The MrBigPR Show...IT'S FINALLY HERE!

You can. Go follow Mr. BigPR's cardio regimen in the middle-eastern desert... in early summer.

Trust me, you can eat like him and have his BF% if you want to do the work... I know I don't.

The sick thing is....I enjoy it.

I've been looking at you and Timbers' PH logs, I'm gonna start planning my first.

When I'm at home and using the treadmill I usually hit up the following:

15 incline 3.7MPH for 5 min, then 4.5 for 5 min, then 5.2 for 5 min.

Incline at 0, 2 miles at 8.5 mph.

Then HIIT for 8 sets and cooldown.

Wow Brosef thats a nice WO! Talk about good stamina and strength! You have it all man! Glad to hear your getting sleep, even with your noisy neighbors! Tell em to chill on the parties

Again bro, YOU are a BEAST!

Yea I know :(. I was pretty sure it was to stay, my calories were spot on and my intensity has been more than enough. My back is fuller, for what it's worth.

That cardio is intense...I do mine like that as well just not to that extent.

I'll do... 10 min @4% incline@ 4.0 speed
5 minutes@ 6% incline-4.0 speed
5 min@8% incline-4.0 speed
5 min-0% incline @4.5-6.0 speed{depending on how lean I feel}
5 min@0% [email protected] speed

END...lol

Damn... I'm like 2.5 miles at 8.0 MPH... .5 miles at 13 MPH...

Then if I feel like it - 10 minutes at 10% grade at 3.5 MPH

The Incline running is def f*cked. I used to run up hills in NY so I do it similar to that. Getting chased by dogs and sh*t. Gives a whole new meaning to "burn"

Amen to that. I will never forget when I was a kid and hanging with my buddy and this big ass dog started chasing us. I have always been slow and he played wide receiver. I was telling myself I don't have to be faster than the dog, I just have to be faster than my friend. I left him in the dust. LOL

Today was a totally sh*tty day at the gym. Headache, neckache. Waited it out for about an hour after work, then went to the gym. No focus, wasn't in the zone. Failed on all of my lifts. No partner today, went lower weights and pumped everything out.

Flat Barbell Bench-245*9+7+6
Slow concentration, contraction at the top.

Barbell Bent Row-195*12+8+7
I haven't done these in FOREVER. I'm in love again.

Front Pulldown-230*8+6+4

Down from 250. WTF?

Skullz-115*12+7+5
Down from 155

Upright Row- 115*12+6+7
Better than last time.

Lower weight and non focused was problably atributed to no Pre WO meal. I suffer when I don't eat.

I opened my Gbol today. Starting 1 Cap three times a day and may bump to 2 caps twice a day.

i loose roughly 10% of my strength without a preworkout meal, so loosing 20 lbs out of 250 is about right.

still, you didn't drop on any OTHER exercises, which means IMO that you're doing pretty damned well.

True. Yesterday was so damn busy.

1st "set" I was pretty strong, but after that my reps fell off significantly. Overall though I feel pretty good.

ummm I think so
Alright fellas, killed it today at the gym. Had a few looks at the gym (Who the F*ck is this guy). Not a bad day for the first time in a couple of weeks. No PR's to record, but a strong session nonetheless.

A guy that sleeps across the bed from me wants to get "big", so i took him under my wing. He is weak, but i dont hate. I love teaching.

Weights are per dumbbell:

Dumbbell Flat bench: 100*12, 115*12, 130*12. Wanted to go higher but didnt know how my endurance would be. Felt nice and strong, perfect form.

Dumbbell Incline: 100*10, 120*10, 140*10. Was beasting these. Sweating like a madman.

Dumbbell Flat Bench Flye: 60*10, 65*8, 55*10. Slipped up on form at the second set, went down and nailed it. PUmp like a mother.

SkullCrusher (Including Bar and weight): 115*10, 135*10, 155*10. Triceps were feeling awesome at the second set, had to go up in weight. Whole upper body was on fire at this point.

Wide Grip Bench: 250*10, 275*10, 295*10. Pretty decent i thought, just threw this out there for gits and shiggles as Sunny says. Not close to my PR, but ill get there.

Cable Tricep burnouts: 42.5* failure(44), 35* failure (52), 25 * failure (50)

Weighted Dips: BW+45*15, BW+70*15, BW+90*12. Finished out pretty strong, chest was beat and my shoulder was a little sore. All in all was a good workout. Cant wait for Back and Biceps tommorrow.
None of his lifts were used with DB's?

If I don't eat my workout sucks. I burn cals so easily.

I thin out much easier on an empty stomach... but man my strength goes out the window without solid food in me about a hour to a hour and a half before training.

I feel you on that. Usually have me some Oatmeal with some Whey 90 minutes out. Sometimes a Sandwich or 2. I'm still tinkering with the cals; should see how I end up tommorrow from the Gbol.

With the cardio I do along with weight training I need every cal I can get. Kind of like you with boxing. I've toned down cardio a little. The other day I lost 2 lbs just from running. Was like :wtf:

Yeah, I need to stop feeling like I need to beat it up every day... Especially days when I box. I've compromised with myself... some nights I'll just run 1 mile - just to make myself feel better, but definitely not enough to go catabolic or anything.

I agree with timber, something light goes along way. I used to box, timber, years ago. It takes a sh!tload out of you physically.

Day1+2 of Glycobol-

First day was yesterday. Dosed 1 Cap AM 2 Midday and 1 PM. Started to really feel it's effects later in the day.

Made my arms feel HyUgGgGEeE!

On a serious note though I noticed less bloat from the intake of carbs. Stuff is killer so far. Got a nice pump doing some outside work. Sprints, Humvee jumping (literally) and Tire throwing.
