think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

Liftingstud! Good to see you bro i didn't think you were posting anymore. Yeah i was all jealous when you were running this stack so now it's my turn ;). Everyday is just insane. I want to make a bionic liver so I can stay on this stack for months and look like a freak.

Been around a bit, just a busy man. Finally took to the needle and finishing that up some test e and buddy had some left over T400 that I added in and extended the cycle a couple extra wks. Def already thinking about round 2.

Back to some updates:

Day 9, 230 pounds (+10)

Day 9 of oral stack 20mg SD and 30mg PP
Trained ARMS today and the workout was pretty incredible. The strength on my biceps was pretty sick... Tied a PR on standing bb curls. My chest #s are embarrassing but my arms have always been strong. Standing EZ bar curls went like this: 125*6, 145*6, 155*6, 165*5
and i did 75*8 on standing hammer db curls. I got to admit i was looking rather juiced up, my whole upper body was bulging. I went crazy on my arms, 9 sets of triceps 10 sets of biceps. 19 sets is a lot of volume for me.

Hmm can't wait to see what the next few days have in store for me.

I'm having no side effects except living up to my name.

Dude nice work on the arms!! the only thing im not happy with is traps and bi's... And you killed it. Im lucky to get 110 for 3 lol keep hammerin away bro

Nope never. I think people got a little more sense than that. There's usually people in there bigger than me anyway. Honestly most of the time I don't think I'm very big... Once I hit 240+ that'll be relatively big but to me BIG means like over 240 #s, 10% or less bodyfat, that's big.

once u get to a certain size, ppl dont call u out. they just stare at u the entire time u workout. then u see them the next day doing the exact exercises u were doing the previous day haha.

lol i see so many people doing the same stuff the same amount of week after week for months. Lifting to get big takes a certain amount of intensity that some people just don't have.
 
This looks amazing bro... some may even call it unreal. extremely motivating stuff. i go to a gym thats really just a big meat market. there is one dude bigger than me and i am not that big at all... so this is motivating for me. a reason to keep pushing harder on the days i dont feel like doing sh!t. this is a sport that is about being better than everyone else and when you start to run out of people around you, then its time to come to AM for some motivation.
 
Teat went okay... I know the stuff was legit. Started off with phera wks 1-5 got up to 40/40/40/50/50 then dropped the orals off and fior next couple wks it was okay not what I expected... Libido was great, made some pos gains but nothing like I expected... So last 3 wks stated some SD at 20mg and bang gains started rolling almost right away. Probably had high expectations is all. Def looking to run something with test in a bit.
 
At least i'm not the only one who isn't blowing up on test, it's a good base but i find it hard to make progress on it alone...

yeah i did 700 ew my first cycle, 2nd time i started at 750 and worked up to 1.125 just didn't notice much. Healthy libido usually a little acne, usually a tight muscular feeling but not gains on a daily basis, or even much gains on a weekly basis.

Sometimes I think the main purpose of Test is just to allow people to run Tren haha. I like test as a base but it's far from necessary... progestins aside my libido is fine on every AAS i tried.
 
The liver can get run over by a dump truck and regenerate, it's the kidneys I'd try to keep in good condition. Mess them up and you're done!

i agree with this comment, infect i lost my mother in kidneys problem.

yeah i really agree. ive run test as high as 1.75g in the past and i had muscle hardness and the "on" feeling and i could have ****ed a cactus but i dont feel like it truely added to my gains as i expected it to. but it is a neccessity on any tren, deca, eq or npp cycle and i think it helps keep the gains made from more explosive orals. but i dont envision i ever run high doses of test again. only enough to offset progestins.
 
Glad this cycle is going just how you expected. That is one hell of a combo and I can't wait to see where you end up after this cycle is over!

If you can handle progestins then do deca. EQ is weak... I'm not even interested in trying it, I'd have to do something like 1g for 16 weeks, meh it's not worth it. Deca is a tried and true mass builder.

Most people respond excellently to SD... it is Mdrol I hear the most bad things about, people not responding or people having to stop in week 1 because sides are so bad... if you have only tried Mdrol, do yourself a favor and try another SD clone.

Yeah once again I think real SD doesn't have very bad sides. Same with Phera there's not much sides. Anyway I have nothing to be jealous of, my body is ****ed up. Yes I can handle SD stacked with PP with no sides but I've also pumped 1.7g of gear per week and not gained significantly faster than naturally, that doesn't sound like something you should envy.

The reason i'm doing SD and PP is because I've tried almost all the PH's and these are the only 2 that actually WORK on me (besides Tren but **** that stuff).
 
I felt way better on 40mg of phera and 20mg SD than just SD alone.

SD make me feel like shlt. I could barely get out of bed and my back hurt when I walked.

P-plex made my face look like a balloon and gave me ridiculous acne (though I felt good, lol).

On the other hand, I had huge results from weaker shlt like epi without a lot of sides.

Different strokes (steroids) for different folks.

i'm onto day 10 and a solid 230 pounds. only gained a couple reps on shoulders today but it was tough since i did arms yesterday and chest the day before so my upper body is basically fried and sore all over. So i'm taking tomorrow off lifting. Going to do a new split:

1) back/legs (i am training legs very light so i can just squeeze it in here)
2) chest/shoulders
3) arms
4) abs/cardio
repeat

I just want to hit everything as much as I can in the next few weeks. And i'm increasing my calories today. 240 pounds is the goal.

ive always gone 5 days a week up until about 4 months ago. now i go m/t/th/f or m/t/w/th and my progress has been better than when i went 5 days per week.....i feel like 4 days is PLENTY and the 3 days off is a good recovery period.

but i still havent decided if i like a day off in the middle of the week, or a straight 3 days off (fri/sat/sun)

I like 3 straight days. Time to relax and really make sure everything is recovered.
 
when im on cycle and my recovery is up... especially with a short cycle like sd i wanna get in like 6 days a wk so i get an extra workout on each muscle group.

i could never go three days off... i would feel like sh!t. thats just me. always been like that. i feel small on my off days lol.
 
yeah with 30mg of PP and 20SD i should have excellent recovery so I want to hit each muscle group as many times as possible hence 3-on-1-off. So 4 days to recover which is plenty I think. I am leaning towards the 2nd split I posted.

oh yeah more to update, libido is big, balls are getting smaller. that dinky dose of sust is doing its job.

I don't know Unreal, that second split had you hammering back, then biceps the next day. Usually my back workout IS the better part of the bicep work with some form of barbell curl thrown in afterwords.

May I suggest
Day 1: low back (think anti-extension stuff), legs, calf
Day 2: chest, triceps, abs/obliques, forearm/grip (possibly neck)
Day 3: hams (deadlifts/rackpulls), lats, shoulders, traps, biceps
Day 4: cardio

With chest + shoulders on the same day my overhead withered while the chest got most of the benefit, some people swear by it though!

I like the 2nd routine, i'd find it sorta tough doing back/legs on the same day, considering the exercises i like to do for them. But if you can squeeze all that in 3 days, why not then?

I like the second one the best.....i think legs/back together is just too much..even with legs being light...with the second split you can hit everything harder. I used to do a 5 on 2 off, and switched to a 2 on 1 off and love it.

same here man.. i could never go 3 days off purposely.. ill just go by my body.. sometimes ill go 7 straight days.. then a few days off.. sometimes ill go 2 on 1 off for a couple cycles.. i like that.. theres never more then 1 day off.. although u actually end up getting 3 days off over an 8 day period.. hell ill go everyday.. if i can muster the energy.

i dont necessarily hate leg day, but in the past few months ive always had something keeping me from hitting them which f ucking blows (painful injects, rolled ankles, knee problems)....so now that theyre weak i dred doing them.

i did squats today and only got 3 sets in because my back tightened up like someone hit me with a sledgehammer....almost couldnt breathe walking to my car...sucked ass

Man I hear u sometimes when I squat my quads just blow up and it is damn near impossible to do anything afterwards. Its not even like a good feeling pump.
 
I have been battling through the same crap. My legs started growing pretty good then I tore my L4/L5 disk. That put leg work on the shelf for a while. I had a couple spinal injections that helped quite a bit so I started squatting and deadlifting (bad idea) and as I started going heavier I tweaked it again. :-( A couple months ago I had 2 more spinal injections and have been taking it fairly easy and I tweak my knee playing indoor soccer which makes leg work hurt. Two weeks ago I finally started squatting pathetic weight, but trying to move it back up. However, I don't think I will ever deadlift again due to my pu$$y a$$ back!

A few weeks ago i sat down and tore the ass out of a pair of shorts, i liked those shorts cuz they were lightweight material. But if i'm wearing pants like jeans i feel so inflexible. THERE'S NO PANTS THAT FIT BODYBUILDERS. So i've been focusing on ***** leg exercises... like leg extensions lol.
My legs aren't "massive" or anything but i'm not going to start buying custom fatass clothing just so i can make them even bigger. I have to draw the line there.

custom fatass clothing!!!!!! lmao dude I laughed so hard one of my delivery guys just looked at me like I was crazy. I honestly do more leg presses and deadlifts then squats. my legs are strong, a nice size that i can live with..

Im not eager to compete in a competition so as long as Im happy with a certain body part then thats cool

haha couldnt resist. legs look great there....mine were at about that point when started having issue after issue arrise. its amazing how quickly my legs lost size, strength and definition from 4-5 weeks of not training them

haha not that much most i ever did was 405*3. Usually my sets were with 315 to 355 and i don't do a lot of volume either. My strength has never been good for my size...
