Great final workout. The pumps I had immediately following the incline hammer were just freaking nuts.

I do not...I repeat, I DO NOT actually do this! I don't condone it. I'm not recommending it. If someone actually tries it, he's a dumbass.

That said, they usually come in 20mcg tabs (Spiropent's a good brand). Never tried? I suggest LOTS and LOTS of research. The sides can be pretty nasty, and clen can be downright dangerous if not handled properly.

Well, today is my first off day after my 6 day death burst. Taking a client to a nice dinner at a steakhouse - so hopefully I can get a nice big piece of swordfish or a steak...
 
yeah, I don't like the idea of clen, and from what I understand the dosages neet to be tapered up and down in small incremements...that's why I was wonding about tabs; they'de have to be very small in dose to create that kind of flexibility.

I'd rather do cardio then use clen...I was just curious though.

Clen needs to be ramped and tapered in 20mcg increments and you generally get tabs in 20mcg doses (though they sell 40mcg). You should build 20mcg every 3 days or so, so a sample would be:

20/20/20/40/40/40/60/60/60...and so on. Some people go as high as 120mcg, though I've heard some horror stories about dosing that high. I prefer to mix the liquid into my napalm and apply it transdermally, thus bypassing the nasty sides.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...trione powder. That's the nastiest taste ever. If you just drop it in your water or juice instead of an oil, REALLY gross. I'd rather chew aspirin.
 
Hey guys. Here's a quick picture of my back. Girlfriend took it last night on her phone. I'm getting the original camera back on Monday, so I'll do a full set on Monday or Tuesday - the lighting is much different in this picture...

yeah, arms definately looking good. gains are noticable. how'd your girlfriend fell about you running a cycle? mine keeps giving me ****. she's a wicked stoner and said she's going to try and ruin my cut by baking cookies/brownies/cake and shvt all the time. :smite:

Girl doesn't love that I focus so much on my fitness - which is why I didn't ask her to take more pictures... I think she may feel threatened by it a little.

That being said, I leave my supplements out in the open. If she wants to look into what I'm taking - it's all there in front of her - otherwise it's don't ask don't tell. Should I ever decide to pin - I don't think she would be supportive at all - pills she looks the other way.

She was pretty supportive of my fighting after she saw me get back into the ring the first time, but at the same time - I think she'd prefer if I wasn't so concerned with this kind of stuff.

I used to put chocolate cycle support in my chocolate protein and the whole shake tasted like old, rotten ****.

Yeah, I've got min in the stash cabinet, which she doesn't go through. I think she just doesn't really wonder what any of it is.
 
I think you guys have a pretty good idea of my routines by now. Anyway - full leg and arm day today.

Squat 245 6 times after a full set at 225 and a warmup. (PR)

3 sets of 12 Skull Crushers with 85 pounds w/ close grip chest burnouts. (PR)

This gorgeous girl I chat up at the gym is back from her summer in Italy. (PR)

Feeling great - cut back on the carbs just a bit - cals still reasonably high. Balls are starting to get in the way again on leg day - so DTHC must be doing its thing. I have got to be the worst dude at the gym at adjusting myself in a non-offensive manner. I pretty much just move them around and dig my shorts in under them after every set to make sure they are taken care of.

Hmm... what else... Weight is staying constant at 190 so far.. Do feel like some water has dropped off - and I expect more to follow due to the slight decrease in carbos. Also started dosing ZMA around nighttime, a gut health supplement, and ginseng...

Go to Wal-Mart and buy yourself a cheap pair of compression shorts. The kind that cyclists wear. Get 'em real tight and they even help out on things like deadlifts and especially squats. I'll guarantee you there'll be no more "switching gears" going on down there!!!! lol You won't fit in with the "brutha's" no more however!! :afro: :lol:

Thanks for the encouragement guys. At least all the hard work wasn't for nothing. Chest and legs probably improved the most... I really have no idea what to do with all the jeans I can no longer squeeze my legs into.
 
LOL, I hear ya! the year that I lost all the weight I had to buy new jeans every 2 months...was expensive!

Now I have a hard time buying shirts that my arms will fit into...and that I don't feel like I'm swimming in.

Maybe GMG has some ideas... I'm pretty sure they can stretch legs - its not like my waist grew. Just my thighs... I'm not buying expensive jeans for awhile. I think I'm revising my goal weight to 205, I like it.

I didn't think I was going to get this close to 195 that quick.

That's funny sh*t bro! I do dress up when the occasion calls for it. And I mean a real dress shirt, slacks, and dress shoes. But most of the time I dress like fukkin' Hulk Hogan!! In a tank top, baggies, bandana, and all!! I was showing a friend of mine some pictures of me holding my daughter when she was a baby (20 years ago now!!) and I'm sitting there after just getting home from the YMCA and I'm in my usual tank top, baggies, and bandana holding my baby girl. He started laughing and said, "Dude not only do you not look any older now, but you still dress the same!!" I cracked up. It reminded me when I saw an episode of Hogan Knows Best and they're trying to get Hulk to get a new look. But he insists on wearing the same old tank tops, baggies, and bandanas. It's nice that some people and things never change!! :D
 
t-laker, anything supp. wise you picked up along the way after you started? i think there was dhea and vitamin C? but anything else besides that?
