TimberLakers' H-Drol Beatdown

Bit of unfortunate news.

I worked out on saturday with a little bit of knee soreness - I suspected from my longer than usual cardio on the ellyptical the previous two days...

Anyway, it was deadlift time (back day), and on my second set of 315 - my form was poor and I twisted my hips a little bit. Ended up doing more cardio that day - but the next day - my knee was a mess and still is.

Did some BJJ this morning for 2.5 hours. Felt a little better as it loosened up - but still some lingering pain. I feel like it was probably a simple hyperextension being that it hurts most when I attempt to fully straighten my leg. Regardless, it just feels weak.

Guess I'll be skipping legs for a split or two. Hopefully cardio will be unaffected.

Hey T-Styles. Get you some of those knee support wraps, the neoprene slip-on type. They give support and hold in the heat which is therapautic for the damaged area. Use IcyHot (or any brand of your choice) on the area after exercising. Thundergod, M.D.----Mythological Deity!! :box:
 
Ice it up... as often as possible. Heat will keep it loose, but will aggravate anything that is inflamed inside. Heat will of course make it feel a lot better, but it's not really helping the situation.
 
Knee already feels significantly better.

Its chest day anyway - may try the ellyptical again tonight and see how that feels.

Really thinning out quite a bit - loving it.

So the damn Ephedrine... I've asked for Vasopro at the two major Manhattan drug stores... Neither one of them had it...

Grr...

what the freak?!? have you tried Walmart? Or does NYC not have them, because Walmart is a property gluten and I believe NYC is a pretty compact situation.
 
Doubly sweet. Is this your first ECA run? I mean, you've probably had eca in a supp before or something close to eca, but is this your first, bare naked ECA run?

I've actually never tried anything remotely close to ECA.

Definitely going to just go once a day for awhile - first thing in the morning.

oooohhhh Shizznit!!! Go one dose, first thing in the morning a couple days I guess, but maybe on the weekend you can time it as a pre-workout. It only takes 10 min to kick in. I can't explain how an ECA driven workout is like, it makes you feel like super man.

Make sure you report back your first ECA driven workout, you'll be so pumped!

I think we are at least a week or so away. I got the Asprin today at the pharmacy - caff and Eph are inbound with the 6oxo for my M Drol run and 4 pounds of cookies n cream casein.

Ahhhh, ECA to battle the lethargy? Solid strategy. Here's a tip. Once your M Drol comes in, I would only take the ECA on workout days. Ephedrine has a faster tolerance build up then any other stim I know, and since you don't need an extra kick on non-workout days, just take those days off.

I think I read you planned on working out 6 days a week? Then take Sunday off from the ECA. This way you keep "the kick" longer. IIIIIFFFF the ECA is for the sole purpose of battling M-drol lethargy, I might even advise you wait a week into the run.

On the other hand, ECA is fun as hell, I would probably just give it a pre-workout test run for shites and kicks.

Anyway, keep in mind the Ephedrine tolerance builds up rather quickly. How quickly? Well, I'm super, super, super, super stim tolerant. RPM is only good for two weeks tops for me and I can fall asleep on 5 caps.

For ECA, it took about two straight weeks of 3 doses a day before the effects began to fade into "normal stim" level, before that its freaking outer worldly. So for myself, it takes about 2 weeks of straight, triple dose usage, but I'm abnormally stim tolerant. So if the ECA is on your menu for cutting purposes also, then daily doses, but if its a preventative measure to lethargy, then I'd suggest on days use for extended efficacy.

I'd like to cut futher until my M-Drol. My intermittant natty run has been great. I've stayed around 186 while reducing body fat pretty significantly thus far while reincorporating cardio.

It doesn't feel strong, but the pain is gone... So weird. I was bummed for awhile.

Today is leg day - so I'll do some squats (only to 185 or 225) - and calves and thats probably it. Will spend the rest of the time on arms and core - then a half hour of cardio.

Will see how that goes.

I think it must be a NYC thing... Even Sudafed is behind the counter now. The only athsma sh*t they carry is primatene mist.

Yea, but canada and the US especially certain parts of the us have different problems with people cooking meth. I had to order my eca from... well... out of my state.

Most definitely! Cocaine and Heroin are much popular choices here, even in the Rural Areas (where Meth is most popular). For ages 14-28, this is the hierarchy of drug use in Canada:

1) Cocaine
2) MDMA
3) Prescription Amphetamine derivatives
5) Crack
6) Heroin.

Obviously, Marijuana is high on that list, but it is decriminalized here, so it isn't necessary "illegal", so to speak. A.A.S., is also decriminalized here as well; no prosecution for possession, only possession with intent to traffic.

The E up here is actually MDMA, due to the low cost and high availability of amphetamine derivatives; in fact, the reaction from Dexadrin, for example, to either methamphetamine and/or methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) is quite simple! You would be quite surprised at how simple it is to catalyze these derivatives back into Meth/MDMA.

Not that I have any clue about any of this.
