Lookin a lot bigger homie! You're arms are huge and your lats filled in a bit on the outside! Chest and shoulders looking bigger too. Way to go!
 
I can definitely see the difference bro. Your arms, upper traps, shoulders, and the v-taper to your lats are all significantly improved. How much total weight gain did you experience from this run? Even though Halo-drol is very mild, you did exceptionally well with it! I can't wait to see the transformation that a M-drol of Phera cycle will do to you!! Good work on this cycle and the log!! I'll rep ya when this bugger finally lets me!! :frustrate

Thanks guys. 174 to 188 in weight... Some days I wake up at 185 some days I wake up at 189... So I can only really claim 11 pounds of gain.

My body weight always fluctuates about 2 lbs from day to day.

Now get yor PCT going and maintain those results.

Well I haven't ran epi before. I used it to combat lethargy... don't think you are feeling anything like that yet. I say if it's not broke don't fix it. Address your sides as they come to you (if)...
 
Today is leg day. My goal is to break my PR of 245... Going to try 275 perhaps... Plan is to go 135 for a warmup about 5 or 6 times, 225 for 2 or 3, then straight to 275, then work my way down from there.

Reminds me of a story I'd share. Last time I did squats, I was f*cking up 245, and this guy came over and said - "You know there is a pad there for your shoulders"... I was polite - looked at him - and said "Yes, thanks... but I like seeing the purple marks on my shoulders the next few days from the bar"

Guy looked at me like I was crazy... WTF man, I'm a warrior. Sue me.

BTW, I'm still droppin weight... :think:

I just weighted 185, belly was empty though. I'm probably trippin, but I just made a cottage cheese / cyto gainer shake with some frozen peaches... Delicious 900 calories.

Me battling anorexia... :duel:
 
To be honest, after this workout - I could care less if I drop another pound or two. My strength is through the roof... I'll just share my squat numbers.

6*135, 6*225, 6*225, 1*275, 10*185

First of all, the most I've ever pushed 225 was 3 to 4 - while ON cycle. Today I did 6 twice, then still went for the 275 - took it deep, chucked it up, then went for two and failed mid rep (boom). Then I blew out 185 10 times. I just started pushing 185 about 4 weeks ago.

Man, this is going to be a long f*cking wait for M-Drol...

Try out some natty sh*t while you're waiting bro. Like some more DTHC. Or...get this. A mild non-methyl run of something like MMV2!! :woohoo: Ask ThisGuy2 what he thinks of the shizzle!! You'd love it, and almost no suppression. A real light PCT of post cycle support would totally be sufficient for it. Seriously, you'd love it T-Styles!! It's encapsulated rage!! :thumbsup:

your boy gmg raved about it too. i tried the liquid masterdrol, i'm pretty sure it gave me some strength gains (obviously not in the fukkin lats and lower back)

I didn't dose DHEA during my epi run, but I experienced lethargy too... I doubt it would hurt, not necessary though imo.

Yeah, I know. That's why I said you could run some MORE DTHC. I meant extend the duration of it past your PCT! But the MMV2 would be a MUCH better situation!! :thumbsup:

I freaking woke up at 183 again this morning... after gorging myself with food till 2AM to get up to 190.

Yeah, we may want to stay away from MMV2 - I will run it with M-Drol.
 
So is your plan to go with creatine only after you finish the PCT or is there a non hormonal product with proven benefits you can run between cycles? Also, any experience with PowerFULL during PCT?

Nope, I'm taking creatine now daily in my recovery shake... 45g of Whey, 35g of WMS, 10g Cre Mono...

Never touched PowerFULL... Wont ever touch PowerFULL.
 
Both Timber and I have our opinions about USP's supplements...

That being said, PowerFULL is a product that is supposed to speed up growth hormone production. It really isn't an issue for men under 30, probably men under 35. Other than the REAL HGH, most the OTC GH supps won't do to much to the young guys, they have enough GH as it is.
 
Bit of a dilema... Would like your opinions.

Tomorrow I'm going to box at lunch, and my night is kind of full... So I want a power workout on Friday to send me off on my 3 day vacation in pain.

I have a back / chest focus. Question is - for Friday... should I go to the gym early do back, then go to lunch, then go back after lunch to destroy Chest? Or should I do one massive workout with just my power moves for both?

For blasting two body parts like you wanna do I'd personally do a workout and wait a couple hrs and do the other, JMO :thumbsup:

VEGAAAAAASSSS!!!! You have to hit up The Rio Hotel's internationally renowned Buffet Bar. Holy Hey-Suse is it good. Each station has its own Chef prepping the food, not regular dry, over-greeased and whacked out buffets.
