Yeah, I've heard good things about the pro-anabol. Is it only ecdy? I thought it was a blend of things, but I didn't even realize it was ecdy.
My experience w/ ALRI products has always been good, so I just assumed this stuff worked.

Oblique / Abdominal Work
Roman Chair obliques and hanging upside down from punching bag... great ab workout if you've never tried - just wrap your legs around the middle of a punching bag and squeeze - hang backwards - and do some slow contractions. Few sets of 10 should do it.
Now that I look at it... I didn't have a particularly large amount of exercises as usual... Took it a little easy on rotational movements because I pushed myself pretty hard last time on chest - and I really want to have a blow out workout on Wednesday... Can't describe it though - was just a VERY solid workout today. Lots of sweat - threw some punches, and tossed a lot of weight around. Going to be a strong finish with back and chest workouts queued up.
Had some great vascularity in my shoulders... beyond the usual power vein - blue webbed veins.
Damn TL, with my luck if I tried to hang from a bag I'd fall on my head, no doubt. That's gotta be one hell of an ab exercise though.
I tried to find a picture for you guys... You just have to hook one foot's heel into the top of your other foot and squeeze... So you work your entire abdominal core, plus the interior thigh - instead of using that pussy machine all the hot chicks use.

This workout REALLY taxed me. I had no business being at the gym today - and I probably wont be feeling it tomorrow - but I have 1 day left. PCT starts tomorrow night. Really want to finish strong, and take a day or two off when PCT starts.
I started DTHC dosing tonight with 2 caps. I'll take four tomorrow (2 AM, 2 PreWO) then work up to 6ED this weekend (2 AM, 2 Lunch, 2 Nite)... Nolva will pop off tomorrow night with my first 20mg dose.
Going to put in an order at NP tomorrow most likely. Muscle Milk is 20 bucks, and I think I really miss the extra dietary fat in my diet. It really has always helped me lean out - So I'll go back to what I know. Casein is great, but its 2x the price of Muscle Milk - and doesn't taste nearly as good... I need the looking forward to nighttime shake again...Also will be bringing cre-mono into my regimen for PCT.
Looking back, this has been an incredible cycle, but I'm not upset about having to stop. Its time to get my body back to a state of normalcy for awhile, and work on keeping these gains. Gains were nuts starting mid-week three... Probably piled on 8 or 9 pounds that week, but weight gain has tapered off. Hopefully can get you guys pictures by Wednesday / Thursday.

Hell yeah. I want to tell you something brother. And I mean every word of it. I wish I would have learned half as much on my first cycle as you have on yours. Very well played indeed. You and G-Money both have done an excellent job on proper planning and execution of textbook cycles. Complete with proper support supplementation and effective PCT protocols. Congrats!! :clap2: These newbs are learning from some good examples. You guys are gonna keep loving your experiences with these compounds as you continue to grow and learn more.
