Slowly cutting down right now Manny. Sitting around 222-225 upon rising the last three days depending on my carb meal. Down about 16 over the last month and a half to two months.

Carb cycling with fasted liss before bed 3x a week followed by bcaa+saa and g8 after liss. I've got a nutrition coach yeah. He is a cool dude too :) no lifting coach though. Just changing workouts and exercises to bring up weak points. Most notably calves and quads. Triceps need to come up some more as do side delts a tad.

I already know I'm not your only fan and it's to be expected, you're one sexy beast! Just as long as I get the BEST noodz, I don't mind sharing.
 
Oh and on the bf%. I'm not sure. Guessing I'm around 11? Can't Be to sure. Some days I look like 8% some days 13% lol. I can say though that the days when I do supplement protein shakes in I can notice some bloat. Never been a huge believer in this but now I've seen it. So yeah its true.

yeah it's called water fluctuation, when you look substantially different bf like that on day-to-day basis
and on the shakes - hell yes, true story they have that effect (short-term) on bodycomp appearances

Noticeably more definition Monte, traps more defined, the lines where your shoulders caps meet your traps are not as soft looking. Your peak on your biceps is more defined and you can see the distinct shape of your biceps instead of just a ball. I would say changes are pretty noticeable for certain.

Obliques/Serratus are coming in nicely, your use of the words "a lot of fat" in describing these pictures makes me question your knowledge of your native language. "A lot" generally means an abundance. To use it in a sentence for clarity's sake. "1ifeblood is going to wank his crank to these new pictures a lot!

Now considering the proper use of "a lot" do you really think you have a lot of fat to lose?

Not holding for three seconds no. Im pinching shoulders all the way up and lowering with a five count. Using straps.

Yeah works pretty well. When I used to hold the contraction I would always get a crick in my neck the next day. Using the slow negative I don't get that and I think for me they grow better using this method as well.
