THUNDERGOD ROLLS OUT A RECOMP..........REALLY!! (sponsored)

I used to walk around town with shorts or jogging pants and a tank top all the time to show off. Now I'd rather conceal how big I am. I wear big baggy jeans (like the home-boys do!) and extra large dress shirts. Preferably long sleeves. This makes me look slouchy and skinny. That way when I need to shock the fukk outta someone, I just off the shirt and growl!! :firedevil:

That's kinda my deal, too. I don't ever dress to show off size. I usually wear jeans and a button down shirt or khakis and a dress shirt with tweed...I like to layer a little if I can...but the heat around here is killer and I sometimes have to resort to t-shirts and jeans. I'm not into the tight-fitting clothing. I think it's kind of douchey.

I like your hormone picks. Very synergistic. I'm not a huge fan of Epi for growth; it did nothing for me, but it DID get rid of my pubertal gyno, so in my book, it's one of the best ones out there! Hahah. It gave me nasty, NASTY lethargy though.
 
I'm considering pulsing SD @ 30mg, 3x/week with my MMV2/AS run, but I'm still unsure.
I think that would freakin' rock there my celtic brother!!! The MMV2 would keep all gains lean and dry. And you would not have any lethargy. You do know that it's similar to Anavar, right?

Ya, I've heard it has similar properties to oxandrolone (var), which I've never used, so it should be interesting. My sauce use has been Test E, Test P, Tren Ace, Dbol, and Winstrol...I can't be touching that stuff anymore, though, with my upcoming career field. :lol:

Which SD clone would you guys recommend? It's basically between CEL or BCL, unless anyone else recommends something different. I still haven't COMPLETELY decided if I'm going to do this, but it's in my thought process.
 
CARDIO UPDATE

Yesterday Evening: 1 hour walk.

This Morning: 25 minutes of HIIT cardio. 20 intervals of 30/30 seconds on the exer-cycle.

Only 1 day left on this recomp. Time flies when you're having fun. And despite some recent personal problems, I'm still having loads of fun!!

I'm leaning out very nicely with new veins, especially when I'm pumped. Don't you guys wish we could stay pumped non-stop??!! We look totally different during an intense weight session. A friend of mine told me that I completely morph and transform when I'm pumped!! :yup:

I'm keeping carbs low now. But I've increased protein intake considerably since taking those photos last Thursday. That was a wakeup call. I looked skinny IMO. I had dropped calories too much in an effort to speed up the recomp effects. :zx11pissed:
Slow and steady is the only way to make lasting improvements.
Tomorrow...I start upping those carbs and start to swell up. I can't wait to see the new look!! :eek5:

That's great TG!!! I had a lot of success with HIIT programs when I used to train my clients. Keep it up bro

I don't see why you couldn't still use AAS. Ronnie Coleman was a cop while he was juicing. Every cop in my town juices!!
Go with the CEL M-Drol. I've had great success with it! They give a certificate anaylsis of purity. 98% I think. Best price also. DO THE PULSE IRISH!!!

Wow, that is a lot of sauce for just 21. How many cycles was that? How much did you gain off the Tren ace and (I imagine) Test Prop? How much did you weigh when you started?

I used CEL and it wasn't bunk, so I would recommend their clone.

And I also agree with TG, I know a ton of cops that juice.
 
I'm considering the Epi/D-Bol as a lean bulker. I'll never bulk again! The Epithio is included to off-set the wetness of the D-Bol. I have done this before and it works fabulously!! The gains will be hard and lean. The way she likes it! LOL
I never want to be fat again. So I'm going to eat meat like a freakin' caveman with the munchies!! Healthy fats of course. And just enough carbs to be healthy. That's really the plan for the rest of my life!

Bulking is not that wise for our body type the way I see it, we gain too easily and get too fat. Lean bulk would be ok or something in between that and recomp. I love the state I'm in now it's recomp but I always stay around the same weight. I just get leaner and bigger slowly.

When are you going to try test E TG, that would be awesome, 500mg a week with the epi, and a kick start from the dbol...Major lean mass. Great cycle plan anyway my friend, you know where its at.
 
3 x a week irish, on workout days, would be sweet, Carb load before and after training, and you will be stronger than a Hippo, and a hell of a lot leaner.
 
that would be sweet you should low-to no carbs up until the start date and then introduce carbs back in. Primeing for cycle is the way to go. Your gain are so much larger and leaner.

Hmmmmm....I don't know. If I wasn't pulsing the SD, I would say yes, but I don't think that pulsing 2-3x/week is enough to offset heavy carbohydrate intake. I'll probably just be doing two refeeds a week. 250g extra carbohydrates on those days; about 400g total.

If you prime up till the day and then introduce carbs again(even at a lower level say200 a day) Your gains will be tremendous and lean. You have been priming for so long that your body will swell up quickly and you will gain very minimual fat if any!
 
Why on earth would more test = more fat gain? Are you taking about water-weight? That's what AIs are for.

Higher estrogen conversion..more chance of an increase in vicerol fat.
AI's are good for inhibiting aromatise, and if you use them yes it helps the chances of keeping water and estrogen at bay, I personaly feel after seeing many users use 500mg, that its a great amount to use for lean mass, without this risk of bad sides, wich is why i recommended it..The more test you use = more estrogen conversion...increasing the risk of fat storage..thats why on earth.

Irish, do the pulse at least 3 days per week. 30 mg. per day. Take 20 mg. 1 hour pre-workout. And take the other 10 mg. 1 hour after your workout with your post-workout meal.
I would even do a pulse going up to 4 days. But I wouldn't waste the time with only 2 days. Just Thunder's little $.02.

3 sounds just right. 4 seems a little much. I can spread three out enough to avoid the shut-down at least to some degree. This may change PCT a bit, but not much. I'll probably throw in Tamoxifen for 2 weeks or something.

I've already got a headstart on this one.
Do you remember my Thunderstrike Pre-Workout drink mix? It was described in my last thread: The Mad Methyl Meltdown.
I also had a recipe for Thunder's Power Balls: a nutritional snack.
I have another I created just recently: Power Pudding.

I've actually got another idear...Since I'm pulsing it on my O. days, and ONE off day (which is a refeed day), I'll do my hypertrophy workouts fasted, and my O. days I will slam my shake first, 1.5hr pre-wo with 4 MMV2 and 2 mdrol (the other 2 will be spread throughout the day).
