Any1 try these RX bars ?
I like these just can’t seem to find a good bulk deal

I always hear good things about Kroger's but we do not have any around here. Although we do have a ton of the Turkey Hill Mini Marts they own.

krogers always had their vitamins bogo, you could buy one and get it for half price-I bought all my vitamins there...recently they changed it to having to buy 2 to get 1 free.....but they still have the best clearance around, I find all kinds of good stuff marked down 50% OR MORE.

I remember when they clearanced out their gaspari lineup....I bought a ton of sizeon/super pump/protein for $14 each, I had a cabinet full of that stuff, lol.

recently they clearance out fit crunch bars for .79 cents each, I bought 6 boxes.

every now and then Kroger sends me a coupon for a free bar...I like them but won't pay straight up price, although occasionally they will run a sale on them.

Yea I feel the same .. not worth it $2-2.50/bar

$1-$1.50 I would .. think I just found some on eBay decent deal

Got to love a good deal!

I live at kroger (when home)... their prices are usually on par if not better than walmart and even Sam's club for almost everything.

I might pay a little more for somethings. but the markdowns way more than make it up, plus I get the gas points, lol.

Why? I think it’s super convenient I’m tired of taking 10+caps a day

300mg in the AM + 300mg in the PM is fairly common dosing. Some people will obviously like the 600mg in one cap, but others like to split the dose. Or, maybe we’ll just see people take 600mg twice a day.

I'll be in the 600mg twice a day group :) bought two bottles of it so let see

RXBar has announced a voluntary recall for a variety of flavors of its high protein bar due to the potential of containing undeclared peanuts. Last month the brand itself identified the potential for peanut in its Chocolate Sea Salt and Coconut Chocolate flavors, and initiated a recall.

maybe it is stupid question but do you cycle ksm66? is it same as ashwaganda?

There are no such things as stupid questions only inadequate or stupid answers.
Please do not refrain from asking questions.
As The Solution stated, KSM 66 is Ashwagandha

There is some wonderful information regarding Ashwagandha on Examine.com
Here's a short quote with a portion of the rubric. There is no reason to cycle it.

"Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb used in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India. Its root has a horsey smell (in Sanskrit, ashva means “horse” and gandha means “smell”) and is said to confer the strength and virility of a horse.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen (a substance that helps the body adapt to stressors). It is best known for its anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) properties: it can lower cortisol levels and may mitigate stress-induced insomnia, depression, and immunosuppression. It can also reduce low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), improve physical performance in both sedentary people and athletes, and maybe help treat Alzheimer's disease, though more human evidence is needed before supplementation can be recommended specifically for Alzheimer’s."

I don't know that undeclared peanut is enough to relegate them to the trash heap of protein bar history. That being said I tried them and they were not great.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on Chemix’s new pre workout? Can’t post the label on my phone but it’s on stack3d
Massive prop blend with undisclosed amount of caffeine. No thanks. Not to mention no mention of if the rhodiola is standardized for anything, despite two other ingredients specifying the standardization percentages and a third saying standardized but not listing the percent. Unknown amounts of caffeine, AY, and huperzine? No thanks.
