Report From The Abyss: I was on fire this morning!! :smite: Talk about rage! I had a few personal issues that helped to fuel the fires. I'll use whatever I can to summon the Berzerker Rage for battle. NUMBERS ##--BACK---REVERSE-GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS: 295 X 9-5-3= 16 total reps. Up 5 lbs. from 2 weeks ago. DC sets still in effect here. 15 deep breaths to rest-pause between the 3 mini-sets. Back off at 220 X 15! Up 3 reps here. The reps on these back off finishing sets are getting crazy. I feel like a machine. OVERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 280 X 10. Heavy. Just the way I like it. Back off at 200 X 14. I can really feel these in the upper and middle part of my back. REVERSE-GRIP BENTOVER ROWS: 295 X 10. PR for reverse grip. These are harder than the regular overhand grip rows in my opinion. Back off at 185 X 15. ONE-ARM ROWS: 150 x 11!! Finally I gut out that eleventh rep! I have been stuck on 10 reps for the last month. I fought for this one! Payday!! :woohoo: Back off at 100 X 15. MACHINE SHRUGS: 440 x 12. And the weights just keep on going up. Yeah!! :head: Back off at 300 X 18. It's not that I need bigger traps per se, but I just love to torture 'em. I just love blasting biceps! ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY CABLE CURLS TO THE EAR: (Hercules Curls) 90 X 9. That sh!t was heavy. LMAO. Back off at 50 X 18. These are really shaping the peak of my biceps. FOREARMS--REVERSE-GRIP CURLS: 135 x 9. And that was also heavy. This was an awesome workout. The weights felt so light, even when they weren't!! I am honored that you value my opinion so much. I wouldn't steer you wrong here, G-Money. You know that I didn't over-hype the MMV2. You know yourself that one is as good as I claimed it was. A lot of people are liking that one. And once again, I have no reason to give an overblown review of PRIME, as I have nothing to gain from such a deed. This is a 100% unbiased evaluation. And I will state once again, PRIME is the BEST non-hormonal product that I have EVER used.Goddammit TG, now I am gonna have to put my foot in my mouth and try it out. LOL... There is NO way I am running it solo though... I am too much of a supp junkie for that. I LOVED DTHC, and I gained mass and strength with it as part of my Epi PCT... I have a bottle comming my way from TL, so... it wont be until my phera PCT till I use it, but... I guess I am gonna try it out.
I second the notion that you are the first person who I am going to try a product SOLELY on their review.
I want to preface my update on USP Labs PRIME by borrowing a quote from DreamWeaver's thread. "Prime just got a promotion it is now the best herbal product I have ever used. I was so pumped I could only bend my arm half way. I am looking leaner and bigger and feell fantastic. So far it has done everything it said it would. Next week is week 3 I can hardly wait." Now that DW has went that far, I'm much more relaxed in writing this evaluation. I do not want to overly hype this product, yet at the same time I want to give it the credit it truly deserves. I will also go so far as to say that PRIME is by far the best non-hormonal product that I have EVER used. It has surpassed Blue Up even. And that's a solid product as well. But this last week (week 3) has shown me that these effects I have been noticing are anything but placebo. Far from it. Placebo starts out strong and then lets you down, since it's all mental anyway. Once the weights get heavy enough, any perceived effects diminsh at once. But with a real substantial product doing what it claims to do, once the poundages start going up, they keep on going up!! My muscles are definitely harder, more dense in appearance, and the separations are starting to appear nicely. Separations Hell! Striations is more like it! And vascularity is beter than it's ever been. Even in my 20's. And I'm not just talking about biceps and forearm veins. I mean everywhere. Even my quads have that big vein starting to bulge down the inner thigh area. I'm getting veins in places rarely seen for me, such as traps and even upper back. Strength is truly being influenced as well. I am utterly amazed at the weights I'm still tossing around 3 weeks AFTER ceasing the Oral Trenbolone! I have kept my calories above maintenance (as I do for almost all PCT's) but in a few weeks I'm thinking of doing an all-out recomp. I know the holidays are coming up. I will finish the second bottle of PRIME just days before Thanksgiving. I rarely ever have a cheat meal. I stick to my diet pretty religiously. But that one day.....I am going to EAT!!! Then a few days afterwards, it's time to recomp through the New Year. I know that most people don't cut during the winter, but I will. Then when Spring gets here, and all of you are desperately trying to cut off that winter flab, I'll be a lean, mean, hammer-tossing machine!! :head: But I have sidetracked myself as usual here. PRIME does what it claims to do.....plain and simple. Do I recommend it? You bet your everlovin' sweet arse I do!!! :woohoo:

I really haven't seen anything concrete, but I would imagine that the half-life of Oral Trenbolone would be around 6 to 8 hours as it is an oral compound. And I would think that peak blood concentration levels would be highest around the 2 or 3 hour mark. Just guessing though.Is, you are correct...

I work nights (a Norse Diety's work is never done) so I miss out on a lot of the excitement around here. To answer everyone's common question of how I'm doing, I am doing fan-freakin-tastic!! :woohoo: I feel on top of the nine worlds this morning. Like I could take on all the Jotnar (frost giants) at one time........with my hammer-tossing arm tied behind my back!! :lol: My recovery is incredible at this point. I "feel" like training everyday, but I am much smarter than that at this stage in the game. And yet my anticipation and eagerness to train is at an all-time high. I am chomping at the bit to lift something ridiculously heavy. I must bottle up that desire and yearning. Today is my one total rest day of the week. No cardio, no lifting.......just rest and recover and relaxation! And then tomorrow.....I am going to fukkin' explode on those weights!!! :aargh:
I also found 2 exer-cycles out there just 5 or 6 months ago. No lie. I gave 1 of them to my work partner. We put batteries in them and both of their LED readouts worked and everything, tension control. It was cool. I almost got 9 reps on the first part of the DC rest-pause set. But almost doesn't cut it! DC sets still in effect here. With 15 deep breaths between the 3 mini-sets. Back off at 225 X 15. This is up 3 reps from 2 weeks ago. The PRIME is allowing me to grind out extra reps on these finishing sets. I just don't want to stop pumpin' 'em out. PEC-DECK FLYES: 230 X 12. Up 5 lbs. but down 2 reps. It's getting heavy now. Back off at 150 X 20!! Up 3 reps here. Then I immediately hit another set of INCLINE BENCH PRESSES at 155 X 15. I was pumped after that. Pecs were swollen. PULLOVERS: 160 X 11. PR baby!! I've been stuck at 10 reps for weeks now. I pulled out all stops and went for it! Back off at 100 X 18. ONE-ARM LOWER PULLEY CROSSOVERS: 80 X 11. Hard set. Back off at 50 X 18. Great contraction here. I squeezed the pecs hard at the end of the reps. Then I immediately stood and faced the pec-deck machine and did a set of STANDING PEC-DECK FLYES at 140 X 25!! That's right. 25 fukkin' reps!! TRICEPS---SEATED OVERHEAD 2-HAND BAR CABLE EXTENSIONS: 220 X 8-4-3=15 total reps. Up 5 lbs. And a PR. Oh yeah, they're still coming!! Back off at 150 X 18. Up 1 rep. STANDING TRICEPS BLASTER BAR PUSHDOWNS: 170 X 12. I found an old triceps blaster bar behind a building the other day. It has the neutral "hammer" type grips within a large circle. I'm sure some of you have seen one before. I hooked the cable around it on my lat pulldown machine and went for it. Back off at 110 X 20 reps!! And I like this bar!! BEHIND THE HEAD ONE-ARM TRICEPS CABLE EXTENSIONS: 80 X 12. Back off at 50 X 18. These high rep sets are getting crazy here in the last few weeks. I like PRIME!! Then I hit a set of ROPE PUSHDOWNS: 140 X 12. And I called it a battle well-fought!! Time to relax a bit and bask in the glory of the good fight fought and won!!
