THE ONION LOG

Alright boys, it's time I manned up and started pounding back the onions. Today is shopping day and I'm going to pick up 14 onions. Raw. And that is how I will eat them.

Why you may ask? To get huge, I might answer. And I do answer in such a manner that to get huge is my response.

At any rate, I want to see if onions are as ridiculous as history proclaims (and as that single Iranian study pointed out).

I have a girlfriend so I'm not going around trying to pick up chicks, and I already don't use deodorant or soap because that **** is evil in a bottle (and dries out my skin). The smell doesn't bother me and I don't give a damn about what other people are smelling. If it can actually raise test levels by 300%, I'm game.

So, let the log begin.

You don't use soap because it dries out your skin? Well what do you use?
 
Impressed and surprised that someone is doing this! I will definitly be following this... Can't wait to see before after bloodwork :) Also, i wonder by what pathway onions would increase test? Would onions have increased effects if used with a natty test booster? If this works, it would open a world of opportunities for bodybuilders...
I don't know. I know of T people, personally, that have tried this before and 2 of them got nothing
The other didn't make it through.

More onion! Nothing to report. Hopefully will have my before blood work posted by tonight.

Those are some pretty high #'s. Can you give us your age and some history on what you were taking for the month before that test?

I have only done one cycle of epistane during July of 09, although I do have superdrol sitting around in the fridge at the moment. I'm still biding my time, though.

Height: 5'9" Weight: 205 BF%: 11-13

I put on weight pretty easily but I need to stay below 210 or I become winded very quickly. Edit: For sports, obviously. For reference my arms are 17" and my legs are 27".

DAY 7

Under lots of stress at the moment with mid terms. Still eating around 400 grams of onions a day though.

Haha, that's what I'm sayin'. People take test boosters just to get to what his natural test is at. I highly doubt onions will triple those numbers.

I wasn't eating onions, and at the time of blood test I wasn't taking any ai, though I have experimented for a few months on using ais. With high test usually comes high estrogen so using an AI I can say is a good thing with me.

True, any significant increase would be an eye opener.

heck if it increases it by 10% it should be worth the investment

I agree with darkvard here. Even if there is a slight increase, if it means one might spend a few bucks a week on onions/garlic, why not?

I don't think I was every actually looking for a 300% increase, just something noticeable. I'm not a rat in a lab with variable control, just a guy with some onions :shhh: but don't tell anyone haha

I was rushed for time today, gotta rely on subway footlongs. The guy asked what I want on it, and I said no cheese, all the veggies except onions....wait a sec, wtf is wrong with me, pile onions, bro, pile em on there!

Only problem is that we are still slightly unsure of the effect of frying. Remember the test used raw onion juice.

that's why I've bumped up the grams from 400 to 500 and I'm making sure atleast half of them are from raw onions. I know I won't be "cycling" ones again after this (though I'll keep eating them if it shows an increase) so I may as well do it this way...
 
What component of the onion do they think caused this increase?...if this does pan out maybe it can be extracted who knows.

True. But quick deep frying in OO seals in the juices..does it change the active ingredient ?I don't know...for dirty bulking though..worth a try if the raw version works =) Easier to eat thats for sure lol.
 
And onions taste so good in olive oil :drunk:

Agreed..one of my fave pasta recipes is OO, sauted minced onions,Garlic,green peppers,snow peas and fresh tomatoes. Add in some Italiano or your own mix of Italian spices and your done.
Top with grilled chicken,grouse,ptarmigan,duck,goose etc =D
 
If he gets any test boost, I might try this. I have to ask BigBlackGuy, do you smell like onions yet. Im single, so that wouldn't work for me. In fact, I wouldn't put a girl though that if I wasn't single.
 
This log is nuts..... yet awesome, and Ronin's suggestion of dirty bulking on onion rings was hilarious. Late but in.
