really though... just try not to slap someone else in the jaw.... I had some serious issues with this on SD... whoever says roid rage is a myth hasnt run SD at 30mg for 4 weeks.... well not uncontrollable but in a situation where I might normally be peeved then I was SUPER peeved and in a situation where I could normally sluff something off as Im a chill individual then I would still get snappy and irritated.

Def had a problem with it on SD although never with any other compound.

I just bought a 3.5 pound pork roast for another Pork N Kraut crockpot adventure... All signaling the beginning of my M-Drol run. Of course this time it will include some brown rice.

Also got a couple loafs of wheat bread, natty PB, bananas, whole wheat and sweet potato gnocci, and about 4 dozen eggs...
I picked up a 3 lb. pork roast yesterday myself. I'm glad I read this before I put it in the crock pot this morning. Now I'm going to "Germanize" it with the kraut. Sounds delicious!! Now if only I could have some German Potato Salad with it. But alas, no. I don't eat white pototes at all. Just sweet potatoes. I know!! I will make some German Potato Salad with sweet potatoes instead. That should be even better. I love sweet potatoes! :food: I am going to feast this afternoon. :head:

If you haven't used Clomid before, you're gonna love it bro. It'll swell dem balls up quick!! I read that porn stars take it so they can shoot those big ass wads!! :lol: Some people will probably chime in and tell you it's not good to use. That it makes you an emotional wreck and sh!t like that. Don't listen. It's great stuff. You'll feel like plastering some b1tch's ass like a new wall!! :lol:

Put some baby carrots in there - and you can put in thick slices of sweet potato bro!!! Its delicious!!! I also like 1 beer, generous red pepper flakes, yellow onion, and a bit of horseradish.

Plus, if I get a little emotional - I might be kind of like a normal person for a couple days. I'm sure my girlfriend would love it.

thats a good idea on the 4 day burst! maybe you could do a 4 day on 3 days off for like 2 or 3 weeks? It might help with getting rid of the drama emotional outburst.. lol

8 hours! That's legit. One of my professors just told us how he made a beef noodle stew where he low boiled the beef for 24 hours. That had to be some tender goodness.
 
  • 1 2 to 3 pound Center Cut Boneless Pork Loin (trimmed of excess fat)
  • 1 Bag of baby carrots
  • 1 large white or yellow onion - sliced
  • 2 large sweet potatoes - *optional
  • Fresh Ground Pepper / Kosher Salt / Garlic Salt
  • 1 huge crapload of red pepper flakes
  • 2 8 oz bags of Kraut - refridgerated kind
  • 1 bottle or 2 cans of your favorite beer or white wine
  • Horseradish or Salsa *optional

Best way to do this is to prep the night before you commence cooking, and let it soak in the fridge overnight. Coat the pork loin with some kosher salt and fresh ground pepper and generous red pepper flakes - make sure your red pepper flakes are fresh. If you don't use that sh*t up in 2 months or so - get a new bottle. They lose their kick.

If those sweet potatoes are cut too thin - they will fall apart. Not good. You can even cut the sweet potatoes in half - then pull them out and eat on the side... Could even leave them whole if they fit in your crockpot. I promise they will get soft. (thats what she said)

Horseradish will give you a different kick... Salsa will redden up your sauce a bit and give you a more complex flavor... If you are using either - just spread it on top of the meat after you pour in the beer.

I choose not to use garlic - because I feel like it doesn't need it. I will rub the roast with a little garlic salt though. Garlic roasting always gives me indigestion like a motherf*cker.

Anyway - Onions in the bottom, seasoned roast on top, pack the carrots and kraut around the sides and a little on top of the roast, pour your salsa or horseradish on the top of the roast if you so choose, then pour the beer or white wine (could use water you vagina) in a circle around the roast on to the kraut... Your roast should not be underwater. This is not a swimming lesson - or drown the pig.

Turn the crockpot on LOW for 8 HOURS... Then eat the crap out of it... This is probably my favorite meal in life. Can be served with a nice plate of Quinoa or Brown Rice for you bulkers - or even with some WW pasta if you're ghetto.
 
tried repping you, but it was shot down. that sounds so good. going to shoot for preparing that tmrw night, and eating it friday for meals 4, 5, and 6. and with some whole wheat rotini pasta. nice work man.
 
PCT Question

Planning on running a 5 day burst of Clomid (150) post cycle... as well as 4 weeks of Nolva at 20/20/10/10...

Question is - for the first 5 days - should I forego the Nolva dose and just dose Clomid? Or perhaps a half dose of Nolva as well?
 
Dont think you need two SERMs for the first 5 days especialy with clomid at 150. Saying that im sure 10mg of Nolva wouldnt do u any harm.

I agree with you Aussie. 10 mg. of Nolva shouldn't be too much on top of the Clomid burst. It's just for 5 days. That protocol of a 5 day Clomid burst sounds awful familiar by the way. T-Lake, you been watching me??!! :rofl: J/K I do 100 mg. for the first 5 days. This time around I actually followed that up with a lighter dose of Clomid for 10 more days at only 25 mg. per night. I enjoyed that protocol even better. I was making sure that I "snapped back" after that strong Oral Trenbolone run. I was blasting huge wads in no time!! :whip:

So upon careful review... Timber and I decided to start our Mdrol dosing this evening. 10mg to grow on I figure.

Plus this will put our first workout after our second dose... which is apparently when I hear Mdrol starts working it's magic, even if you can't feel it...
 
Timber Bulking Bars

Please... I don't f*ck around... :whip:

  • 6 Whole Large Eggs
  • 1.5 Cups Natural Peanut Butter
  • 14 Scoops Mint Chocolate Whey
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 4 Cups Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 12 packets Equal Sweetner

Mix all up except Oats till smooth. Add Soy Milk until you have a thin pudding consistancy.

Oats should be toasted in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes.

Coat a glass bake pan with some Pam spray. Start with a thin layer of toasted oats - then pour on wet stuff - then more oats - then the remaining wet stuff... run a butter knife through the batter to distribute.

Bake at 350 for approximately 20 to 23 minutes. Let cool. When you turn over the pan, the bars should fall right out. Slice up and bag em. Store in fridge. These things are off the chain. I cut this into 12 to 16 bars...

Depending on bar size - you're pushing 35 to 40 grams of protein - some good fats - good carbs... cant beat it.

  • 10mg CEL M-Drol
  • 3g Fish Oil
  • 1g Sesamin Oil
  • 50mg DHEA
  • 50mg P5P
  • 400mg Chasteberry
  • 1 Scoop CS
  • 500mg Vitamin C

Course the M-Drol is hitting the stomach today at lunchtime due to the Timber/Money bout of insanity/impatience last night. Just wanted to give you guys an idea of what I'm taking in the morning.

I'll post the night washdown this evening.

For some reason there are people that experience prolactin issues from Super-Drol. And also Phera and Tren products. It's better to be safe rather than sorry. The p-5-p and chasteberry (Vitex) won't hurt anything. It's just an insurance measure. One that I highly recommend.:thumbsup:
