It seems that way. It didn't make a noticeable "feel" difference taking the doses all at once or 6 hours apart.

This damn delay has screwed up my plans. And though I'm tempted to go with something else, I got a lot of respect for AN... maybe I can manage to wait for The One. :laugh:

As mentioned to you before, if you are just starting out, then you do NOT need anything except the basic staples:
* Creatine
* Multivitamin
* Good Fats
* Protein Powder
* BCAA's (note that some protein powders have these in)

You should also concentrate on getting your DIET sorted and building a SOLID training base BEFORE considering doing anything hormonal in nature (and I always recommend maximizing your potential NATURALLY before going hormonal).

The ONE is a prohormone (as Eric said, this particluar compound has never been [commercially] available before).

take it in the AM- earlier the better- amps your nervous system quite a bit- pretty long half life (at least from what we have seen)

JJohn had a nice little write-up for new guys. Dont worry there is plenty of stuff and advice you can find by perusing the forums. PHs at you stage is not the way to go.

Get the basics down, add some basic supps and you can hit the ground running.

We all know you guys have other products besides prohormones that are effective for muscle growth. BUT, nothing and mean NOTHING will ever replace exogenous hormones or synthetics that change to steroids in the body. That's why we buy this stuff cause crap like leukic won't put on 8-10 lbs. of muscle on our frame. You never know when the next best hormone could make us into mass monsters.:dl:

While I am not necessarily going to disagree with you on the effectiveness of exogenous hormones I will say that there are natural herbal based products that can and will put on 8-10lbs+ on your frame...it just takes longer is all and you really have to eat like a predator if you want to become a mass monster. ;)

Yeah it's taken me some time to realise that if I want to put on mass I have to put on fat aswell, I wish I could have my cake and my abs too so to speak!

You can add muscle mass without adding TOO much fat and/or staying relatively lean (i.e. recomping). Just means that your diet must be top notch and set up right; and it is very hard. Otherwise you can do the traditional bulk where anything goes as long as you gain muscle mass.

this is what i have been doing the past 3 or 4 months. i have found that i am not as carb sensitive as i thought.

Most people aren't; they're just quick with the excuses as to why they're not getting the results they want (and not admitting that they're eating too much or not enough or not doing it right, etc.). Carbohydrates are never the enemy, and an essential part of a healthy diet.
 
So, do we have any recent updates from the testers? How are they feeling now that PCT is well over? Any recent bloodwork to show T back to normal levels?

RELEASE DATE

Release date has, unfortunately, been set back yet again. New (and FINAL) release date for The ONE and 2nd GEAR is 4 March 2009!

As mentioned earlier, there were a few issues with the raw materials not being correct, so having to wait for them.
 
Maybe with some 1,4AD if you wanted to make it wetter......I for one think The One will be all I want or need. No need for wet compounds here.

I figure I got another month or two of bulking before getting a harder, leaner look. So, this stuff stacked with 1,4 ad should be a nice wet combo.. Also, adding a little tren for strength wouldn't hurt. : )
 
I dunno, i'd think its pretty unnecessary. Both the mass + strength gains are solid with The ONE alone, and honestly you dont want to out-strength gain your tendons, and if you were to manage to gain 25-30lbs in a 5 week cycle, i'm not sure how easy it would be to keep it in pct.

for the record, i was being sarcastic, because i agree in that if you can get 15 lbs in 5 weeks with one compound, why not just use 1 compound?
 
yeah, I think 3lbs a week in gains is pretty well near the maximum you can manage (regardless of what you are taking) and still keep most of in PCT. your body does adapt to changes, but not that fast. gaining 30lbs over a 12 week testosterone cycle and maybe most of that is keepable, but gain that in 5 weeks on orals and i'll bet there will be only 15~20 tops left at the end of PCT
 
Well, if this stuff produces promising mass and strength gains without stacking another ds/ph, then they definitely will live up to their name "the one."
