Yeah I am alittle bit worried about that actually. I haven't hit yet but I tink tonight might be good to go. I might have to start dosing some Arom-x at night if the libido gets real bad. It actually might already be little bit lower but it might just be me thinking that.

The only thing that has ever REALLY messed with my libido is nolva.

Well isn't a problem yet and your right she is so hot that I don't think it would matter. I have heard of 1-ad making it lower without some form of test or androgens. I have such a high libido that I don't think anything could take it away completely.:icon16:

748 actually (14 plates +118) I didn't know that I was that strong either. 2 weeks ago I was only doing 10 plates.
I didn't realize that the angled leg press's sled weighed 118 lbs. on its own.
Damn, I've been underestimating my numbers on them.
 
Hman, how did you find out that the sled weighed 118?

Sorry for the lack of my update had a pretty busy weekend.
Back workout from friday
deads-135-10,225-10,315-5,375-5,375-5 could have gone way heavier not sure why i didn't
Wide grip pulldowns-140-12,160-10,180-10,200-6(drop to180-6 more)
reverse grip narrow pulldowns 140-10,160-10,160-10
row machine 2plates-12, 2 and 2 25's-12,4 plates-10
shrugs db 65-10,75-10,85-10 then 30 reps with a plate in each hand

This was a great workout and i have experienced alot better recovery so far. I am pretty much never sore. So my goal now is to wreck my body so hard that i will get DOMS. I am pretty sure my body fat is dropping and I weighed 186 this morning. /so the weight is coming and i can't wait to see how this stuff kicks in in this upcoming week.

from a few people i've heard that mostly happened if you didnt get enough water with original 1-ad...

I had a buddy who was dosing reversitol (recommended) after his epi run and he said it burned when he pissed. I told him to up the water and it stopped for him. kinda wierd how some people respond. i drink water like crazy all day.

Did for me too man... Just take some extra water in - some vitamin C - and some cranberry pills and or juice. Hasn't hurt for me since the beginning.

Yeah my strength has taken off. I can't wait till week 2 1/2 to 4. Thats when it should really get going. i thought it was a little low personally. I have been focusing on upper chest these past 2 weeks and i see a difference already. I am going to see what i can get on flat bench next week or the week after. When does your cycle start?
 
hell of job man. strength looks great. I really enjoy some weighted dips when i'm on a chest/tri day to finish it off. hit that big dog. lookin thicker too.
