Bit of unfortunate news.
I worked out on saturday with a little bit of knee soreness - I suspected from my longer than usual cardio on the ellyptical the previous two days...
Anyway, it was deadlift time (back day), and on my second set of 315 - my form was poor and I twisted my hips a little bit. Ended up doing more cardio that day - but the next day - my knee was a mess and still is.
Did some BJJ this morning for 2.5 hours. Felt a little better as it loosened up - but still some lingering pain. I feel like it was probably a simple hyperextension being that it hurts most when I attempt to fully straighten my leg. Regardless, it just feels weak.
Guess I'll be skipping legs for a split or two. Hopefully cardio will be unaffected.
Hey T-Styles. Get you some of those knee support wraps, the neoprene slip-on type. They give support and hold in the heat which is therapautic for the damaged area. So the damn Ephedrine... I've asked for Vasopro at the two major Manhattan drug stores... Neither one of them had it...

Doubly sweet. Is this your first ECA run? I mean, you've probably had eca in a supp before or something close to eca, but is this your first, bare naked ECA run?
I've actually never tried anything remotely close to ECA.
Definitely going to just go once a day for awhile - first thing in the morning.
oooohhhh Shizznit!!! Go one dose, first thing in the morning a couple days I guess, but maybe on the weekend you can time it as a pre-workout. It only takes 10 min to kick in. I can't explain how an ECA driven workout is like, it makes you feel like super man.

I think we are at least a week or so away. I got the Asprin today at the pharmacy - caff and Eph are inbound with the 6oxo for my M Drol run and 4 pounds of cookies n cream casein.

I'd like to cut futher until my M-Drol. My intermittant natty run has been great. I've stayed around 186 while reducing body fat pretty significantly thus far while reincorporating cardio.

Yea, but canada and the US especially certain parts of the us have different problems with people cooking meth. I had to order my eca from... well... out of my state.
