Recomp: Day 30!! Endgame!!

This is it. Day 30!! ENDGAME.
I can't believe that 30 days went so fast. But then again, when I look back over the millenia, I can't believe how swiftly they have passed before mine eyes as well.
This has been a wonderful experience for me. My first ever recomp. I did some things right...I did some things wrong. I made some mistakes along the way. I learned a lot during the journey too.
I did make improvements. In the end, this is what we are all after.
I have leaned out nicely. Muscles appear harder and more dense. Vascularity is improved. I'm seeing new veins in places. Old places have larger more bulging veins now! There are some improvements in muscle striations. For instance in my chest and quads. Hel, even triceps!
It's a toss up for me as to which I prefer. Vascularity or striations.
Awesome vascularity with veins running everywhere like rivers across the bumpy terrain. Like Ronnie Coleman, for instance. Especially his thighs.
Or striations, where you can see the actual muscle fibers when you flex. Think Tom Platz's incredible thighs. I'd like the best of both worlds. Of course.
I'll be taking some end-cycle photos Thursday. Even though it's going to be cold as a witch's titty (my Dad's expression) outside that day. Not good for getting the veins to appear! But outdoor pics look better IMO. You can see the curves of the muscle bellies much better in the sunlight. It casts shadows that show how large the muscles really are. Like my chest casting shadows over my abs in my avatar. Shows how thick my chest is.
A special thanks to our own Mulletsoldier for letting me run this recomp on him. I'll give a final review of the supps I used later today.

I've already got a headstart on this one.
Do you remember my Thunderstrike Pre-Workout drink mix? It was described in my last thread: The Mad Methyl Meltdown.
I also had a recipe for Thunder's Power Balls: a nutritional snack.
I have another I created just recently: Power Pudding.

Powerballs are a big hit here, I have 2 trainees on them now...

is that striations in your lats that i'm beginning to see? that's some seriously good progress!!!!
 
My bro buys the unpopped kernels and makes his own...I checked out the nutrients, and it doesn't look TOO bad...a lot of the carbohydrates are from fiber.
