UPDATE:
CHEST/SHOULDERS/BIS
My shoulders are THROBBING right now as i type this. I am glad i have meetings today, as i can sit on my fat ass and do nothing and rest! :woohoo:
Some of today's exercises were TUT
BB curls (straight bar) 95x3, 95x4, 95x2
I was spent at the end of the workout, i tried to do 100 and it wasn't happening. I should get past that next week.
Diet over the weekend was good. Mom made some ribs, so ofcourse i had some, but i skipped the potatoes, as it was in the evening. So, I am pretty much in the zone now, i can pick and choose my foods wisely and not give in to temptation.
The next month is GONNA ROCK!
