I'm really fighting to keep on all 16 as it is... I'm often weighting a few pounds under 190 - but you know how that goes.

Today should be an off day, but I only have a few days left. Going to tear this sh*t up the next few days while I still have these skittles in the bottle.

Crap, I just counted my remaining pills - cycle is over on Wednesday with a 125mg last dose... So I absolutely have to work out today if I want another ON chest day. :head:

That will save legs for the first PCT workout... SQUATS! :smite:
 
Yeah, I've heard good things about the pro-anabol. Is it only ecdy? I thought it was a blend of things, but I didn't even realize it was ecdy.

My experience w/ ALRI products has always been good, so I just assumed this stuff worked.


It has a methyl group added for enhanced bio-availability but not at 17a so it's still easy on the liver.

What? The Pro-Anabol? I wasn't aware of that. Is it possible to methylate other compounds in that same "less toxic" position (not at the 17a) and the compounds remain as effective as the old methylation process? :think: It would be great if we had a less toxic Super-Drol!! :lol:

Oblique / Abdominal Work
Roman Chair obliques and hanging upside down from punching bag... great ab workout if you've never tried - just wrap your legs around the middle of a punching bag and squeeze - hang backwards - and do some slow contractions. Few sets of 10 should do it.

Now that I look at it... I didn't have a particularly large amount of exercises as usual... Took it a little easy on rotational movements because I pushed myself pretty hard last time on chest - and I really want to have a blow out workout on Wednesday... Can't describe it though - was just a VERY solid workout today. Lots of sweat - threw some punches, and tossed a lot of weight around. Going to be a strong finish with back and chest workouts queued up.

Had some great vascularity in my shoulders... beyond the usual power vein - blue webbed veins.
 
I noticed a lot more vascularity at the end/post cycle.

Less toxic Superdrol would rock, if the effect was the same :head:

Pro Anabol has a methyl ether at the 17 position but from what I understand the ecdysteroid is extremely non-toxic to begin with so that's probably why it continues to be. Speaking of low toxic methyls, Anavar anyone :food: I'd love to give that a run one day :thumbsup:

Damn TL, with my luck if I tried to hang from a bag I'd fall on my head, no doubt. That's gotta be one hell of an ab exercise though.

I tried to find a picture for you guys... You just have to hook one foot's heel into the top of your other foot and squeeze... So you work your entire abdominal core, plus the interior thigh - instead of using that pussy machine all the hot chicks use.

This workout REALLY taxed me. I had no business being at the gym today - and I probably wont be feeling it tomorrow - but I have 1 day left. PCT starts tomorrow night. Really want to finish strong, and take a day or two off when PCT starts.

I started DTHC dosing tonight with 2 caps. I'll take four tomorrow (2 AM, 2 PreWO) then work up to 6ED this weekend (2 AM, 2 Lunch, 2 Nite)... Nolva will pop off tomorrow night with my first 20mg dose.

Going to put in an order at NP tomorrow most likely. Muscle Milk is 20 bucks, and I think I really miss the extra dietary fat in my diet. It really has always helped me lean out - So I'll go back to what I know. Casein is great, but its 2x the price of Muscle Milk - and doesn't taste nearly as good... I need the looking forward to nighttime shake again... :) Also will be bringing cre-mono into my regimen for PCT.

Looking back, this has been an incredible cycle, but I'm not upset about having to stop. Its time to get my body back to a state of normalcy for awhile, and work on keeping these gains. Gains were nuts starting mid-week three... Probably piled on 8 or 9 pounds that week, but weight gain has tapered off. Hopefully can get you guys pictures by Wednesday / Thursday.

Take it easy homeslice...that stuff is pretty effective. I found I didn't really need 6 (though it was nice that I gained some more mass during my last pct), but build it up slowly, and I wouldn't keep it at 6 throughout. 4 is about the perfect cruising speed.
 
Awesome Log TL. All of us newbs learned quite a bit following the 32 pages. Glad your cycle gave you the gains you wanted and look forward to see the before/after shots.

...and speaking of which, I'm 50/50 between going straight into a two week run of mdrol immediately following pct. let the flaming commence.

The other 50 wants to run a 6 week natty cut using that new dicana formula (love the old stuff, minus needing 2 bottles for 4 weeks), venom HD and Napalm, try to get down another 3% by November or December and start a couple of mdrol bursts at 10%bf. Even if I went up 1% after 2 runs, 5'11" 215lb and 11%bf would be pretty sick indeed.

ah...decisions, decisions.:think:

Hell yeah. I want to tell you something brother. And I mean every word of it. I wish I would have learned half as much on my first cycle as you have on yours. Very well played indeed. You and G-Money both have done an excellent job on proper planning and execution of textbook cycles. Complete with proper support supplementation and effective PCT protocols. Congrats!! :clap2: These newbs are learning from some good examples. You guys are gonna keep loving your experiences with these compounds as you continue to grow and learn more. Keep Up The Good Work My Brothers Of DOOM!! :head:

Except for snorting taurine off asscracks... That sounds pretty harmless IMO.
