Hello guys I have been searching on this forum for some time now but this will be my first post. I'm 27 and have been working out off and on since HS but here recently I have been rather serious about lifting. I have been and it 3-4 times a week for the last year and a half straight. I have put on around 15-18 lbs, I'm 9% BF and 155lbs, I'm 5'7 or 5'8. It seems I have hit my plateau in both straight and weight gain and i'm looking to brake that.

I have been researching anabolic steroids/prohormones for the last 6 months and was going to do a cycle of Test and Dbol but unfortunately I have no idea of how to even get it here in the US, not to mention its illegal as hell.

Anyway I'm not going to jump right in to doing a cycle of steroids as I need to do a lot more searching to help me understand it more. Right now I'm leaning towards the ever so popular Halotest-25 or better yet P-Mag. My goal is to weigh around 175-180 and 8-9% BF.

Here is what I'm thinking so far.

Halotest-25 for 5 weeks at 50/75/75/75/75 along with Creatine Ethyl Ester, Milk Thistle 1000mg twice a day, Hawthorn Berries 565mg four times a day for blood pressure, and last Fish oil Omega-3 1000mg two or three times a day for my joints.

Now my 4 week PCT I really dont know. I read Clomid and nolva are both popular but isn't necessary for Halotest. Also before I start my cycle is it ok to load with Milk Thistle or should I get something else.

H-drol and p-mag won't get you that 25 pounds your looking for. It's a waste. I think if you do some research, find a good source, do a test e cycle solo, or test e and dbol. You'll get WAY more out of it then weak PHs.

lol guys it's harder for someone to break 200 pounds when they are 5'7... I hit 235 natty... lol so what.
His goal is a good goal. He doesn't necessarily have to obtain it after 1 cycle. I started cycling with outrageous goals. 240 pounds and 8% bodyfat. It always kept changing. I'll probably never ever ever hit my goal.

ANYWAY. Halotest is a promagnon clone. I don't see any problem with runnin some. The problem is your suppots. You don't need 2g of milk thistle a day or 2g of hawthorn berry a day. That's a little excessive. However 2-3g of fishoil a day is a little low. Try 5.

With the milk thistle... you can preload it, you can run it the whole cycle, whatever. You should even be able to skip it and run it during pct.

For PCT, i really recommend clomid.
 
Never add weight of your not eating. I know I always bring this up in these threads but it's the truth so...... What's your daily diet like?
 
If you are 8% bf and not making more gains up cals, cause if you eat the same as you do now after the cycle you will loose those gains you make
 
James, get some clomid for PCT, drop you're milk thistle and hawthorne berry doses as Unreal said and you should be g2g. Eat right, Train ****in hard, and have fun brah! Pop dat PH cherry. lol.
 
Now if I read correct SERMS are illegal so how am I suppose to take Clomid or nolva. I'm not asking where to get it I'm just saying.

Yea I know I can reach my goal without a PH but like said above its going to take me just guessing 5 years plus to do it without the help of some steroids. I don't plan to gain 25 pounds in one cycle but 8-10 would be very nice. If I can get my 25 pounds in say 1.5 or 2 years I'll be happy.

Now my next question is what is better to run for bulking Halotest or P-Mag? I'm benching 200 but stuck there so I'm looking for straight along with lean gains.

Halotest or P-mag ran for 5 weeks at 50/75/75/75/75 along with Fish oil 565mg five times a day. Will I need to take any anti-estrogen like "Nestrogen" during cycle? Is there anything I need to add?

PCT Clomid if I can get my hands on some. How should it be ran? 20/20/10/10 or??

Hmm I'm here for help and your laughing at me? If I'm wrong please correct me. I'm sure you were where I am now when you first got into PH. IMO no question or comment is funny, dumb this is how we learn we ask questions.
 
You wrote SPERM instead of SERM. I laughed too. SERMs aren't exactly illegal, you may possess them, but they are for lab research only, not for human consumption.

Yeah sorry bro, the inner ******* was just too tempted to make fun. For PCT a SERM is a good idea, I'm sure there's a guide on this site or one you can find with a google search.

Like Unreal has hinted, SERMs and AIs (the real stuff, not this supplement malarky) might be considered to be research chemicals (for research purposes ;) ) and so you don't need to look for pharmacy or medicinal style sources. I'd advise an AI on cycle and SERM in pct but it's upto you what you want to use.

After reading up on P-mag some more looks like there isnt much of a gain from it. Seems like Halo is the way to go. Whats an AI?
 
There is a search button that I'm sure if you type "ai" it will tremendously benefit your knowledge aobut SERMs and everything you need to know about PH's, AAS, nutrition, etc.
