The Swole Stack (Unsponsored)

Week 1 review

Workouts have been going better as each day passes, which is quite exciting. I need to get a pullup setup in my basement, as I'm using some old handles and using the iron crossbeam right now. Standard pullups feel safe but chinups are nerve racking (fear of slipping).

Muscle hardness has increased, which I noted and was nice to see today as I was putting on my belt and my chest had some striations at the inner chest. I can see my abs slightly but my waist has only moved slightly. I forgot to check my weight, but...

Waist: 33.50 (-.25)

Noted Factors:
5 * rating: *= wtf, *****=dude you gotta get a bottle
Strength: *** Slightly up at this point, and it's a nice feeling especially since I have a limited environment. In a gym you can get motivated (IME) based on the intensity of others, that changes when its just you. I need some motivational posters...
Vascularity: *** Up slightly, I have some around my elbow now, but it was after my workout, but still was not there in the past. I really look forward to this, and I am not vascular by any means.
Leanness/Recomp: *** Waist is slightly down
Libido: ***.5 The most noted at this point, but not over the top.
Pump Effects (from glycobol on its own): *** I feel real full after my workouts, and this is a hard judge as my diet changes from during the week to the weekend. I don't really feel the effects of the glycobol just yet, at least IMO. I will try a little tweak on dosing and carb amounts this week.

One week down, 2 weeks to go. I am noting now that this log will cease for a few weeks and return as a more powerful force. I will be logging natadrol for 6 weeks, then return (in a new log) with the true swole stack in full effect. It's not anything against the product, and should really put its effects to the test as a mild "pct" for the natadrol. This setup of natadrol followed by t-pro was the initial plan before but the shipping of natadrol was up in the air.

Keep in mind that the Swole stack will still be giving you good results for a while even if you stop it now.

Ya, the natadrol is requiring a "mild" pct, so I figure the swole stack will suit well. The hardening effects so far with tpro are awesome, if it brings out the definition in my legs, I think I'd have to back out on the natadrol.

I like the overall setup I've laid out, and like I said, nothing against the swole stack at all, thus far its great. I've just been curious about natadrol, and I want to be one of the first loggers, I know theres been a few, but not at the other site I'm at. I always miss the opportunities to test something semi hormonal, so this is kind of my chance. Theres been plenty of positive on tpro, and so far its lived up to what I've read.
 
This journery is taking a halt in the coming weeks, but will come back swole-r than every in the following weeks.

I wish I had a camera, at least documenting things would make working out in my basement fun. I could have my own lil MSTv video blod, sweeeeeeeeeeeet
 
Days 8-10

Day 8 was an off day
Day 9, had a nice back/chest workout, pressing went well, back felt strong and thick
Day 10 did some dl's today, which felt nice did 315x10, gotta get prepped for 520, gotta buy the weights to actually do the 520 as well, lol. Right now, I have 330lbs. Legs felt fairly strong today as well, I just need a belt as my back gets tight after any free weight leg exercise, which sucks.

UPDATE:

I found a way to do dips. I'm using a ratchet strap around the iron beam in my basement, it's almost like olympic rings. I can usually do 100lbs+bw for dips by 8-10 times, on these, I get 10 bw reps.... time will tell, maybe it'll help my "core" lol.

Day 11

For shoulders, I have to do seated bb press as my ceiling isn't high enough. I don't like a high back support, only a support like a preacher bench, which allows a slight upper chest arch. I need to move my rack forward as my home bench combo has a preacher support, so once I start going heavier, hopefully that will work. I love heavy military press.

I will be using my resistance bands as well, they really help increase the tension at the peak of the movement
-Band resistance shoulder press heavy band w/ez curl bar x26/17/12 30s rest

-Strap Dips (explained above) BWx10x3 SS Wide DB Curls 40sx8
-Dec Close Grip Bench 185x15x3 SS Heavy Band Curl x 15x3

I'm going to try to log my workouts on here to help show strength increases, and I don't keep a great journal, so checking on here will suffice, that way I know to increase weights and what previous reps were.

they have a christy's auction house here in indy, 1 day a week it is nothing but exercise and workout equipment. i have found some real deals and now have a decent gym in my basement. yard sales in summer are good too, people buy stuff let it sit and sell it for pennies on the dollar just to get rid of it, lol.
 
I can't wait for yardsales, I missed out on a lot of equipment last year. I'm also looking to get a sound system, possibly furniture down there as well.

you bet, i find all kinds of good stuff very cheap. i go to ritzy neighborhoods, those people get done with something they will practically give it to you just to get it out of their house. i just missed getting a bose radio with cd player in primo condition for $50 last year. i just about hit the guy walking out with it in the head and took it, lol.
i really wanted that bose for $50. damn, still pissed i didn't get it.
 
don't hit em, then there'd be a news story that a guy in indy had roid rage over a stereo...

i came close. i still have the 901 speakers i bought in naples in 79. i just love the sound of bose.
 
niiiice, I need a cable tower for my basement and I'd be set for the next few years. It's not a necessity as I easily get by without it, but it'd be a big help

as long as i have my tunes i can get by. i have accumulated a ton of equipment over the years, my basement is my castle-except for my wifes laundry area, lol.

Interesting thing is that I started nata yesterday, stopped the t-pro and my muscle hardness is down a little already :(

so overall BNAT, how would you rate that glycobol, i was considering the swole stack, just got a bottle of testo now i'm considering the getting the stoke and glyco but just dont know what would i get out of that product? i see that in your log that your not really noticing anything different as far as that supp goes. what would you suggest honestly?
 
just did some more research on that glyco and came to the conclusion that i'll past on that one and will just order a bottle of stoked to go with the testo
