Yeah, its a pretty slick idea. I nearly killed Heath over the internet inbetween circuits. I literally wanted to die. Even wanted to quit after the first 2, but i kept going and am happy i did!

I am actually looking forward to tomorrow's session.

I am nearly in the zone.......(the zone=i get pissed if i have to miss a workout and i eat right NO MATTER WHAT!) I can't wait till i am fully there!
 
Finally got caught up on all the good stuff. Looks like you are going good man and some really good help. Keep up the great work! And hope what CL prods youa re using help you reach your goal. And if there is anything I can do to help just let me know.

Oh, BTW I would not want to let Fit get bigger than you. :D
 
UPDATE:

Diet is so clean. I am proud fo myself for staying on track. Had chicken stir-fry before and after metabolic training today. Lats are still sore so i subbed bodyweight squats in for pullups.

tired as all hell right now......

i opened my cupboard to make my workout cocktail and wanted SO badly to pop some SDNG before the training to kick it up a notch........but, i am holding out for another week.

THANKS TO EVERYONE following along and commenting it helps ALOT! I can't wait till weigh-in tomorrow. I am hoping for some positive outcomes. My muscles seem REALLY HARD and FULL right now!

I wish I would have hung in longer before starting more and more supplements, i'd probably have gotten better results than I have. patience is so hard, great job sticking to your original plan mace! :thumbsup:

yeah, but you probably have twice my testosterone level, so we're even ;) I should post pictures of the movie room sometime. Its a CRT based projector, one of those huge ones that got used in corporate boardrooms / medical facilities / theme parks. I don't use it as often as i'd like. I need to play bioshock more, damn is that game creepy

My shoulders are THROBBING right now as i type this. I am glad i have meetings today, as i can sit on my fat ass and do nothing and rest! :woohoo:

Some of today's exercises were TUT

BB curls (straight bar) 95x3, 95x4, 95x2
I was spent at the end of the workout, i tried to do 100 and it wasn't happening. I should get past that next week.

Diet over the weekend was good. Mom made some ribs, so ofcourse i had some, but i skipped the potatoes, as it was in the evening. So, I am pretty much in the zone now, i can pick and choose my foods wisely and not give in to temptation.

The next month is GONNA ROCK!

diet is good...........about 2500 cals per day 40/40/20 split, although if i have to skip something, its been on the carb side. Its working, so i am good to go! :lol:
