MMV2 is hormonal bro. It converts to Stanalone, just like 3-AD... although they are different compounds... weird.

I have a back / chest focus. Question is - for Friday... should I go to the gym early do back, then go to lunch, then go back after lunch to destroy Chest? Or should I do one massive workout with just my power moves for both?

I went ahead and did the Back / Chest workout in one two hour session. Actually threw up about 3/4s through in the bathroom (after deadlifts) - then went back to it.

Incline Chest Hammerstrength: 6*220
Incredible workout. I think I was there for a good 2.5 hours - can't really remember. I packed all my supplements for my 4 day trip - including a shaker full of whey and creatine tablets... I'll probably be sore as sh*t for a couple days - I think I've been at the gym 9 of the 10 days since PCT started - so 4 days off of heavy weights might actually do me some good.
I'll do another double workout on Wednesday.
