Shhhh......it's still a secret. Yeah right. It seems like everyone knows now. And for those few that still don't...........it's only 5 days from now!! :aargh:u strong muthafunker!
ps i know what the compound is....... :fart:
:toofunny::toofunny::toofunny:Well, "You are what you eat", I always heard!! In which case, I'm a huge Vag!!
Tearin' it up, brotha! Great workout! :aargh:Now that was an awesome workout!! I felt energetic, strong, and forceful throughout the entire session! It just gets better for the next 2 and 1/2 weeks!! :aargh: Hang on tight!! :woohoo:
I don't say girls are everything but all the fun we take from this world is sports and girls , the rest is pain and sacrificeIts the truth. Whatever we do in this life, it all stems down to girls. Great bodies, fast cars, expensive clothes, big houses...they all center back to one thing:hammer: =
:chick:
3 days of lifting on cycle is for vaginas. I'm going to be tossing crap around at least 6 days a week.
Recovery is faster when on-cycle. Your training split very well could work for you. Give it a try. But for me, I know what works best. Low volume and low frequency coupled with high-intensity. Training the same bodypart 3 times per week wouldn't work so well for me. But for you, it might.
they may make the world go round but they can be the death of you. i mean, they already killed chivalry.
strong as a bull, once I trained with some pros here in Portugal(flex Wheeler was here), they came to a exhibition and they trained in my gym, I saw the weights they were doing and I can say TG is stronger in a lot of exercises, but his the son of a god so not much of a big deal:lol:hey, that was the feminist movement. all them stupid girls that said "i can do it myself". now the whine and cry that they can't find a nice man with manners. go figure. its the same reason we're not sure if we should hold the door open for someone with crutches anymore. chivalry is in my opinion THE BIGGEST LOSS OF OUR GENERATION.
great log TG! damn you strong. can't wait to see you blow those numbers away in a week.
If you gotta lift 6 days a week you're not be doin' it right, homie. :afro:
But seriously, look at the workout, I'd be lifting 3 days a week (4 if you count legs...don't forget that), but I'd be hitting each muscle group 3 times full-on weight. So in my case, just to give you an example, my chest would see my best poundages in every excercise. This is the kind of weight it'd see in one week:
Monday
Bench 3 x 6 @ 320lb
Flyes 3 x 8 @ 45lb
Wednesday
Incline 2 x 6 @ 225lb
Decline 2 x 6 @ 255lb
Friday
DB Bench 3 x 12 @ 80lb
PecDeck Flye 3 x 12 @ 150lb
Personally, I think that'd put some nice growth on me!
Mind you, this is the starting plan. You know me, and you know by week two, all these excercises would start seeing drop sets, rest-pauses, supers, and so on..on top of big weight!
i think its bad ass mass!Big Bad Braddah Tundah! im up in this beeotch!
anyone wanna take guesses at what the mystery MAD compound is???
i think its fina pellets.
must agree the facial hair is an improvement, looks more hardcore, if that is even possible. Looking strong as a bull!
Knee Grow Please...
I lift till I puke 30% of the time, and I'm dying in pain until my split resets.
I can understand if you want to lift 3 days a week when you're natty, but when you're in the middle of a run - your body can handle a hell of a lot more. At least mine can. I was lifting 6 days a week during my last cycle which turned out pretty damn good.

Uh-oh! Are you extra sensative from the nolva? I'm just messing with you, broski. I know you had a great run. I followed along for all 349 pages of it!
And I'm with you, I definitely put my body through more when I'm on. Remember on my cycle when I did a week straight of ALL dropsets, EVERY set, on EVERY excercise? Then, for S&Gs, I did it again the following week, but worked my drops in as supersets following max lifts? So you know I love to lay the beatdown on my muscles when it's on like Donkey Kong. :bruce2:
Even still, I was on a 4 day split then (chest/back; shoulders; arms; legs), and while on a serious caloric deficit (2000 cals daily) comprised of almost no carbs (<50g daily), and doing cardio 5 mornings a week(3 HIIT), I still gained 4lb, while dropping nearly 3% bf. That's some nice recomping right there, and it tells you I was doing something right.
I'm not arguing against your method, brother; it obviously worked great for you, as we can see from before and after stats and pics, and I myself have employed a similar schedule in the past w/ great success. Alls I'm saying is there's more than one way to skin a cat, and I'm always interested in trying new ones ("should I boil the f**ker? hmm...what if spraypaint him then set him on fire?":twisted. But I digress...

You definitely train right... I just feel like you're going to want to bust more sh*t up while you're on M-Drol.. Matter of fact, I challenge you to keep to the gym only 3 times a week...
:toofunny:
yooooo, did we ever get your pics????? did i miss you posting them?

i asked someone here that knew.Am I the only one who hasn't signed up at MD to check?:fool2:
PP was it what I guessed in the rep comment I left?:afro:
By the way, does this mean you were eating 2000 kcals a day? or 2000 kcal under maintenence... If the latter, what are you estimating your daily maintenence at?
You guys remember what curiosity did to the cat??!! :saw: And I don't doubt it's not still on your rep board Piston. You get like a 1,000 reps a day don't ya?:lol:i asked someone here that knew.
i cant remember what you guessed. its not up on my rep board anymore.
Thank you sir. I still don't consider myself that strong really. Not when I watch guys like Ronnie Colemen, Branch Warren, Johnnie Jackson, Markus Ruhl, Gunter Schleirkamp, and many others lifting. I will say that when it comes to Back and Biceps, I would walk into any Gold's Gym in California and train beside any of the pros. I can do Lat Pulldowns with 300lbs. for 8 to 10 reps, Seated Cable Rows at 320lbs. for 8 reps, One-Arm DB Rows 140 X 10, and I am the King of Curls! I walked into a new gym a couple of weeks ago with a co-worker and tried out some of their equipment. Eventually I tried a couple of their preacher-curl machines. They both had 200 lb. stacks on them. After a few light warm-ups I maxed out both machines for ridiculously easy 10 reps apeice. Easy! I grabbed a 100 lb. DB and did bent-over concentration curls for 8 easy reps. My co-worker was astonished.strong as a bull, once I trained with some pros here in Portugal(flex Wheeler was here), they came to a exhibition and they trained in my gym, I saw the weights they were doing and I can say TG is stronger in a lot of exercises, but his the son of a god so not much of a big deal:lol:
Pretty damn impressive to us mere mortals TG!Thank you sir. I still don't consider myself that strong really. I have been lifting for over 20 years now and I feel that you just keep getting stronger if you stick with it!
I'll say! :box:Pretty damn impressive to us mere mortals TG!

I'm too old for that sh*t!! But seriously, you are gaining on me in the Bench. I'm hitting just a little over 400 lbs. and you're right on my heels. But as I was saying before, Back and Biceps are my specialty. I'm getting ready to attack them in less than 2 hours now!! OoooH YEAH!!! :aargh::saw::shoot:WhT the... Queensryche is one of my favorite bands of all time. The first CD I ever bought was Operation: Mindcrime and I still listen to it to this day!Time to get fired-up!! I have loved the group Queensryche for over 20 years now. This is a great song with a great video. We have to confront and destroy evil in all of its myriad complexities. Fight to be free!! :head: Invalid Link Removed
It would be scary as fukk, would it not??!! :jaw: And you'll get your wish at the first of next year. This little cycle will be my last one for this year. I've got a big ol' hog's liver in the deep freeze that I'll need to break out and transplant before that one! :icon_lol:I wanna see TG on a heafty dose of test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hammer:
no sh1t. i was just tellin him this. TG likes his short cycles so it would have to be prop. If you ever decide to do a long cycle consider a gram of test TG, Id love to see that!!!!!!!!!!!! :twisted:I wanna see TG on a heafty dose of test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hammer:
Yea no sh*t...I want front row seats with a box of popcorn for that one!!!:hammer:no sh1t. i was just tellin him this. TG likes his short cycles so it would have to be prop. If you ever decide to do a long cycle consider a gram of test TG, Id love to see that!!!!!!!!!!!!
