I am in the same boat, my friend! Things are rough these days, but I'm keeping my head up. Air in my lungs, food on my plate, a roof over my head, and my gym membership are what get me by these days.

hahaha, okay, back to the knuckle shot to the forehead. It'll cause some short term dizziness, but nothing more. I used to do this to my friends all the time.

True story time. I had this friend named, Andrew, who had this weird condition with his nerves, that if you smacked him on the forehead, his eyebrows would wave up & down uncontrollably for a few seconds and I thought that was hilarious, so on occasion, I'd sneak in a forehead knuckle shot and watch his forehead and eyebrows wiggle. I did this for other people for proof, it was hilarious.
 
This was back in Jr High and early high school of course. It's not like last week I gave a grown man a knuckle shot to the forehead in front of guests.

1 or 2 days left for me guys.

I've really been too strong for my own good on my presses. My left rotator cuff is starting to hurt just with normal everyday movements. I took the day off yesterday, but I'll go tonight and do my rotator cuff exercises and bang out whatever kind of chest workout I can handle without pain. Prob medium weight - high rep. While it was kinda cool to bang out 280 on the incline, it was probably stupid and aggravated my shoulder more than it already was. Might throw down 45 minutes to an hour of shaddow boxing.

Wrapping it up. Its been a big run. And strength over running the joints and stuff is a problem that is common. Good that you are pulling it back and keeping those rotators healthy. Some reps will do the body good. You are smart togo that route. I have the problem of hitting that big weight and pushing an injury too far. The ego takes over.

Stay healthy and watch that shadows viscious left hook.

Chest went about 40 times better than I anticipated. Warmed up well, and did one of the dogcrap shoulder stretches... Really had very little pain - just a little at 240 pounds on incline hammer - so I stopped there. Right now the shoulder feels pretty damn good.

Awesome pump today. Definitely going to miss this run.
