negative dips worked the chest more than I expect but my triceps are telling me they got worked. Reverse wrist curls were awkward on the wrists.
I felt fresh doing the workout jus so pumped up. To the point I didn't even want to flex.
Stress can make your body ache, man. Get some rest for sure. Eat up. And stay positive best you can.
the rio de janeiro festival blows new orleans mardi gras out of the water...was in rio at festival time in the navy[1980], the list of places we were weren't supposed to go to and things we weren't suppossed to do was very long...but brazilian women!!! holy zonkers, it's T&A heaven!!!!
if you haven't been lifting in awhile you are probably getting nooblike results, including the soreness/doms...this too shall pass my friend-hang in there!!!

cardio will increase overall fitness and endurance...both of which are beneficial to weight training, imo.
