Would frying take away from the effects I wonder?
I lightly saute mine with garlic for many meals...I was wondering the same thing..
Alright boys, it's time I manned up and started pounding back the onions. Today is shopping day and I'm going to pick up 14 onions. Raw. And that is how I will eat them.
Why you may ask? To get huge, I might answer. And I do answer in such a manner that to get huge is my response.
At any rate, I want to see if onions are as ridiculous as history proclaims (and as that single Iranian study pointed out).
I have a girlfriend so I'm not going around trying to pick up chicks, and I already don't use deodorant or soap because that **** is evil in a bottle (and dries out my skin). The smell doesn't bother me and I don't give a damn about what other people are smelling. If it can actually raise test levels by 300%, I'm game.

I don't know. I know of T people, personally, that have tried this before and 2 of them got nothingImpressed and surprised that someone is doing this! I will definitly be following this... Those are some pretty high #'s. Can you give us your age and some history on what you were taking for the month before that test?

True, any significant increase would be an eye opener.

Hmm.. onion rings for dirty bulking may become a staple for people if this works me thinks.
If it's only a ten percent increase, it will good, but hard to peg on the onions. It could just be related to increased motivation/intensity/stress patterns ect.

True. But quick deep frying in OO seals in the juices..does it change the active ingredient ?I don't know...for dirty bulking though..worth a try if the raw version works =) Easier to eat thats for sure lol.

that's why I've bumped up the grams from 400 to 500 and I'm making sure atleast half of them are from raw onions. I know I won't be "cycling" ones again after this (though I'll keep eating them if it shows an increase) so I may as well do it this way...
