Slowly cutting down right now Manny. Sitting around 222-225 upon rising the last three days depending on my carb meal. Down about 16 over the last month and a half to two months.

Carb cycling with fasted liss before bed 3x a week followed by bcaa+saa and g8 after liss. I've got a nutrition coach yeah. He is a cool dude toono lifting coach though. Just changing workouts and exercises to bring up weak points. Most notably calves and quads. Triceps need to come up some more as do side delts a tad.
what is your carb schedule like? low/low/high or more like a low/low/high/med?
Right now its medium, slightly less then medium, low then high. Then medium low high and repeat.

yeah it's called water fluctuation, when you look substantially different bf like that on day-to-day basisOh and on the bf%. I'm not sure. Guessing I'm around 11? Can't Be to sure. Some days I look like 8% some days 13% lol. I can say though that the days when I do supplement protein shakes in I can notice some bloat. Never been a huge believer in this but now I've seen it. So yeah its true.

Noticeably more definition Monte, traps more defined, the lines where your shoulders caps meet your traps are not as soft looking. Your peak on your biceps is more defined and you can see the distinct shape of your biceps instead of just a ball. I would say changes are pretty noticeable for certain.
