Most of the log will be bi-weekly or weekly updates with my thoughts, pictures, and changes I note.

Hmmm....I’ll follow. You’re not a fan of natty anabolics or rather you’re skeptical so let’s see the feedback,

In!

Just found this count me in.

Don’t wanna hijack the forum but I’ve followed a few of your reviews and noticed you’re not the biggest “natural anabolic” fan. So I have to ask, which specific ones do you feel are worth it. Gonna start a “natural anabolic” cycle and making the stack now. Anabolic Effect is probably going to be one of them so what’s your take @TheSolution

Depends on how each and every individual reacts to certain ingredient profiles and actives.
Using my own experience is just a shot in the dark to how it works for you.
My best advice for you is gather information on what products you want to run, look at the ingredient profile, and then note what each company is using. If you notice that you respond well to X,Y or Z ingredient then you should narrow down your choices to what suits you. The human body is not a textbook!

Thanks for responding so fast. Mostly been trying to find a good supplement with Epicatechin and laxogenin in it. But most of the products I found were dosed really low, propriety blends, or super expensive cuz I need to buy them separately.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Love following your threads!

Short of creatine using an effective natural mass building product is not going to be cheap unfortunately. At least i don't know of any cheap ones.

Those two in particular are very hit or miss; personally would not be my first choices but CEL Epi-Plex is open label epi if you did go that route. Sns xgels would be my recommendation tho since Arachidonic acid has actual studied positive effects on mass and strength.

Still nothing to note as 1 week is tomorrow. I will have to get some pics up this weekend to see what the mirror says.

Nice workout! I've heard the animal pro bars taste pretty good. Probably not as good as that ice cream though;)

If anything like the similar product you recently logged you won't be feeling much difference and improvements will be slow and steady. Hopefully everyone can keep their big boy pants on and not get emotional about the lack of noticing or feeling a lot of change along the way.

Will try to get a write-up this weekend and pictures, so far I have noticed a few small things, but nothing drastic.

In for the few small things;) that smores brownie looks dangerous!

10 Day Update

Help building lean muscle
** I am not eating in a surplus, nor will I be jacking up my calories weekly to "Feed the Supplement". If that was the case nobody would ever know how well a "Supplement" works when you consistently skew nutrition. My numbers for training are being matched, and if I can try beat the log book I will, but it will be hard since I have cut off some butter in the last few months between my 8 week BMP Log, and now running AE.

- Improve Strength
** See Above

- Improve endurance
No chnges to note so early into the run. Endurance, and recovery have been pretty steady so far

- Aid weight loss & Body Composition
Possibly a bit leaner then set number 1 of pictures, but again too early to tell. There is a long way to go in this log.
Weight 169.6

- Improve Pumps & Fullness (S7 Inclusion)
I have not noticed much change. I usually do 1 Scoop VasoBlitz/Fullblitz for my pre-workout stack, but i am testing VasoForce XT for 5 days in a variable of different options

- Improved Nutrient Uptake (Astragin)
Digestion has been good, but then again I don't eat too much in the first place, and very meticulous on the food sources I do consume on a day to day basis. I tend to keep food sources simple and low in FODMAP to avoid any bloating, GI Distress

Super late, but in on this.

Also part of the low calorie crowd. You are eating what is probably around my maintenance cals. Sitting hlbehind a desk or driving all day doesn't burn many calories at all.

Nice update. Sounds like slight positive benefits but still sounds too early to tell.

So far seeing what I am expecting from this log and probably the product from your notes already. Good stuff!
