Not my favorite barbell today. Very spinny like an oly bar, no knurling, rings waaaay outside. Could feel it spinning on every rep.

Gym was packed so swapped machines where we could. Wife had one request on the cut, don't lose the pecs

New protein powder coming in today for my evening "snack" looking forward to that.

yeah if I was cleaning it would have been nice but man, I could feel the thing spinning in my hands on the heavy reps. it was a bit more forearm strain than normal I think. The gym is so packed lately I wish they'd spend the money on some decent barbells or maintain the ones we have. still can only find 3 of the 2.5lb plates. The Tacoma gym has like 60 of them, but I typically only hit that gym on the weekends. this one is so close to my office its worth it to try to make it work for energy economy before the big commute home.

Yeah I’ve left a couple of gyms over the years because they wouldn’t maintain or invest in new equipment.

You all have got to get better about just walking up and telling someone you are going to work in with them. It is in every single gym contract in the world that you have to share equipment and allow people to work in with you. Just be assertive. "How many sets you got? 1-2 I'll wait, 4-5 Okay I am going to work in with you in between sets. Cool, thanks. "

I pulled this from the other thread cause your timing was perfect. I had to walk away today because I was worried I was going to get kicked out of my gym. I'm on the hack squat cause the leg press is taken. there is a guy next to me on the other hack squat. What I WANTED was the leg extensions, but there was a bag and shaker next to it.

So after one set on hack squat, the leg press opens up. the other dude is still using hack squat machine #2.
we knock out 4 sets (2 each, my buddy and I) on the leg press then I finally say fuckit, I'm going to use the leg extension machine, if someone comes over to grab their forgotten bag, so be it.

Hack squat guy quits his hack squat set to walk over to me and talk to me in the middle of my set while my earbuds are in. I remove the earbud. He says I have one more set.

"what?"

I still have one more set.

"OK, you can jump in here in a second" (I'm finishing my set).

I jump off so he can jump on. He walks all the way across the gym to grab disenfectant to polish down the seat, the back, the leg pad, the grips, and everything else. then sits down and does a set. now mind you, I wasn't sweaty yet, and I would be inclined to wipe down my own **** normally, but I truly don't worry about someone elses sweat if we are working in together.

he finishes and I said, I thought you said one more set. "yeah just one". " do you know what a set is?" "yes I do know what a set is, do you?" the wormy little POS grin he gave me at that point triggered the hell out of me. I can't even totally remember what I said next, something along the lines of how about you not monopolize every fuckin machine in the gym at once next time? and I moved on to my leg curls. took me a few minutes to not want to break his fucking jaw though.


other than that day 2 of gear cream is going awesome.
 
Right, I have one more set, OK cool you can work in with me. Your bag being there does nothing but reserve you the right to work in with me when you get around to coming back over here.

Long time ago this was never an issue. Sharing equipment and help out others was always going on. Don't know if it is society or what but things in the gym sure have changed.

That's actually the straw that broke the camels back for me at my buddies gym. He has a great power lifting setup with all the toys and he only loves the PL aspect of the gym. But he had a class of like 10 teens and 8 or so power racks. One of his coaches pulled a similar thing on me and I was in the middle of my 531 program/squats. He says hey we need your rack.... I looked around at the kids and all the empty racks and said why? I'm almost done. "well class is about to start and they need your rack". I said there is more than enough racks here have them double up and teach them how to use a rack with a partner. Nope was his answer. I said you know, this is why people are leaving his gym in droves. I packed my **** up and left. This was the 3rd time something like this had happened. A half dozen lifers quit that month. I attempted a few morning sessions, but that means I'm lifting at about 4am to be able to make work by 6am. After that I texted him and said this ain't working anymore homie, you're gonna have to pause my membership.

I really like him, and I really like his gym, but he's tripled the price and (not his fault) my commute to get there can be 90 minutes so these chain gyms are serving a good purpose for me. $40 to use any LA Fitness in the country with basically 90% of the gear I need/want is a lot better than the drama of the local $120-200 gyms.

The “nope” would have sent me over the edge. Is your $$$ less green than theirs? Busch League tactics. But this is what happens to society when we cater to the lowest common denominator. Maybe grow a broccoli cut and you can w in w the tweens

You doing 2 pumps a day for starters or 4?
 
You don’t need to put the Tamoxifen under your tongue - it’s an oral medication designed to be absorbed perfectly well thru the gut, so don’t leave that horrible burning mess in your mouth. Shoot, chase, & be done with it!

Take it all 4 weeks. Don’t taper down, not from 20, unless you are running short.

I would have laughed in homies face and just said NOPE right back. I am on this and will be until I am done. If you want to refund me my dues right now I will leave otherwise find a different rack I ain't done with my sets.

Yeah, the nope is where the problem would have arisen. I would have been like I guess we are at an impasse aren't we. Unless you intend to physically move me and risk me defending myself, your best bet is to find another station. If you are going to have a class that requires stations like that then you reserve them for the times class will be in session so people know they are not available. Most places that do this have a separate area for the paying training groups, and the ones that don't are doing it wrong.

I mentioned these exact things to him in a PM once I realized he mentioned under the tongue. I also told him don't skimp on PCT getting the testosterone back up should be the number 1 priority. I think we have him on the right track now.

I took 1 on Monday cause I jsut couldn't wait any more. the guys got me too excited. 2 pumps on Tuesday, and today (weds) will be 3 pumps. I'll likely be up to 4 pumps by Thursday. I'm still working out the logistics a bit since 2 pumps post shower before work is easy. the other 2 pumps will probably be applied at work towards the end of the day. My goal was not necessarily to add it at night before climbing in bed with my wife, although Kleen has already put my mind to rest on that.

Roger that, just about good to go! I actually went to order it yesterday and didn't realize they dont' take credit card so I'll move money into my "special" account for such things and make the purchase on Friday.
 
also that Oreo protien was pretty damn good, even my wife said so. It has little chunks of oreo in it, but only 7g carbs and 3g sugar. so it's fairly legit. I got the hankering for a good protein from Kleens' peanut brittle post, and I almost ordered that one but with amazon prime I grabbed the free shipping and a few other things I needed anyways (like chalk).

honestly i'm not sure I have EVER ordered or purchased protein for the flavor before in my life. I always have just grabbed what I needed in whatever flavor was available and made it work, this is like a whole new world. Oreo protein shake snack at night? awesome.

I have increased food a tiny bit. I'm .5lbs away from being at a recent low. I'm not sure I'll hit 189 by Aug 1 without a good hard fast, but the progress is moving steadily in the right direction so I'm not sure I care.

What about 2 pumps into a baggy every morning then take the baggy in your pocket to the restroom stall. You could even use cheapo non zipper ones and just pump it into the corner then tie the corner off to keep all the fluid in it and not dispersing all over the bag. When ready tear the corner off and squeeze it out. You could even tear the bag and wipe the inside of the bag on your skin to get the rest of it if you wanted. I would.

haha solid solution actually. that reminds me, when I travel I have often shot a bunch of epiandro into one of those 3oz like shampoo travel containers. Of course, I sorta guess on the amount I give myself each day but I'm sure it's close enough. you get a pretty good feel for it.

Yeah, it worked for me when I did it back in the day. Then I got my wife on board with my real hormone use and the fact it would actually be healthier for me than the old designers we used back in the day.

must have had a decent Kleen style woosh this week, weighed in at only 191.6lbs today. Didn't fit in cardio yesterday and have slightly bumped up calories. 189 by 8/1 is definitely acheivable even though it serves no purpose other than a mental boost in progress.

I believe current weight is lowest I have been since my January vacation cut. I'm thinking at the moment, 180 is a reasonable goal overall. I don't carry anywhere near as much lean mass as Kleen (and I'm not getting on stage) but it feels good to be approaching 2 year lows and only just now be starting up the fire.

I actually really like all of the Hoist roc it stuff they added at the commercial gym here; the best cable machines they have of the 3 brands they have now.

I thought the whole moving back and forth was an absolute meme before trying it, but I’ll be damned if the Hoist models aren’t smoother and easier on the joints than virtually any competitive machine from another make. I mean, the distribution of everything is extremely even & honestly they feel like a cheat code for managing some extra volume at the end of a session.

It certainly seems like it. I felt a slight mood uptick on day 1, like the andro in ultra hard does for me but I tried to ignore it because I'm a sucker for a good placebo effect. After 4 days though, Libido is through the roof. Wife came home to party lights and marvin gay blasting in the bedroom. "but we have to go to the dogs class in 15 minutes", don't worry, this will only take 2 1/2.

Aggression and desire in the gym is up. Mood is up, libido noticeably up. APPETITE is up. That could create a struggle, lol. I have felt some extra fatigue. I've walked into the gym feeling tired telling myself to go through the motions, then feel like I absolutely crush it by the end. Very tired at night, so getting to bed by 8:30 has been easy.

This morning I woke up singing The Lion Sleeps Tonight to our German Shepherd. He and my wife were both confused. Work sorta sucks right now but my good mood is so euphoric this week it's bordering on delirium lol.

I'm very very happy/excited that as I approach my normal "vacation" target weight, the fire and motivation seem to be doubling down.

Weight today was steady at 191.6.

absolutely. I got on it in jest, and recognized the feel. I must have used one at the Y or something a good 15+ years ago. It was a great burn out on the triceps and it felt like it isolated them a lot more than using the seated dips tbh. I have no problem throwing into the rotation but I do have a video of my buddy on it looking like he's riding the merry go round at dairyqueen 😅

we're in manufacturing, dad and I started the company back in 2002 so it's been a wild ride.
I usually get in at 6am (crew gets in at 7) to both get organized for the day, and beat the commute. I'll often be out of the office earlier then, but tend to find myself working from home and the weekend so I take some liberties here and there.

I brewed on at 6 pm yest. Was off day from lifting so no stim PWO

I'm not necessarily 'trying' to cut caffiene, but simultaneously sorta excited to not be reaching for it regularly. I wouldn't yet call it a mindful or intentional reduction in stimulants, although I am becoming more aware and mindful as I ingest them which is probably a positive step to a more moderate use overall. I really am one of those that lives on sunshine, it has a great positive effect on me.
 
we're in manufacturing, dad and I started the company back in 2002 so it's been a wild ride.
I usually get in at 6am (crew gets in at 7) to both get organized for the day, and beat the commute. I'll often be out of the office earlier then, but tend to find myself working from home and the weekend so I take some liberties here and there.

I probably consume too much. 2 cups b4 work, a Celsius around 11 and then Pump Addict at 5:45 as I get off the highway 15min from home.
 
also my caffiene intake is crazy low for me. This is sorta normal summber behavior, but I'm not even finishing my first cup at home with the wife and definitely have not been making a second cup at work. been saving 90% of my stim use for preWO. Just haven't needed or desired it. In the winter time it's not unusual for me to brew a cup of coffee at 2pm.

Hormones tend to give energy; between that and the BP increase it’s normal to decrease stim intake when guys go on blast. I mean not just from some being health consciousness, but rather you may not feel the need as much, or tolerate them nearly as well.

This is how you hear guys boasting about being wired up on a cup of coffee - their cranked androgen levels are already overdriving the cardiovascular system plenty. They aren’t kidding! Cup of coffee and a shot of Trest Ace will have you sweating and rarin’ to rip.

makes sense to me! when I was reading the reviews and logs I could find on gear cream I did see mention of guys saying they weren't even using preWO and using their gear cream cycle as a chance to cycle off additional stims for a while, so that's probably been on my mind a bit as well.

I'm starting to wonder if I should explore TRT soon. I get so high off Epiandro and now gear cream. Just a massive mood benefit. I never wanted to commit to the lifetime road but every time I do a run my mental space is like all blue skies and boobies.
